Description

用于燃烧发动机的增压装置
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的一种用于燃烧发动机的增压装置。
在这种已知的增压装置中,所提供的冷却仅为空气冷却,其首先是冷却不充分,其次导致增压装置的结构不够紧凑。
相反,本发明的目的是提供根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的一种增压装置,以便于节省结构空间和提高冷却能力。
通过权利要求1的特征实现了该目的。
根据本发明,电力电子电路以节省空间的方式设置在压缩机壳体后壁和与压缩机壳体后壁相邻设置的电动马达之间。
从属权利要求包含本发明的有益改进。
如果压缩机壳体后壁上设置有冷却套,这使得结构极为紧凑且成本低,在该结构中,通过所设置的冷却套,可有利地对电动马达、电动马达的轴的轴承以及电力电子电路同时进行冷却。
为了防止增压空气的热量发生非预期传递,同样有利地是将压缩机壳体和后壁与电动马达和电力电子电路相隔离。
因此,优选地将轴承、马达线圈和电力电子电路安装到一个部件上,并根据本发明,通过适当的隔离措施将它们与压缩机的其他部件隔开。

图1示出了包括电驱动压缩机的增压装置20的第一实施例。压缩机1具有压缩机壳体2,在压缩机壳体内设置有压缩机轮3。压缩机轮3安装在转子轴5的一端4上。
同样如图1中所示,压缩机壳体2具有压缩机壳体后壁6,其在所示实施例中为压缩机壳体罩的形式。
在本案例中,压缩机壳体后壁6设置有优选地用于冷却水的冷却套10,并设置在压缩机轮3的后面,且固定在压缩机壳体2上,并以这种方式封闭所述压缩机壳体。
压缩机1还具有电动马达7。电动马达7包括连接到转子轴5上的轴8。在所示实施例中,轴8和转子轴5设计成一个整体部件,如图1中详细示出。在本案例中,轴8为短轴的形式,其具有比转子轴5更小的外径,且在其上设置有轴承16。转子轴5的端部4相对于转子轴5同样具有缩小的直径,且配备有第二轴承17。如图1所示,轴承16支撑抵靠在定子壳体13的轴承部,而轴承17通过其外环支撑在压缩机壳体后壁6的凹陷内。
磁体11也设置在转子轴5上,所述磁体与定子绕组12相互作用,定子绕组围绕在所述磁体的外侧。
根据图1的压缩机1的实施例还具有污物防护罩14,污物防护罩安装在定子壳体13上或压缩机壳体后壁6上,并且污物防护罩内设置有电力电子电路的电子部件15或电子印刷电路板9。
如图1所示,电力电子电路9设置在压缩机壳体后壁6和电动马达7或污物防护罩14之间。为此,电力电子电路9可以牢固地夹紧在例如污物防护罩14和压缩机壳体后壁6之间,或者安装(例如固定地粘结)在两个零件其中一者上。
这种设置导致以下优点:电力电子电路9与冷却套10相邻设置,这样相对于电力电子电路9极大地提高了所述冷却套的冷却效果。
导热膏可以设置在电力电子电路9和冷却套10或压缩机壳体后壁6之间,压缩机壳体后壁内设置有冷却套10。
图2示出了根据本发明的增压装置20的第二实施例,第二实施例中与图1中的实施例相对应的所有部件均采用相同的附图标记进行标识。
在本案例中,根据图2的实施例的压缩机壳体后壁6是定子壳体13的端壁,定子壳体内设置有轴承17。在此实施例中,定子壳体13同样具有内冷却装置,并因此具有冷却套10,其中在此实施例中,电力电子电路9同样设置在压缩机壳体后壁6和电动马达7或其定子壳体13之间,因此具有相同的结构紧凑和提高部件冷却能力的优点。
由于根据图2的实施例通过其定子壳体13直接连接到压缩机壳体2,例如,通过螺钉连接的方式,因此所述实施例也不具有污物防护罩。
如图1中所示,电力电子电路9可以牢固地夹紧在定子壳体13内或者以一些其他合适的方式安装。电力电子电路9可以包括用于实现电子换向器的功能的所有所需的部件。所述电力电子电路特别地为包括晶体管或者所谓的MOSFET的控制电路。电力电子电路9还可以包括传感器,特别是霍尔传感器。电子部件15包括,特别是电容器等等。
参照图1和图2所描述的两个实施例具有定子绕组提供的在其绕组头部19、19′之间的铁圈18。
图3是燃烧发动机21(例如以(柴油或汽油)内燃机的形式)的示意性高度简化图示。燃烧发动机21具有进气管线22,进气管线内设置有增压装置20的压缩机1,所述压缩机由电动马达7驱动。紧跟节流阀24之后的增压空气冷却器23可以设置在进气管线22中的压缩机1的下游。来自压缩机1用箭头CA标志的压缩空气被供给至进气歧管25,并且燃烧发动机21的气缸被供给有来自所述进气歧管的压缩空气。
排气EG经由排气歧管26被供给至排气管线27。
在图4中所示的特别优选的实施例中,内燃机21还设置有排气回流管线28,在排气回流管线内设置有排气冷却器29和阀23。然而,所述排气回流管线28连同其部件29和30不是强制性的,而仅仅是构成了特别优选的实施例。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于燃烧发动机(21)的增压装置(20)
-其包括具有压缩机壳体(2)的电驱动压缩机(1),
所述压缩机壳体内设置有压缩机轮(3),所述压缩机轮安装在转子轴(5)的一端(4)上,并且
所述压缩机壳体具有与压缩机轮后侧(31)相邻的压缩机壳体后壁(6);
-包括电动马达(7)
所述电动马达安装在所述压缩机壳体(2)上,以及
-包括电力电子电路(9),
其中
-所述电力电子电路(9)设置在所述压缩机壳体后壁(6)和所述电动马达(7)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增压装置,其中所述压缩机壳体后壁设置有冷却套(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的增压装置,其中磁体(11)设置在所述转子轴(5)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的增压装置,其中定子绕组(12)围绕在所述磁体(11)的外侧。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的增压装置,其特征在于,定子壳体(13)围绕在所述定子绕组(12)的外侧。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的增压装置,其特征在于,污物防护罩(14)设置在所述压缩机壳体后壁(6)上。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的增压装置,其中所述电力电子电路(9)相对于所述转子轴(5)同轴设置。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的增压装置,其中所述压缩机壳体后壁(6)为壳体罩的形式。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的增压装置,其中所述压缩机壳体后壁(6)由所述电动马达(7)的端壁形成。
10.根据权利要求2至9中任一项所述的增压装置,其中所述电力电子电路(9)与所述冷却套(10)相邻设置。
11.根据权利要求2至10中任一项所述的增压装置,其中导热层,特别为导热膏形式的导热层,设置在所述电力电子电路(9)和所述冷却套(10)之间。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的增压装置,其中所述电力电子电路(9)、所述轴(5,8)的轴承(16,17)和所述定子绕组(12)安装在一个部件上。
