背景技术
由于二次电池能够容易地应用于各种产品的特性和电学特性诸如高能量密度,所以二次电池不仅通常应用于便携式装置,而且普遍应用于利用电驱动源推进的电动车辆(EV)或者混合动力电动车辆(HEV)。由于二次电池的主要优点是显著地减少化石燃料的使用并且不从能量的使用产生副产品从而使其成为新的环境友好并且有能量效率,所以该二次电池正在受到关注。
当前可用的二次电池包括锂离子电池、锂聚合物电池、Ni-Cd电池、Ni-MH电池和Ni-Zn电池。这种单元二次电池单体的操作电压是大约2.5V-4.2V。当需要较高的输出电压时,多个二次电池单体可以串联连接以构造电池组。而且,基于电池组所需的充电/放电容量,多个二次电池单体可以并联连接以构造电池组。因此,可以基于所需的输出电压或者充电/放电容量而不同地设定在电池组中包括的二次电池单体的数目。
当通过串联/并联连接多个二次电池单体来构造电池组时,通常的方法包括构造包括至少两个二次电池单体的电池模块、使用多个电池模块构造电池模块组件以及将各种构件添加到电池模块组件以构造电池组。关于电池模块,在本申请人自己的韩国专利申请公开No.10-2007-0064221和10-2010-0128927中公开了电池模块的实例。
发明内容
技术问题
设计本公开以解决现有技术的这些问题,并且因此本公开涉及提供一种包括用于连接端板的套管的电池组。
技术方案
为了实现以上目的,根据本公开的电池组包括:多个电池模块,每一个电池模块包括两个二次电池单体、模块框架和冷却片(coolingpin);下罩组件,该下罩组件包括冷却板、前罩、后罩、汇流条和感测连接器并且连接到电池模块组件的底部,在该电池模块组件中组装有所述多个电池模块;前电路组件,该前电路组件电连接到感测连接器和电极引线,该电极引线形成于在电池模块组件中包括的所述多个电池模块中;前盖,该前盖连接到前罩并且防止前电路组件暴露于外部;两个上罩,所述两个上罩分别连接到前罩和后罩;用于电池模块组件的端板,该用于电池模块组件的端板布置在电池模块组件的两侧处;和套管,该套管连接所述两个上罩和用于电池模块组件的端板。
根据本公开的用于电池模块组件的端板可以包括:第一板,该第一板与电池模块组件的一侧形成接触;第二板,该第二板与电池模块组件的另一侧形成接触;以及上搭接条,该上搭接条从第一板的上边缘延伸到第二板的上边缘。
根据本公开的一个实施例,可以设置至少两个上搭接条。
根据本公开的一个实施例,上搭接条可以布置在指定位置处以覆盖电池模块组件的顶表面的中心点。

根据本公开的电池组包括其中组装多个电池模块的电池模块组件、下罩组件、前电路组件、前盖、两个上罩、用于电池模块组件的端板(在下文中称作“端板”)和套管。为了根据本公开的电池组的理解方便起见,将按照组装次序描述电池组的每一个元件。

电池模块121具有二次电池单体122、模块框架123和冷却片124。
二次电池单体122不限于特定类型。每一个二次电池单体122可以包括能够再次充电并且必须考虑充电或者放电电压的锂离子电池、锂聚合物电池、Ni-Cd电池、Ni-MH电池和Ni-Zn电池。优选地,作为二次电池单体122,可以使用锂聚合物电池。而且,基于外壳类型,二次电池单体122可以分类成袋型二次电池单体、柱形二次电池单体和棱形二次电池单体。优选地,作为二次电池单体122,可以使用袋型二次电池单体。

1.一种电池组,包括:
多个电池模块,每个电池模块包括两个二次电池单体、模块框架和冷却片;
下罩组件,所述下罩组件包括冷却板、前罩、后罩、汇流条和感测连接器,并且所述下罩组件被连接到电池模块组件的底部,在所述电池模块组件中组装有所述多个电池模块;
前电路组件,所述前电路组件被电连接到所述感测连接器和电极引线,所述电极引线形成于在所述电池模块组件中包括的所述多个电池模块中;
前盖,所述前盖被连接到所述前罩,并且防止所述前电路组件暴露于外部;
两个上罩,所述两个上罩被分别地连接到所述前罩和所述后罩;
用于电池模块组件的端板,所述用于电池模块组件的端板被布置在所述电池模块组件的两侧;和
套管,所述套管将所述两个上罩和所述用于电池模块组件的端板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池组,其中,所述用于电池模块组件的端板包括:
第一板,所述第一板与所述电池模块组件的一侧接触;
第二板,所述第二板与所述电池模块组件的另一侧接触;和
上搭接条,所述上搭接条从所述第一板的上边缘和所述第二板的上边缘延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电池组,其中,设置有至少两个上搭接条。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电池组,其中,所述上搭接条被布置在指定位置处,以覆盖所述电池模块组件的顶表面的中心点。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电池组,其中,所述用于电池模块组件的端板进一步包括多个套管连接板,所述多个套管连接板从所述第一板和所述第二板中的每一个延伸,并且所述多个套管连接板具有与所述第一板和所述第二板中的每一个垂直的表面以及与所述套管的尺寸对应的孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电池组,其中,所述两个上罩具有每一个套管插入到其中的孔,并且所述多个套管连接板形成在与所述上罩中形成的所述孔对应的位置处。
7.一种电池操作系统,包括:
根据权利要求1到6中的任一项所述的电池组;和
负载,从所述电池组向所述负载供应电力。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电池操作系统,其中,所述负载是电驱动装置或者便携式装置。
