Claims (14)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに取り付けられたカバーと、
前記ハウジング内に搭載されたステータとを備え、前記ステータがリング状に取り付けられた複数のステータ極を備え、各ステータ極が電気巻線を備え、
単一ベアリング上の前記ステータと協働的な関係で前記ハウジングに軸支されるロータと、
前記ロータの端部に取り付けられたインペラと、
前記ステータ極と協働的な関係で前記ロータの端部に取り付けられた複数の磁石と、
前記ステータと磁石をドライゾーンにする前記ロータとハウジングの間のシールと、
ベントホールおよびドレンホールを備える凝縮液チャンバおよびリザーバと、
前記カバー内に収容されるパワーエレクトロニクス回路とを備え、
前記ベントホールとドレンホールは周囲に開放されており、前記凝縮液チャンバは、前記シールを越えて漏れる可能性のある流体を収集するように構成され、
前記ステータが、前記ハウジング内のサーマルポッティングの中に覆われる
ことを特徴とする軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。 - 前記電気巻線が平線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 前記電気巻線が丸線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 前記ロータが二列ボールベアリングに軸支されることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 前記インペラが前記ロータに片持ち状態で取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 前記パワーエレクトロニクス回路がモータ速度を制御するためのものであることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 前記ベアリングが二列ベアリングであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 前記二列ベアリングがボールベアリングであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 前記二列ベアリングがローラベアリングであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプを備える冷却システムであって、
前記軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプがコントローラへ第1信号を送信するとともに第2信号をコントローラから受信してモータ速度を制御するように構成され、
軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプのインレットとアウトレットに接続される流体道管システムと、
前記軸方向磁束モータウォータポンプからの流体の流れを調整するための前記流体道管内の装置とを備え、前記装置が前記コントローラから制御信号を受信するように構成される
ことを特徴とする冷却システム。 - 前記装置がバルブを備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の冷却システム。
- 1以上の熱交換器を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の冷却システム。
- 各熱交換器を通る流体の流れを制御するための1以上のバルブを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の冷却システム。
- 各バルブが前記コントローラと通信を行うことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の冷却システム。
