技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具,特别是涉及注塑模具三向抽芯机构。
背景技术
注塑模具对塑料件注塑成型后,若塑料件上制有上斜筋、下斜筋和侧孔时,已有技术通常是将型腔和型芯加大,然后在型腔和型芯中分别设置油缸,利用油缸直接进行抽芯,油缸成本较高,而且型腔和型芯加大后,使整个注塑机体积增大,注塑机吨位增加,从而提高制造成本,并且油缸抽芯动作慢,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单,缩小模具体积,降低模具开发成本,提高生产效率的注塑模具三向抽芯机构。
本发明注塑模具三向抽芯机构的技术方案是:包括上复板和下复板,在上复板下设置型腔,在下复板中开有穿孔,下复板上设置模脚,模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板、下顶针板和顶针,注射机顶杆穿过穿孔与下顶针板相接触,模脚上设置型芯,型芯与型腔之间有注塑成型的塑料件,塑料件上制有上斜筋、下斜筋和侧面板,侧面板上开有侧孔,其特征在于:所述的型腔中制有定距拉槽、上斜滑槽和斜弹簧槽,上复板下设置定距拉杆,定距拉杆穿过定距拉槽连接定距拉板,定距拉板与定距拉槽相配合,在上斜滑槽中设置上斜滑块,上斜滑块下制有上筋槽,上筋槽与塑料件的上斜筋相配合,上斜滑块两侧制有挡板,在斜弹簧槽中设置斜弹簧,斜弹簧上端与挡板相接触,在型腔下设置斜导柱,型芯上设置侧抽芯滑块,侧抽芯滑块上制有侧凸块和斜导孔,斜导柱经斜导孔带动侧凸块与塑料件的侧孔相配合,在型芯中制有下斜滑槽,下斜滑槽中设置下斜滑块,下斜滑块上端与塑料件的下斜筋相配合,下斜滑块中制有斜导槽,在型芯一侧设置侧抽油缸,侧抽油缸的活塞杆连接弯销,弯销与斜导槽相配合。
本发明公开了一种注塑模具三向抽芯机构,当塑料件注塑成型后,先由斜弹簧在回复力的作用下向上推动挡板,挡板带动上斜滑块和上复板向上,由于型腔保持不动,因此上斜滑块在向上移动的同时沿着型腔的上斜滑槽向一侧倾斜滑动,从而使上斜滑块先脱出塑料件的上斜筋,当定距拉板与定距拉槽相接触时,上复板和上斜滑块停止向上移动,然后由注塑机带动下复板向下移动,下复板带动模脚、上顶针板、下顶针板、型芯、侧抽油缸、侧抽芯滑块和塑料件向后移动,当侧抽芯滑块向后移动时,其斜导孔与型腔下的斜导柱相配合,使侧抽芯滑块向外侧滑动抽出塑料件的侧孔,与此同时由侧抽油缸带动弯销向外侧移动,弯销与下斜滑块的斜导槽配合,使下斜滑块沿着下斜滑槽倾斜向下移动脱出塑料件的下斜筋,最后由注射机顶杆推动上、下顶针板,上、下顶针板带动顶针将塑料件顶出脱模。本方案注塑模具三向抽芯机构,利用上斜滑块与上斜滑槽以及斜弹簧的配合脱出塑料件的上斜筋,斜导柱和侧抽芯滑块的斜导孔配合脱出塑料件的侧孔,侧抽油缸带动弯销与下斜滑块配合脱出塑料件的下斜筋,使塑料件的三个方向都能得到抽芯,而又无需加大型芯和型腔的体积,结构简单,降低模具开发成本,并且在模具开模的同时就能完成三个方向的抽芯,抽芯动作快,提高生产效率。
本发明注塑模具三向抽芯机构,所述的挡板下制有凹槽,斜弹簧的上端插入凹槽中。有了凹槽,对斜弹簧上端起定位作用。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种注塑模具三向抽芯机构,如图1—图4所示,包括上复板1和下复板2,在上复板下设置型腔3,在下复板中开有穿孔4,下复板上设置模脚5,模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板6、下顶针板7和顶针8,注射机顶杆9穿过穿孔4与下顶针板相接触,模脚上设置型芯10,型芯与型腔3之间有注塑成型的塑料件11,塑料件上制有上斜筋12、下斜筋13和侧面板14,侧面板上开有侧孔15,其特征在于:所述的型腔3中制有定距拉槽16、上斜滑槽17和斜弹簧槽18,上复板1下设置定距拉杆19,定距拉杆穿过定距拉槽连接定距拉板20,定距拉板与定距拉槽16相配合,在上斜滑槽17中设置上斜滑块21,上斜滑块下制有上筋槽22,上筋槽与塑料件的上斜筋12相配合,上斜滑块两侧制有挡板23,在斜弹簧槽18中设置斜弹簧24,斜弹簧上端与挡板相接触,在型腔3下设置斜导柱25,型芯上设置侧抽芯滑块26,侧抽芯滑块上制有侧凸块27和斜导孔28,斜导柱25经斜导孔带动侧凸块与塑料件11的侧孔15相配合,在型芯10中制有下斜滑槽29,下斜滑槽中设置下斜滑块30,下斜滑块上端与塑料件11的下斜筋13相配合,下斜滑块中制有斜导槽31,在型芯10一侧设置侧抽油缸32,侧抽油缸的活塞杆连接弯销33,弯销与斜导槽31相配合。当塑料件11注塑成型后,先由斜弹簧24在回复力的作用下向上推动挡板23,挡板带动上斜滑块21和上复板1向上,由于型腔3保持不动,因此上斜滑块在向上移动的同时沿着型腔的上斜滑槽17向一侧倾斜滑动,从而使上斜滑块21先脱出塑料件11的上斜筋12,当定距拉板20与定距拉槽16相接触时,上复板1和上斜滑块21停止向上移动,然后由注塑机带动下复板2向下移动,下复板带动模脚5、上顶针板6、下顶针板7、型芯10、侧抽油缸32、侧抽芯滑块26和塑料件11向后移动,当侧抽芯滑块向后移动时,其斜导孔28与型腔3下的斜导柱25相配合,使侧抽芯滑块26向外侧滑动抽出塑料件11的侧孔15,与此同时由侧抽油缸32带动弯销33向外侧移动,弯销与下斜滑块30的斜导槽31配合,使下斜滑块沿着下斜滑槽29倾斜向下移动脱出塑料件11的下斜筋13,最后由注射机顶杆9推动上、下顶针板6、7,上、下顶针板带动顶针8将塑料件顶出脱模。本方案注塑模具三向抽芯机构,利用上斜滑块21与上斜滑槽17以及斜弹簧24的配合脱出塑料件11的上斜筋12,斜导柱25和侧抽芯滑块26的斜导孔28配合脱出塑料件的侧孔15,侧抽油缸32带动弯销33与下斜滑块30配合脱出塑料件的下斜筋13,使塑料件的三个方向都能得到抽芯,而又无需加大型芯和型腔的体积,结构简单,降低模具开发成本,并且在模具开模的同时就能完成三个方向的抽芯,抽芯动作快,提高生产效率。所述的挡板23下制有凹槽34,斜弹簧24的上端插入凹槽中。有了凹槽34,对斜弹簧24上端起定位作用。

1.注塑模具三向抽芯机构,包括上复板(1)和下复板(2),在上复板下设置型腔(3),在下复板中开有穿孔(4),下复板上设置模脚(5),模脚之间的下复板上设置上顶针板(6)、下顶针板(7)和顶针(8),注射机顶杆(9)穿过穿孔(4)与下顶针板相接触,模脚上设置型芯(10),型芯与型腔(3)之间有注塑成型的塑料件(11),塑料件上制有上斜筋(12)、下斜筋(13)和侧面板(14),侧面板上开有侧孔(15),其特征在于:所述的型腔(3)中制有定距拉槽(16)、上斜滑槽(17)和斜弹簧槽(18),上复板(1)下设置定距拉杆(19),定距拉杆穿过定距拉槽连接定距拉板(20),定距拉板与定距拉槽(16)相配合,在上斜滑槽(17)中设置上斜滑块(21),上斜滑块下制有上筋槽(22),上筋槽与塑料件的上斜筋(12)相配合,上斜滑块两侧制有挡板(23),在斜弹簧槽(18)中设置斜弹簧(24),斜弹簧上端与挡板相接触,在型腔(3)下设置斜导柱(25),型芯上设置侧抽芯滑块(26),侧抽芯滑块上制有侧凸块(27)和斜导孔(28),斜导柱(25)经斜导孔带动侧凸块与塑料件(11)的侧孔(15)相配合,在型芯(10)中制有下斜滑槽(29),下斜滑槽中设置下斜滑块(30),下斜滑块上端与塑料件(11)的下斜筋(13)相配合,下斜滑块中制有斜导槽(31),在型芯(10)一侧设置侧抽油缸(32),侧抽油缸的活塞杆连接弯销(33),弯销与斜导槽(31)相配合。
