Abstract

Se proporciona una composición elastomérica cruda en forma de gránulos de flujo libre la cual comprende un elastómero crudo con un peso molecular de 50,000 a 400,000 Da y un agente anti-bloqueo que comprende rellenos inorgánicos, capaz de formar emulsiones en agua; de igual manera, se describe un procedimiento para obtener composiciones elastoméricas crudas en forma de gránulos de flujo libre que comprende las etapas de: a) polimerizar por lo menos un monómero a través de polimerización en solución con el fin de obtener grumos de elastómero; b) formar una suspensión acuosa de los grumos de elastómero; c) deshidratar la suspensión acuosa; d) agregar un agente anti-bloqueo que comprende rellenos inorgánicos capaces de formar emulsiones en agua; e) secar la suspensión deshidratada; y f) granular el elastómero para formar una composición elastomérica cruda en forma de gránulos de flujo libre; la composición elastomérica cruda en forma de gránulos de flujo libre obtenida de esta manera se puede utilizar como una composición adhesiva, en modificación de asfalto y en emulsiones de asfalto.
