本发明公开了一种高效的热交换器,涉及换热器领域,包括筒体、冷流体进口和冷流体出口;所述位于冷流体进口和冷流体出口处的筒体内设置有管板,管板的前端设置有防冲板,防冲板的前端固定设置有水平的隔板,且冷流体进口的冷流体出口分别开设在隔板的上下两侧筒体上;所述管板的后端固定设置有沿筒体轴向排布的U型换热管,且换热管的进口和出口分别位于管板上端和下端;所述换热管上固定交叉设置有折流板,且折流板为L状;所述筒体上还设置有热流体进口和热流体出口。本发明设计巧妙,结构合理紧凑,大大提高了换热效率,减少能耗,降低成本,增加使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及换热器领域,具体而言,涉及一种高效的热交换器。
背景技术
在工业生产中,为了工业流程的需要,往往需要进行各种不同方式的热量变换,如:加热、冷却、蒸发和冷凝等,换热器就是用来实现上述热量交换与传递的设备。通过各种设备,一边使热量从温度较高的流体传递给温度较低的流体,以满足生产工艺的需要。但是怎么设计安装换热器的结构,用来提高换热效率,减少能量损耗,减少设备制作成本,延长使用寿命,一直是本领域技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效的热交换器,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种高效的热交换器,包括筒体、冷流体进口和冷流体出口;所述位于冷流体进口和冷流体出口处的筒体内设置有管板,管板的前端设置有防冲板,防冲板的前端固定设置有水平的隔板,且冷流体进口的冷流体出口分别开设在隔板的上下两侧筒体上;所述管板的后端固定设置有沿筒体轴向排布的U型换热管,且换热管的进口和出口分别位于管板上端和下端;所述换热管上固定交叉设置有折流板,且折流板为L状;所述筒体上还设置有热流体进口和热流体出口。
进一步的,所述筒体由左管箱和右管箱构成,且左管箱和右管箱的轴向长度相等。
进一步的,所述左管箱与右管箱的贴合面上安装有法兰盘。
进一步的,所述换热管为螺纹管。
进一步的,所述筒体上还安装有支耳。
本发明的有益效果是,通过将折流板设置为L状,且折流板交叉设置在换热管上,使热流进入到筒体内停留的时间更长,使换热的效果更好。筒体通过左管箱和右管箱构成,且左管箱和右管箱的轴向长度相等,使本发明的拆卸维修更加方便。换热管为螺纹管,使换热管内的冷流体换热效果更好。本发明设计巧妙,结构合理紧凑,大大提高了换热效率,减少能耗,降低成本,增加使用寿命。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种高效的热交换器,包括筒体1、冷流体进口3和冷流体出口4;所述位于冷流体进口3和冷流体出口4处的筒体1内设置有管板6,管板6的前端设置有防冲板5,防冲板5的前端固定设置有水平的隔板7,且冷流体进口3的冷流体出口4分别开设在隔板7的上下两侧筒体1上,隔板7将冷流体进口3和冷流体出口4隔开,避免冷流体和换热后的冷流体混合。所述管板6的后端固定设置有沿筒体1轴向排布的U型换热管8,且换热管8的进口和出口分别位于管板6上端和下端,使换热管8内的冷流体换热效率更好,换热后的冷流体温度更加均匀。所述换热管8上固定交叉设置有折流板9,且折流板9为L状;所述筒体1上还设置有热流体进口10和热流体出口11,热流体通过热流体进口10进入到筒体1内,进入到筒体1内的冷流体对换热管8内的冷流体进行换热,且热流体通过折流板9的引导最后通过热流体出口11排出,而进行热交换后的冷流体通过冷流体出口4排出。
所述筒体1由左管箱1a和右管箱1b构成,且左管箱1a和右管箱1b的轴向长度相等,方便对筒体1内的元件进行安装和维修。所述换热管8为螺纹管,使换热管内的冷流体换热效果更好。所述左管箱1a与右管箱1b的贴合面上安装有法兰盘2,使筒体1的密封性更好。所述筒体1上还安装有支耳12,方便筒体1的安装。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高效的热交换器,其特征在于,所述筒体由左管箱和右管箱构成,且左管箱和右管箱的轴向长度相等。
