为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种热塑性聚氨酯弹性体材料,由如下原料制成:
1-2质量份十二烷基三甲基溴化铵,
11质量份硬脂酸,
84质量份热塑性聚氨酯,
2质量份甲基硅油,
6质量份钛酸酯偶联剂,
31质量份丙烯酸树脂,
1质量份苯基硅油,
25质量份氯化聚乙烯,
32质量份碳酸钙,
3质量份粘度在400厘泊的羟基硅油。
