Abstract
一种汽车散热器封头自动焊接设备,属于焊接自动化设备领域。是由底座、工作台、气动夹具、龙门式立柱与焊接机构组成的。汽车散热器封头与芯部的压紧由4组气动夹具实现,在焊接过程中,控制系统自动控制其分别压紧和抬起,从而避免与焊枪相碰撞,并始终保持3组气动夹具处于压紧状态,减少焊接变形。带有回转轴的焊接机构,在圆角矩形焊接轨迹的圆角处利用回转轴旋转实现圆角的连续焊接,并使焊枪始终保持理想的焊接姿态,有利于提高汽车散热器封头焊接工序的生产效率和焊接质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车散热器封头自动焊接设备,具体地说是采用了气动夹具、伺服电机与滚珠丝杠实现汽车散热器封头焊接过程的自动化设备,属于焊接自动化设备领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,各种车辆应用的也越来越多,各种工程用车、家用摩托车及乘用车的数量不断的增加, 据公安部统计,截至2014年底,我国机动车保有量为2.64亿辆。汽车散热器是水冷汽车发动机冷却系统中不可缺少的重要部件,因此汽车散热器的市场需求量是非常巨大的。
汽车散热器材料与制造技术发展很快,铝散热器以其在材料轻量化上的明显优势,在轿车与轻型车领域逐步取代了传统的铜散热器。汽车散热器主要由芯部和两端的封头组成,散热器芯部是由许多细的冷却管和散热片构成,两端的封头与芯部焊接在一起,形成一个封闭的水循环系统,在散热器生产工艺中两端封头的焊接是关键工序之一, 对散热器的密封效果和使用寿命影响很大,传统的手工焊接方式工人劳动强度大,易疲劳,存在安全隐患。工件的焊接质量受到工人技术水平的限制,加工质量很难保证。提高散热器生产的自动化程度、提高生产效率是各相关厂家的迫切需求。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明提供了一种汽车散热器封头自动焊接设备。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种汽车散热器封头自动焊接设备,是由底座、工作台、气动夹具、龙门式立柱与焊接机构组成的,其特征在于:所述的底座上具有横向驱动电机、横向减速机、滚珠丝杠与横向直线导轨结构,所述的龙门式立柱上具有齿条与纵向直线导轨结构,所述的气动夹具上具有夹紧气缸、铰支座、压板与压板支架结构,滚珠丝杠通过轴承安装在底座上,横向驱动电机与横向减速机相连并用螺栓安装在底座上,横向减速机输出轴用联轴器与滚珠丝杠连接,工作台通过横向直线导轨与底座连接,气缸端部铰支座用螺栓安装在工作台侧面上,夹紧气缸安装在铰支座上,气缸杆通过销轴与压板一端相连,压板中部通过销轴与压板支架相连,压板支架用螺钉安装在工作台上,4组气动夹具分别安装在工作台两侧,龙门式立柱通过螺栓安装在底座一侧,齿条、纵向直线导轨通过螺栓安装在龙门式立柱上部,焊接机构通过纵向直线导轨副与龙门式立柱连接。
所述的焊接机构上具有纵向驱动电机、纵向减速机、齿轮、回转电机、回转减速机、传动箱、同步带、支架、送丝机、回转轴、焊枪架与焊枪结构,纵向驱动电机与纵向减速机相连并用螺栓安装在支架上,齿轮安装在纵向减速机输出轴上,并与安装在龙门式立柱上部的齿条啮合,回转电机与回转减速机相连并通过螺栓安装在传动箱上,回转减速机输出轴上安装有同步带轮,通过同步带与安装在回转轴上的同步带轮相连,焊枪架由螺栓安装在回转轴底部,送丝机安装在回转轴顶部,回转轴为中空结构,并在下部侧面开槽,焊丝及管路穿过回转轴的中心孔及侧面槽与安装在焊枪架端部的焊枪相连。
该发明的有益之处是,汽车散热器封头与芯部的压紧由4组气动夹具实现,焊接过程中,控制系统自动控制其分别压紧和抬起,从而避免与焊枪相碰撞,并始终保持3组气动夹具处于压紧状态,保证了汽车散热器封头与芯部在焊接过程中始终压紧在一起,减少焊接变形对焊接质量的影响。带有回转轴的焊接机构,焊接前调整焊枪焊接点与回转轴轴线的距离与圆角矩形焊接轨迹的圆角半径相等,在圆角矩形焊接轨迹的圆角处利用回转轴旋转实现圆角的连续焊接,使焊枪始终保持理想的焊接姿态,实现了汽车散热器封头的自动焊接,有利于提高焊接质量和焊接效率。

具体实施方式
一种汽车散热器封头自动焊接设备,是由底座、工作台、气动夹具、龙门式立柱与焊接机构组成的,其特征在于:所述的底座1上具有横向驱动电机3、横向减速机21、滚珠丝杠2与横向直线导轨20结构,所述的气动夹具上具有夹紧气缸5、铰支座、压板6与压板支架结构,所述的龙门式立柱上具有齿条16、纵向直线导轨12结构,在底座上安装有横向驱动电机2和横向减速机21带动滚珠丝杠2旋转,工作台4通过横向直线导轨20与底座连接,夹紧气缸端部铰支座用螺栓安装在工作台4侧面,夹紧气缸5安装在铰支座上,气缸杆通过销轴与压板6一端相连,压板6中部通过销轴与压板支架相连,压板支架用螺钉安装在工作台4上,4组气动夹具分别安装在工作台4两侧,龙门式立柱18通过螺栓安装在底座1一侧,齿条16、纵向直线导轨12通过螺栓安装在龙门式立柱上部,焊接机构通过纵向直线导轨12与龙门式立柱18连接。
所述的焊接机构上具有纵向驱动电机14、纵向减速机19、齿轮14、回转电机10、回转减速机9、传动箱8、同步带23、支架22、回转轴11、送丝机13、焊枪架7与焊枪17结构,纵向驱动电机14与纵向减速机19相连并用螺栓安装在支架22上,齿轮14安装在纵向减速机19输出轴上,并与安装在龙门式立柱18上部的齿条16啮合,回转电机10与回转减速机9相连并通过螺栓安装在传动箱8上,回转减速机9输出轴上安装有同步带轮,通过同步带与安装在回转轴11上的同步带轮相连,焊枪架7由螺栓安装在回转轴11底部,送丝机13安装在回转轴11顶部,回转轴11为中空结构,并在下部侧面开槽,焊丝及管路穿过回转轴11的中心孔及侧面槽与安装在焊枪架7端部的焊枪17相连。
该设备在应用时,主要动作流程为:将汽车散热器芯部垂直放置在工作台4上,将汽车散热器封头放在汽车散热器芯部上面,4组气动夹具动作,夹紧气缸5、压板6将汽车散热器封头压紧,调整焊枪焊接点与回转轴轴线的距离与圆角矩形焊接轨迹的圆角半径相等,通过工作台4横向移动,焊接机构纵向移动,回转轴11旋转来调整焊接起点的位置,焊接开始,由控制系统控制工作台横向移动,焊接机构纵向移动,回转轴11旋转驱动焊枪17沿汽车散热器封头外沿的焊接轨迹运动,在焊接过程中,汽车散热器封头与芯部的压紧由4组气动夹具实现,控制系统自动控制其分别压紧和抬起,从而避免与焊枪相碰撞,并始终保持3组气动夹具处于压紧状态,减少焊接变形,焊接完成后,控制系统控制工作台4横向移动,焊接机构纵向移动,使工作台4与焊枪17回到初始位置,4组气动夹具打开,操作人员取下焊接后的汽车散热器。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,根据本发明的教导,在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下,对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种汽车散热器封头自动焊接设备,是由底座、工作台、气动夹具、龙门式立柱与焊接机构组成的,其特征在于:所述的底座上具有横向驱动电机、横向减速机、滚珠丝杠与横向直线导轨结构,所述的龙门式立柱上具有齿条与纵向直线导轨结构,所述的气动夹具上具有夹紧气缸、铰支座、压板与压板支架结构,滚珠丝杠通过轴承安装在底座上,横向驱动电机与横向减速机相连并用螺栓安装在底座上,横向减速机输出轴用联轴器与滚珠丝杠连接,工作台通过横向直线导轨与底座连接,气缸端部铰支座用螺栓安装在工作台侧面上,夹紧气缸安装在铰支座上,气缸杆通过销轴与压板一端相连,压板中部通过销轴与压板支架相连,压板支架用螺钉安装在工作台上,4组气动夹具分别安装在工作台两侧,龙门式立柱通过螺栓安装在底座一侧,齿条、纵向直线导轨通过螺栓安装在龙门式立柱上部,焊接机构通过纵向直线导轨副与龙门式立柱连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车散热器封头自动焊接设备,其特征在于:所述的焊接机构上具有纵向驱动电机、纵向减速机、齿轮、回转电机、回转减速机、传动箱、同步带、支架、送丝机、回转轴、焊枪架与焊枪结构,纵向驱动电机与纵向减速机相连并用螺栓安装在支架上,齿轮安装在纵向减速机输出轴上,并与安装在龙门式立柱上部的齿条啮合,回转电机与回转减速机相连并通过螺栓安装在传动箱上,回转减速机输出轴上安装有同步带轮,通过同步带与安装在回转轴上的同步带轮相连,焊枪架由螺栓安装在回转轴底部,送丝机安装在回转轴顶部,回转轴为中空结构,并在下部侧面开槽,焊丝及管路穿过回转轴的中心孔及侧面槽与安装在焊枪架端部的焊枪相连。
