本发明公开了一种连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,步骤如下:将该废水pH调至4.0~5.0,加入硫酸亚铁和双氧水,反应后进行微电解,将废水中不可生物降解的大分子开环断链,氧化成易生物降解的小分子;废水送入絮凝沉淀池,进行中和絮凝沉淀,使悬浮物、重金属通过沉淀除去;废水送入水解酸化池,降解水中部分难降解大分子有机物,提高废水可生化性,同时加铁盐沉淀去除部分抑制甲烷反应的硫化氢;废水送入两级UASB进行生物处理;UASB出水送入两级A/O反应池进行脱氮生物处理;把A/O反应出水送入生物活性炭滤池进行深度处理,并通入臭氧。废水经过本发明处理后能达到《污水综合排放标准》表4一级标准要求。

一种连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于工业废水处理方法,具体涉及一种连二亚硫酸钠生产废水处理的方法。
背景技术
连二亚硫酸钠是一种强还原剂,广泛应用于纺织工业作为助染剂及漂白剂食品医药造纸等行业作为漂白剂等。生产废水主要含少量的甲醇、己二醇、甲硫醇、硫代双乙醇及硫醇类等,COD浓度约为20000~30000mg/L,有难闻臭味,颜色为深绿色。
对于该类废水的处理,主要有催化氧化、物化分离、生化处理及其联合方式,但均存在处理成本高、运行费用大、处理效果不达标等问题。在连二亚硫酸钠大量需求的背景下,其生产过程中产生的废水对环境的污染越来越严重,迫切需要一种新型高效节能的连二亚硫酸钠废水处理技术。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,解决了连二亚硫酸钠生产废水成分复杂,不易生物降解等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,步骤如下:
(1)将连二亚硫酸钠生产废水pH调至4.0~5.0,送入高级氧化池中,加入硫酸亚铁和双氧水,反应2h,高级氧化池出水调pH至2~4进行微电解,将废水中不可生物降解的大分子开环断链,氧化成易生物降解的小分子,提高废水可生化性;
(2)将经过高级氧化预处理的废水送入中和反应池与沉降池,投加石灰、絮凝剂进行中和絮凝沉淀,使悬浮物、重金属通过沉淀除去;
(3)沉降池出来的废水送入水解酸化池,降解水中部分难降解大分子有机物,进一步提高废水可生化性,同时加铁盐沉淀去除部分抑制甲烷反应的硫化氢,使其反应生成硫化铁沉淀去除;
(4)水解酸化池出来的废水送入一级UASB和二级UASB进行生物处理,使废水中有机物在经过厌氧颗粒污泥床微生物作用下进行厌氧消化,经过两级UASB,大大降低了污水中有机物浓度;
(5)UASB出水送入A级/O级反应池进行生物处理,设内循环,A级厌氧段主要用于脱氮除磷,O级好氧段主要去除有机物;
(6)把A/O反应出水送入生物活性炭滤池进行深度处理,并通入臭氧,氧化水中有机物降低生物活性炭有机负荷,提高生物活性炭滤池可生化性,进一步去除水中有机物和氨氮。
所述步骤(1)中连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的pH值采用烧碱或者硫酸溶液来调整;双氧水采用质量分数30%的H2O2,投加量40ml/L,FeSO4·7H2O投加量32.7g/L。
所述步骤(1)高级氧化池出水调pH至2~4,加入铁碳填料,与高级氧化池出水体积比1:1,进行微电解反应2h,
所述步骤(2)中和反应池与沉降池采用一体化,沉降池采用竖流式,投加石灰乳使其中的废水pH达到10~11,絮凝剂采用质量分数为1‰的聚丙烯酰胺溶液,投加量为2ml/L。
所述步骤(3)中水解酸化池采用升流式,在pH值4~6时,加入脱硫剂氯化亚铁,采用竖流沉降。
所述步骤(4)中水解酸化池出水在送入一级UASB和二级UASB进行生物处理之前,输送入中间水池,添加N源、P源,使得COD:N:P为200:5:1。
所述步骤(4)中一级UASB的有效停留时间分别为38h、二级UASB的有效停留时间为31h,内置三相分离器,布水装置,内回流装置。
所述步骤(5)中A级/O级反应池均采用三段推流反应,A级厌氧段水力停留时间2h,溶解氧浓度0.15mg/L;O级好氧段水力停留时间8h,溶解氧浓度2mg/L,混合液回流比200%。
所述步骤(6)中生物活性炭滤池采用小阻力配水,过滤流速3~5m/h,炭层高2.5米,臭氧采用空气源的臭氧发生器现场制备,臭氧产量为1.5~4g/h。
本发明的有益效果:本发明解决了连二亚硫酸钠生产废水成分复杂,不易生物降解等问题。本发明对有机物的含量从14000mg/L降至50mg/L以下,去除率达到99.6%,对氨氮去除率达到85%。出水稳定且水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级标准要求。

本实施例的连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,步骤如下:
(1)将连二亚硫酸钠生产装置生产出来的废水与前期雨水和事故污水混合后的废水(pH为6.25,COD约14000mg/L,氨氮浓度84mg/L)用硫酸调pH值至4~5送入高级氧化池,其中高级氧化池加入FeSO4·7H2O、双氧水(30%),双氧水(30%)的投加量40ml/L,FeSO4·7H2O投加量32.7g/L,保持H2O2/ Fe2+摩尔比为3:1,反应2h后pH调至3.5,加入铁碳填料,与水体积比1:1,进行微电解反应2h,高级氧化-微电解出水COD降至7800mg/L,去除率达44.6%,高级氧化-微电解作为生化前预处理,大大降低后续处理难度;
(2)出水送入中和混凝沉淀池,加入石灰乳搅拌调pH至10,加1‰的聚丙烯酰胺溶液2mL/L;
(3)沉淀后上清液进入水解酸化池,停留时间4h~6h,反应后出水调节pH=5时投加氯化亚铁,边搅拌边观察不再有黑色沉淀形成即停止添加氯化亚铁,沉淀后测得上清液NH3-N浓度75mg/L,NH3-N去除率达到11%;
(4)上清液输送入中间水池,添加N源、P源,使得COD:N:P为200:5:1,进入一级UASB,停留时间38h,进入二级UASB,停留时间31h;
(5)二级UASB出水进入A/O生化反应池,先进行A段兼性厌氧生化池2h,溶解氧浓度0.15mg/L,后进入O段好氧生化池8h,溶解氧浓度2mg/L,采用气量11 m3/min,风压60kPa曝气风机供气,A/O出水NH3-N浓度21mg/L,去除率72%,是氨氮的主要去除单元,系统经过生化二沉池,COD浓度降为64mg/L,COD在高级氧化基础上又去除96.5%,COD主要在生化单元去除,运行费用大大降低;
(6)生化出水经过臭氧生物炭滤池,生物炭滤池采用小阻力配水,过滤流速3~5m/h,炭层高2.5米,臭氧采用空气源的臭氧发生器现场制备,其中臭氧的产量为1.5~4g/h ,最终出水的 COD、NH3-N浓度分别达到45mg/L、13mg/L达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。
实施例2
本实施例的连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,步骤如下:
(1)将连二亚硫酸钠生产装置生产出来的废水与前期雨水和事故污水混合后的废水(pH为6.25,COD约14000mg/L,氨氮浓度84mg/L)用硫酸调pH值至4~5送入高级氧化池,其中高级氧化池加入FeSO4·7H2O、双氧水(30%),双氧水(30%)的投加量40ml/L,FeSO4·7H2O投加量32.7g/L,反应2h后pH调至4,加入铁碳填料,与水体积比1:1,进行微电解反应2h,高级氧化-微电解出水COD降至7780mg/L,去除率达45.1%,高级氧化-微电解作为生化前预处理,大大降低后续处理难度;
(2)出水送入中和反应池和沉降池,中和反应池和沉降池采用一体化即中和混凝沉淀池,其中沉降池采用竖流式,加入石灰乳搅拌调pH至10,加质量分数为1‰的聚丙烯酰胺溶液2ml/L;
(3)沉淀后上清液进入水解酸化池,停留时间4h~6h,加酸调节pH=4时投加氯化亚铁,边搅拌边观察不再有黑色沉淀形成即停止添加氯化亚铁,沉淀后测得上清液NH3-N浓度74mg/L,NH3-N去除率达到11.5%;
(4)水解酸化池出水输送入中间水池,补充N源、P源,使得COD:N:P为200:5:1,进入一级UASB,停留时间38h,进入二级UASB,停留时间31h;
(5)二级UASB出水进入A/O生化反应池,先进行A段兼性厌氧生化池2h,溶解氧浓度0.15mg/L,后进入O段好氧生化池8h,溶解氧浓度2mg/L,采用气量11 m3/min,风压60kPa曝气风机供气,A/O出水NH3-N浓度21mg/L,去除率72%,是氨氮的主要去除单元,系统经过生化二沉池,COD浓度降为60mg/L,COD在高级氧化基础上又去除97.5%,COD主要在生化单元去除,运行费用大大降低;
(6)生化出水经过臭氧生物炭滤池,生物炭滤池采用小阻力配水,过滤流速3~5m/h,炭层高2.5米,臭氧采用空气源的臭氧发生器现场制备,其中臭氧的产量为1.5~4g/h ,最终出水的 COD、NH3-N浓度分别达到43mg/L、12.5mg/L达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准。
实施例3
本实施例的连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,步骤如下:

(2)将经过高级氧化预处理的废水送入中和反应池与沉降池,投加石灰、絮凝剂进行中和絮凝沉淀,使悬浮物、重金属通过沉淀除去;
(3)沉降池出来的废水送入水解酸化池,降解水中部分难降解大分子有机物,进一步提高废水可生化性,同时加铁盐沉淀去除部分抑制甲烷反应的硫化氢,使其反应生成硫化铁沉淀去除;

(5)UASB出水送入A级/O级反应池进行生物处理,设内循环,A级厌氧段主要用于脱氮除磷,O级好氧段主要去除有机物;
(6)把A/O反应出水送入生物活性炭滤池进行深度处理,并通入臭氧,氧化水中有机物降低生物活性炭有机负荷,提高生物活性炭滤池可生化性,进一步去除水中有机物和氨氮;
所述步骤(3)中水解酸化池采用升流式,在pH值4~6时,加入脱硫剂氯化亚铁,采用竖流沉降;

所述步骤(6)中生物活性炭滤池采用小阻力配水,过滤流速3~5m/h,炭层高2.5米,臭氧采用空气源的臭氧发生器现场制备,臭氧产量为1.5~4g/h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的pH值采用烧碱或者硫酸溶液来调整;双氧水采用质量分数30%的H2O2,投加量40ml/L,FeSO4·7H2O投加量32.7g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)高级氧化池出水调pH至2~4,加入铁碳填料,与高级氧化池出水体积比1:1,进行微电解反应2h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连二亚硫酸钠生产废水的处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中和反应池与沉降池采用一体化,沉降池采用竖流式,投加石灰乳使其中的废水pH达到10~11,絮凝剂采用质量分数为1‰的聚丙烯酰胺溶液,投加量为2ml/L。
