Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置,包括设置在车斗一侧的安装台,安装台安装支撑台和控制箱,支撑台通过转台铰接配合铰接轴,转台外侧套接齿圈,支撑台连接第一电机,第一电机连接与齿圈啮合的齿轮;转台链接铰接轴,铰接轴连接立柱,立柱通过调节立柱连接铰接座,铰接座铰接主吊臂,铰接座上安装连接主吊臂的油缸,主吊臂连接伸缩臂,伸缩臂前端设有滑轮,主吊臂上连接第二电机,第二电机通过吊绳连接吊钩,吊绳对应设置在滑轮上;控制箱控制连接第一电机、第二电机和油缸。本发明的优点是:结构紧凑,占空间小,便于安装、拆卸,不影响后车厢的正常使用,操作简单,降低了劳动强度,节省了劳力,且加快了装卸速度。

一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置
技术领域
本发明涉及装卸设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置。
背景技术
目前,在小货车装卸货物时,一般是通过人力搬运的,当劳动力紧缺时,无法保证按时完成装卸任务,当在装卸不规则或较重的货物时,人力搬运不便,且具有一定的危险性。这时需要借助专用的起重吊装设备才能完成装卸工作,这给装卸工作带来不便,从而影响货物运输计划。采用这种通过人力搬运小型货物上下车的装卸方式存在搬运困难、劳动强度大、劳力成本高、工作效率低,无法保证按时完成装卸任务的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置,包括货车,在所述货车的后侧设有车斗,其特征在于:在所述车斗的一侧设有安装台,在所述安装台的一侧安装支撑台,在所述支撑台的上侧安装转台,在所述转台的外侧套接固定齿圈,在所述支撑台一侧设有第一电机,在所述第一电机的输出轴上连接与所述齿圈相啮合的齿轮;
在所述转台的上侧铰接配合铰接轴,在所述转台与铰接轴铰接配合处的外侧套接一个套筒,所述铰接轴连接立柱,在所述立柱内设有能够伸缩调节的调节立柱,在所述调节立柱的上侧安装铰接座,在所述铰接座上铰接主吊臂的一侧,在所述铰接座上还安装油缸,油缸连接所述主吊臂,在所述主吊臂的另一侧设有能够伸缩调节的伸缩臂,在所述伸缩臂的前端设有滑轮,在所述主吊臂上连接第二电机,所述第二电机通过吊绳连接吊钩,所述吊绳对应设置在所述滑轮上;
在所述安装台上还设有控制箱,所述控制箱控制连接所述第一电机、第二电机和油缸。
优选地,在所述铰接轴上还连接用于所述立柱稳定的稳固装置。
所述稳固装置包括套接在所述铰接轴上的套环,在所述套环上设有一组支撑杆,在每个所述支撑杆的底部均设有一个连接板,所述连接板通过连接件固定连接在所述安装台上。
优选地,所述套环与所述铰接轴之间设有轴承。
优选地,在所述安装台上还设有支撑柱,在所述支撑柱的上侧设有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述立柱或所述调节立柱对应卡接配合。
本发明的优点在于:本发明所提供的一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置,在车斗的一侧安装能够翻转且可以折叠的起重架,当需要使用时把起重架立起来,不用的时候把起重架收起来,它的紧凑结构设计,占用空间小,便于安装、拆卸,不影响后车厢的正常使用,立柱和吊臂均能调节长度,方便不同货物的吊装。本车载起重装置使用方便,操作简单,解决了必须通过较多人力搬运才能完成的工作,有效地降低了劳动强度,节省了劳力,且加快了装卸速度。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置,包括货车1,在所述货车1的后侧设有车斗2,在所述车斗2的一侧设有安装台3,在所述安装台3的一侧安装支撑台4,本方案的支撑台4设置在所述车斗2的前侧,所述支撑台4为一个方形块。
在所述支撑台4的上侧安装转台10,所述转台10为圆柱形结构,在所述转台10的外侧套接固定一个齿圈7,在所述支撑台4一侧设有一个凹槽,在所述凹槽内安装一个第一电机5,所述第一电机5的输出轴向上设置,在所述第一电机5的输出轴上连接与所述齿圈7相啮合的齿轮6。
在所述转台10的上侧铰接配合铰接轴8,所述转台10与所述铰接轴8的铰接方式采用常规榫槽与榫头的配合方式。在所述转台10与铰接轴8铰接配合处的外侧套接一个套筒22,在所述套筒22的作用下铰接轴8不会在转台10上摆动。
如图2所示,在所述铰接轴8上还连接用于所述立柱9稳定的稳固装置23。所述稳固装置23包括套接在所述铰接轴8上的套环23.1,所述套环23.1与所述铰接轴8之间设有轴承。在所述套环23.1上设有一组支撑杆23.2,在每个所述支撑杆23.2的底部均设有一个连接板23.3,所述连接板23.3通过连接件固定连接在所述安装台3上。
所述铰接轴8连接方形的立柱9,在所述立柱9内设有能够伸缩调节方形的调节立柱11,在所述立柱9和调节立柱11上均设有一组通孔,所述立柱9和调节立柱11调节到合适的长度后,在所述通孔内通过销轴把两者固定。在所述调节立柱11的上侧安装铰接座12,所述铰接座12下侧为与所述调节立柱11对应配合的方形管,上侧为U型座。在所述方形管的一侧设有固定板13,在所述固定板13上安装一个活塞杆向上设置的油缸14。在所述U型座内铰接主吊臂15的一侧,所述主吊臂15的相应侧还连接所述油缸14的活塞杆。在所述主吊臂15的另一侧设有能够伸缩调节的伸缩臂17,所述主吊臂15和伸缩臂17也均为方形杆,在所述主吊臂15和伸缩臂17上也均设有一组通孔,在所述主吊臂15和伸缩臂17调节到合适的长度后,在所述通孔内通过销轴把两者固定。
在所述伸缩臂17的前端设有滑轮18,在所述主吊臂15上连接第二电机16,所述第二电机16通过吊绳19连接吊钩20,所述吊绳19对应设置在所述滑轮18上。
在所述安装台3上还设有控制箱21,所述控制箱21控制连接所述第一电机5、第二电机16和油缸14。
在所述安装台3上还设有支撑柱24,在所述支撑柱24的上侧设有卡槽24.1,在不使用时,将吊臂折叠到立柱上,使用扎带扎好后,旋下所述套筒22,把所述立柱9向所述支撑柱24翻转,所述卡槽24.1与所述立柱9或所述调节立柱11对应卡接配合,本方案所述卡槽24.1与所述调节立柱11对应卡接配合。

1.一种用于货车装卸货物的车载起重装置,包括货车(1),在所述货车(1)的后侧设有车斗(2),其特征在于:在所述车斗(2)的一侧设有安装台(3),在所述安装台(3)的一侧安装支撑台(4),在所述支撑台(4)的上侧安装转台(10),在所述转台(10)的外侧套接固定齿圈(7),在所述支撑台(4)一侧设有第一电机(5),在所述第一电机(5)的输出轴上连接与所述齿圈(7)相啮合的齿轮(6);
在所述转台(10)的上侧铰接配合铰接轴(8),在所述转台(10)与铰接轴(8)铰接配合处的外侧套接一个套筒(22),所述铰接轴(8)连接立柱(9),在所述立柱(9)内设有能够伸缩调节的调节立柱(11),在所述调节立柱(11)的上侧安装铰接座(12),在所述铰接座(12)上铰接主吊臂(15)的一侧,在所述铰接座(12)上还安装油缸(14),油缸(14)连接所述主吊臂(15),在所述主吊臂(15)的另一侧设有能够伸缩调节的伸缩臂(17),在所述伸缩臂(17)的前端设有滑轮(18),在所述主吊臂(15)上连接第二电机(16),所述第二电机(16)通过吊绳(19)连接吊钩(20),所述吊绳(19)对应设置在所述滑轮(18)上;
在所述安装台(3)上还设有控制箱(21),所述控制箱(21)控制连接所述第一电机(5)、第二电机(16)和油缸(14);
在所述铰接轴(8)上还连接用于所述立柱(9)稳定的稳固装置(23);
所述稳固装置(23)包括套接在所述铰接轴(8)上的套环(23.1),在所述套环(23.1)上设有一组支撑杆(23.2),在每个所述支撑杆(23.2)的底部均设有一个连接板(23.3),所述连接板(23.3)通过连接件固定连接在所述安装台(3)上;
所述套环(23.1)与所述铰接轴(8)之间设有轴承;
在所述安装台(3)上还设有支撑柱(24),在所述支撑柱(24)的上侧设有卡槽(24.1),所述卡槽(24.1)与所述立柱(9)或所述调节立柱(11)对应卡接配合;
所述转台(10)与所述铰接轴(8)的铰接方式采用常规榫槽与榫头的配合方式;
在所述支撑台(4)一侧设有一个凹槽,在所述凹槽内安装一个第一电机(5)。
