Abstract

一种改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法及水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆及其制备方法。本发明以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为主要改性试剂,树脂成品硬度和耐磨性好,对化学药物的抵抗能力,电绝缘性能等都较好;用耐候性、防腐性均优的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶作辅助改性剂,使涂层的耐候性、保光性更优,保色性好;采用多重树脂改性,提高了漆膜的致密性,涂层的耐化学药品性、耐水性、耐油性、抗老化性能优异,掺杂纳米三氧化二铝,粒度分布均匀、纯度高、比表面高,具有耐高温的惰性。涂层丰满,平整光亮。此外,还能够对水性丙烯酸面漆进行补强增韧,提高致密性、光洁度、冷热疲劳性、断裂韧性、抗蠕变性能和耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法及水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对环保意识的日益增强,水性涂料成了涂料技术发展的重要方向和研究热点。水性涂料以水为溶剂,对环境无污染,对人体无害以及在使用性能和运输等方面具备一定的优势。与溶剂型涂料相比,水性涂料除了具备无味、无毒、无污染、成本低、施工方便等优点外,在性能方面还具备了附着力强、韧性高、粘接力好等优点,深受广大用户的青睐,在汽车、船舶、机械设备、矿山、采掘、冶金、化工、家具、仪器仪表等方面具有非常广阔的应用前景。其中水性丙烯树脂面漆因安全环保、成本低廉得到了广泛的应用。然而,在实际应用中,单一的水性丙烯酸面漆耐水性、耐久性、耐候性及硬度都难以符合苛刻的环境使用要求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法及水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术解决方案是:一种改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在容器中按比例加入0.2g过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、200g丙二醇单甲醚(PM)和2.0g叔十二硫醇,升温至75℃,然后将包含10g丙烯酸、40g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、140g丙烯酸丁酯、10g丙烯酸羟乙酯、1.6g过氧化苯甲酰的混合液,经3小时恒速滴加,再加入0.1g过氧化苯甲酰,继续恒温反应3小时后,冷却至室温,加入氨水25g,搅拌2h后完成反应,具体合成路线如下:
一种含有改性水性丙烯酸乳液的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆,按质量分数计,包括以下组分:甲、乙组份总的质量份数为100%;
乙组分:交联剂20-40%;
溶剂60-80%;
所述的甲组份与乙组份质量比为5:2。
所述的颜料为三氧化二铁、钛白粉及靛蓝中的一种。
所述的三氧化二铝、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶中的一种。
所述的溶剂为丙二醇单甲醚和水中的一种或几种。
所述的交联剂为环氧固化剂、异氰酸酯固化剂中的一种。
一种水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:将所述的甲组份和乙组份,按照5:2的质量比混合,搅拌均匀后即得所述的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法及水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆及其制备方法。本发明以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为树脂改性试剂,以纳米三氧化二铝为掺杂填料试剂,制备了一种掺杂纳米三氧化二铝的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆。与传统的丙烯酸水性树脂相比,本发明具有以下优势:
(1)以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为主要改性试剂,树脂成品硬度和耐磨性好,对化学药物的抵抗能力,电绝缘性能等都好。(2)用耐候性、防腐性均优的氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶作辅助改性剂,使涂层的耐候性、保光性更优,保色性好。(3)多重树脂改性,提高了漆膜的致密性,涂层的耐化学药品性、耐水性、耐油性、抗老化性能优异。(4)掺杂纳米三氧化二铝,粒度分布均匀、纯度高、比表面高,具有耐高温的惰性。涂层丰满,平整光亮。此外,还能够对水性丙烯酸面漆进行补强增韧,提高致密性、光洁度、冷热疲劳性、断裂韧性、抗蠕变性能和耐磨性能。(5)施工方便,常温即可固化。涂层既可在0~40℃条件下固化成膜,也可在高温条件下烘烤30分钟成膜,对金属、水泥表面、砖石表面、木材、塑料制品等均有良好附着力。
具体实施方式
(一)改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备
在装有搅拌器、回流冷凝管、恒压滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中加入0.2g过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、200g丙二醇单甲醚(PM)和2.0g叔十二硫醇,升温至75℃,然后称量包含10g丙烯酸、40g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、140g丙烯酸丁酯、10g丙烯酸羟乙酯、1.6g过氧化苯甲酰的混合液,用恒压滴液漏斗经3小时恒速滴加完毕,加入0.1g过氧化苯甲酰,继续恒温反应3小时后,冷却至室温,加入氨水25g调节pH,搅拌2h后完成反应。具体合成路线如下:
(二)水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆的制备
水性丙烯酸树脂复合面漆分为甲组份和乙组份。甲乙组份按照一定的质量比混合,搅拌均匀后在半小时内施工即可。复合树脂面漆甲组份包含成膜物质、颜料、助剂、溶剂等,乙组份包含交联剂及溶剂等,其中甲乙组份中各物质的质量比皆为100%。
所述成膜物质为甲组份中的丙烯酸锌树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂及乙组份中的环氧固化剂、异氰酸酯固化剂等。
所述的颜料包含三氧化二铁、钛白粉及靛蓝等。
所述助剂包括有作作为增稠剂和辅助稳定剂的氢化蓖麻油;作为结构增强剂的三氧化二铝、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶等;作为稳定剂的乳化剂等
所述的溶剂主要为丙二醇单甲醚和水等。
配方一大致范围如下:
乙组份:
水性环氧固化剂K-1421-40%
水60-79%
配方二大致范围如下:
乙组份:
异氰酸酯固化剂BayerN339020-40%
水60-80%
掺杂纳米三氧化二铝的水性丙烯酸复合树脂复合面漆配方组成如下:
甲组份与乙组份(A、B任意组份之一)质量比为5:2,并可根据粘度变化情况适当调整水的用量,待整个体系搅拌均匀后施工即可。
水性丙烯酸树脂复合面漆的质量指标检测结果如下表所示:

1.一种改性水性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在容器中按比例加入0.2g过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)、200g丙二醇单甲醚(PM)和2.0g叔十二硫醇,升温至75℃,然后将包含10g丙烯酸、40g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、140g丙烯酸丁酯、10g丙烯酸羟乙酯、1.6g过氧化苯甲酰的混合液,经3小时恒速滴加,再加入0.1g过氧化苯甲酰,继续恒温反应3小时后,冷却至室温,加入氨水25g,搅拌2h后完成反应。
2.一种含有权利要求1所述的制备方法制备的改性水性丙烯酸乳液的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆,其特征在于,
按质量分数计,包括以下组分:甲、乙组份总的质量份数为100%;
甲组分:改性水性丙烯酸乳液25-45%;
三聚氰胺甲醛树脂3-4%;
结构增强剂16-28%;
颜料5-10%;
氢化蓖麻油2-3%;
乳化剂3-5%;
溶剂9-13%;
乙组分:交联剂20-40%;
溶剂60-80%;
所述的甲组份与乙组份质量比为5:2。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆,其特征在于,所述的颜料为三氧化二铁、钛白粉及靛蓝中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆,其特征在于,所述的三氧化二铝、氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶中的一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆,其特征在于,所述的溶剂为丙二醇单甲醚和水中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆,其特征在于,所述的交联剂为环氧固化剂、异氰酸酯固化剂中的一种。
7.一种权利要求2所述的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:将权利要求2所述的甲组份和乙组份,按照5:2的质量比混合,搅拌均匀后即得所述的水性丙烯酸复合树脂面漆。
