Abstract

本发明提供一种能够增大输出振幅的超声波焊头。超声波焊头(9)具备:具有被输入超声波振动的输入面(9c)的输入侧端部(9a);具有向片体(W)输出超声波振动的输出面(9e)的输出侧端部(9b)。输出侧端部(9b)具有能够沿纵向熔接前腹部(20a)的侧缘部以及后背部(20b)的侧缘部的长度方向的尺寸(D3),并且,通过沿长度方向延伸的缝隙,朝向垂直于长度方向的宽度方向分支。位于缝隙(9d)的两侧的输出侧端部(9b)的一对面(9e)作为输出超声波振动的输出面而发挥作用。

Description

超声波焊头、具备该超声波焊头的熔接机以及利用了超声波焊头的一次性尿布的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用于超声波熔接的超声波焊头、具备该超声波焊头的熔接机以及利用了该超声波焊头的一次性尿布的制造方法。
背景技术
以往,已知具备穿着时配置在穿着者的腹部的前腹部、配置在穿着者的臀部的后背部以及从前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部间而延伸至后背部的裆部的一次性尿布。
在该一次性尿布中,前腹部的两侧缘和后背部的两侧缘被互相熔接,以使前腹部和后背部被连接成环状。
在制造此种一次性尿布时,首先准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体,其中,该构成要素是前腹部和后背部通过裆部在纵向连接而成。
然后,在纵向上对折连续体,并且,在该状态下对前腹部和后背部的重叠部分进行超声波熔接,并以该熔接部分存在于裆部的两侧的方式在横向上切断连续体。
在此,所述超声波熔接使用向对折的连续体施加超声波振动的超声波焊头(例如,参照专利文献1)。
所述连续体包含无纺布片体、防水性片体以及弹性体,连续体的重叠部分的厚度尺寸大且不均匀。
因此,为了在此种被熔接物有效地产生利用超声波振动的热能,要求增大从超声波焊头输出的超声波振动的振幅(以下,称为输出振幅)。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够增大输出振幅的超声波焊头、具备该超声波焊头的熔接机以及利用了超声波焊头的一次性尿布的制造方法。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种超声波焊头,用于对被熔接物进行超声波熔接,其包括:输入侧端部,具有被输入超声波振动的输入面;以及输出侧端部,具有向所述连续体输出超声波振动的输出面,该输出侧端部被配置成距所述输入面隔开相当于所述超声波振动的半个波长的距离,其中,所述输出侧端部具有能够沿预先设定的方向熔接所述被熔接物的长度方向的尺寸,并且,通过沿所述长度方向延伸的缝隙而向垂直于长度方向的宽度方向分支,位于所述缝隙的两侧的所述输出侧端部的一对端面分别作为所述输出面而发挥作用。
此外,本发明提供一种超声波熔接机,包括所述超声波焊头;以及超声波振子,产生被输入到所述超声波焊头的机械振动。
另外,本发明提供一种一次性尿布的制造方法,其利用所述超声波焊头制造一次性尿布,所述一次尿布具有:被配置于穿着者的腹部的前腹部、被配置于穿着者的臀部的后背部以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部之间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部;所述一次性尿布的制造方法包括以下工序:准备工序,准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体,其中,所述构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部在纵向上连接而成;对折工序,在纵向上对折所述连续体;熔接工序,在所述超声波焊头的一对输出面抵接于所述连续体中的相当于所述前腹部的侧缘部的部分和相当于所述后背部的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分的状态下,通过向所述超声波焊头的输入面输入超声波振动,同时熔接所述连续体中的两处;以及切断工序,在所述熔接工序形成的两处熔接部之间切断所述连续体。
根据本发明,能够增大输出振幅。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。此外,以下的实施方式是将本发明具体化的例子,并不用来限定本发明的技术范围。
参照图1,一次性尿布20具备穿着时配置在穿着者的腹部的前腹部20a、配置在穿着者的臀部的后背部20b以及从前腹部20a通过穿着者的两腿部间而延伸至后背部20b的裆部20c。
前腹部20a的两侧缘部以及后背部20b的两侧缘部被两处的熔接部S互相被熔接,以将前腹部20a和后背部20b连接成环状。
下面,说明一次性尿布20的制造方法。
<搬送工序P1>
在搬送工序P1,将在特定方向上延伸的片体W沿其长度方向搬送。下面,设片体W的流动为横向、图1中与横向垂直的方向为纵向来进行说明。
片体W具有:穿着时面向穿着者的体表侧的内侧片体;穿着时面向穿着者的外侧的外侧片体;以及夹在内侧片体与外侧片体之间的弹性部件。
内侧片体采用具有透液性的无纺布片体及/或网状片体而形成。外侧片体采用与内侧片体相同的材质、聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜、或具有防水性以及通气性的无纺布而形成。
弹性部件使用聚氨酯、天然橡胶、由热塑性树脂形成的片体或丝而形成。
<腿口形成工序P2>
在腿口形成工序P2,在片体W的纵向的中央位置形成腿口L。
片材W中两个腿口L之间的区域是相当于裆部20c的部分。此外,片材W中相当于裆部20c的部分的纵向的两侧位置是分别相当于前腹部20a以及后背部20b的部分。
也就是说,搬送工序P1以及腿口形成工序P2相当于准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体(被熔接物)的准备工序,其中,该构成要素是前腹部20a和后背部20b通过裆部20c在纵向上连接而形成。
<吸收体接合工序P3>
在吸收体接合工序P3,将吸收体A接合于片体W中的两个腿口L之间的位置。
吸收体A包括:具有透液性的透过性片体;具有防水性以及通气性的防水片体;以及夹在透过性片体与防水片体之间的吸收性芯。
透过性片体采用具有透液性的无纺布片体及/或网状片体而形成。防水片体采用聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜或具有防水性以及通气性的无纺布而形成。
吸收性芯是将粉碎的纸浆或在纸浆中混合高吸水性聚合物的材料层叠而成型。
此外,虽然说明了在片体W上接合吸收体A的方法,但也可以在片体W的内侧片体与外侧片体之间夹住吸收性芯而接合。此时,内侧片体采用具有透液性的无纺布片体及/或网状片体而形成。外侧片体采用聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜或具有防水性以及通气性的无纺布而形成。
<对折工序P4>
在对折工序P4,将载置了吸收体A的片体W(连续体)在纵向上对折。据此,片体W中相当于前腹部20a的部分和相当于后背部20b的部分重叠。
<熔接工序P5>
在熔接工序P5,对于被对折的片体W中相当于前腹部20a的侧缘部的部分和相当于后背部20b的侧缘部的部分进行超声波熔接。
具体而言,在熔接工序P5,隔开大于切断范围D2(例如10mm)的间隔同时对片体W的两处进行超声波熔接,其中,切断范围D2作为在后述的切断工序P6切断的范围而预先被设定。
此外,两个熔接部S分别形成在相当于前腹部20a的侧缘部的部分和相当于后背部20b的侧缘部的部分的纵向的整个范围D1。
<切断工序P6>
在切断工序P6,沿着在熔接工序P5形成的两个熔接部S之间沿纵向延伸的切断线切断片体W。据此,片体W(连续体)按每个一次性尿布20而被切开。
下面,参照图2,说明进行熔接工序P5以及切断工序P6的、第一实施方式所涉及的熔接装置1。
熔接装置1具备:导入被进行对折工序P4后的片体W的导入辊2;搬送从导入辊2导入的片体W的转鼓3;在与转鼓3之间熔接片体W的熔接机4;在与转鼓3之间切断片体W的旋转刀5;以及从转鼓3导出片体W的导出辊6。
转鼓3能够以旋转中心C1为中心向图2的逆时针方向旋转。此外,转鼓3具备:能够在外周面吸附片体W的转鼓主体3a;以及被设置在从转鼓主体3a的外周面凹陷的凹部内,并且从内侧支撑被转鼓主体3a吸附的片体W的五个砧台3b。
各砧台3b以旋转中心C1为中心以等间隔被配置。
熔接机4以夹住片体W的方式被设置在转鼓3的外侧,在与砧台3b之间进行片体W的超声波熔接,该砧台3b伴随转鼓3的旋转而依次与熔接机4相向。
下面,参照图3说明熔接机4的结构。
熔接机4具备:振荡出高频电能的超声波振荡器12;将从超声波振荡器12输出的电能转换为机械性振动而输出的超声波振子7;被连接于超声波振子7并增幅从超声波振子7输入的超声波振动的振幅的增幅器8;以及被连接于增幅器8并从增幅器8输入超声波振动的超声波焊头9。
增幅器8具有隔开相当于从超声波振子7输入的超声波振动的半个波长的距离的输入面和输出面,输入面连接于所述超声波振子7,输出面连接于超声波焊头9。
参照图3及图4,超声波焊头9包括输入侧端部9a和输出侧端部9b,输入侧端部9a具有从所述增幅器8输入超声波振动的输入面9c,输出侧端部9b从所述输入面9c隔开相当于被输入到输入面9c的超声波振动的半个波长(1/2λ)的距离而被配置,并具有向片体W输出超声波振动的一对输出面9e。
此外,被输入到超声波焊头9的超声波振动是垂直于输出面9e的方向的纵波,但在图3的曲线图中为便于说明,将其记载为横波。
输出侧端部9b具有能够熔接片体W中相当于前腹部20a的侧缘部的部分以及相当于后背部20b的侧缘部的部分的纵向的整个范围D1(参照图1)的长度方向(图4的左右方向)的尺寸D3。
此外,输出侧端部9b通过沿长度方向延伸的缝隙9d而在垂直于长度方向的宽度方向(图3的左右方向)上分支。也就是说,一对输出面9e由被缝隙9d分开的输出侧端部9b的端面构成。另外,一对输出面9e的宽度尺寸例如为12mm。
在此,缝隙9d的宽度尺寸被设定为宽于用于将片体W在横向上切断的切断范围D2(参照图1)的尺寸D4(各输出面9e的间隔:例如12mm)。
另外,在上述的例子中,说明了切断范围D2的宽度尺寸为10mm,且缝隙9d的宽度尺寸D4为12mm的情况。在此,缝隙9d的宽度尺寸越小,则能使一次性尿布20的间距越短,因此,例如能够设切断范围D2的宽度尺寸为6mm、缝隙9d的宽度尺寸D4为8mm。
此外,也可使缝隙9d的宽度尺寸D4小于切断范围D2的宽度尺寸。但是,此时,熔接部存在于切断面而一次性尿布20的端面变硬,外观也变差,因此,如上所述,优选缝隙9d的宽度尺寸D4大于切断范围D2的宽度尺寸。
另外,缝隙9d被形成在自相当于从输入面9c输入的超声波振动的节点部的位置起至输出侧端部9b的端面(输出面9e)为止的范围。
此外,超声波焊头9具有自相当于从输入面9c输入的超声波振动的节点部的位置起朝向输出面9e在宽度方向上变窄的形状。
另外,在图4中,在上下方向上延伸且在左右方向上隔开距离而被配置的一对贯穿孔9f用于调整超声波振动的传递,以使从输出面9e输出的超声波振动在输出面9e的长度方向(图4的左右方向)上均匀。各贯穿孔9f分别与缝隙9d连通。
旋转刀5具有能够以平行于所述旋转中心C1的轴为中心旋转的辊和被设置在该辊的外周面的切断刃。并且,根据辊以及所述转鼓主体3a的旋转,当切断刃和砧台3b相向时,片体W在两者间被切断。
参照图1及图3,在使用所述熔接装置1进行熔接工序P5的情况下,在超声波焊头9的一对输出面9e抵接于片体W中的相当于前腹部20a的侧缘部的部分和相当于后背部20b的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分的状态下,向超声波焊头9的输入面9c输入超声波振动。
据此,在超声波焊头9与砧台3b(参照图2)之间同时对片体W的两处进行熔接。
并且,在如此形成的两处熔接部S之间,片体W在旋转刀5与砧台3b之间被切断(切断工序P6)。
如以上说明,在输出侧端部9b形成沿长度方向延伸的缝隙9d,并且,使位于该缝隙9d的两侧的一对输出面9e的间隔大于切断范围D2。
因此,能够通过缝隙9d减少输出侧端部9b的质量来增大输出振幅,并且,能够利用被该缝隙9d划定的片体W的非熔接范围来作为切断范围D2。
因此,根据本发明,同时且可靠地熔接片体W的折返部分的两处(相邻的两个一次性尿布20的熔接部位)。
此外,根据所述实施方式,获得以下的效果。
根据所述实施方式,输出侧端部9b具有能够将前腹部20a的侧缘部以及后背部20b的侧缘部在纵向的整个范围D1熔接的长度尺寸D3,因此,能够确保在所述整个范围D1熔接片体W的功能,并如上所述地增大输出振幅。
根据所述实施方式,使超声波焊头9中比超声波振动的节点部位于输出面9e侧的部分轻量化,能够可靠地增大输出振幅。
尤其,缝隙9d被形成在从相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置起至输出侧端部9b的端面为止的范围,因此,能够最大限度地进行利用缝隙9d的超声波焊头的轻量化。
下面,参照图5说明第二实施方式所涉及的熔接装置10。对于与第一实施方式所涉及的熔接装置1同样的结构附上同一符号,并省略其说明。
熔接装置10具有保持部11,该保持部11能够与所述转鼓3一起以旋转中心C1为中心旋转,且能够将熔接机4保持为能够沿旋转中心C1的方向滑动。
为了避免与导入辊2、旋转刀5以及导出辊6接触,保持部11被设置在从这些向沿旋转中心C1的方向退避的位置。
此外,熔接机4以如下方式被保持在保持部11,即、在以旋转中心C1为中心的角度范围θ,熔接机4滑动到与砧台3b相向的熔接位置,并且,在其以外的角度范围,熔接机4滑动到从导入辊2、旋转刀5以及导出辊6退避的退避位置。
具体而言,熔接机4通过未图示的凸轮机构连接于转鼓3,以便根据转鼓3的旋转而在所述熔接位置与退避位置之间滑动。
因此,根据熔接装置10,能够利用转鼓3在角度范围θ旋转的期间作为熔接的期间,因此,能够更可靠地熔接片体W。
此外,在比熔接装置10位于下游侧的位置切断片体W的情况下(在转鼓3没有设置有旋转刀5的情况下),也能够使砧台3b与熔接机4在熔接位置与退避位置之间的滑动同步地滑动。
另外,也可在转鼓3的内侧设置熔接机4并在转鼓3的外侧设置砧台3b,并使这些熔接机4以及砧台3b的至少其中之一滑动。
参照图6至图8说明本发明的第三实施方式。
第三实施方式的熔接装置30在旋转鼓35的内侧(接近中心的一侧)设有超声波焊头9,并且,在旋转鼓35的外侧(远离中心的一侧)设有砧台38,砧台38能够相对于超声波焊头9滑动。
此外,熔接装置30超声波熔接在对折工序P4对折后通过导入辊50被导入的片体W,并将熔接后的片体W通过导出辊51输送到切断工序P6。
具体而言,如图6及图7所示,熔接装置30具备:驱动轴支撑部件31;被固定于驱动轴支撑部件31的凸轮鼓32;被设置在凸轮鼓32的凸轮槽32a内的凸轮从动件33;以能够以旋转轴L1为中心旋转的方式支撑于驱动轴支撑部件31的驱动轴34;被固定于驱动轴34的旋转鼓35;被固定于旋转鼓35的10个熔接组件36;以及用于将来自凸轮鼓32以及凸轮从动件33的动力传递至熔接组件36的10个动力传递机构37。
此外,在图6中设平行于旋转轴L1的方向为X方向、在图6中设上下方向为Z方向、垂直于X-Z平面的方向为Y方向而进行说明。
凸轮鼓32在其X方向的一端嵌合于驱动轴支撑部件31的贯穿孔31a的状态下,被固定于驱动轴支撑部件31。在该状态下,凸轮鼓32的轴线与旋转轴L1一致。
此外,在凸轮鼓32的外周面形成有凸轮槽32a。凸轮槽32a在后面详述,其具有容许以旋转轴L1为中心旋转的凸轮从动件33向X方向移动的形状。
驱动轴34在能够相对于凸轮鼓32旋转的状态下在X方向上贯穿凸轮鼓32。也就是说,驱动轴34通过凸轮鼓32而间接地被支撑于驱动轴支撑部件31。
旋转鼓35是被固定于从凸轮鼓32突出的驱动轴34的顶端部的部件,伴随该驱动轴34的旋转而以旋转轴L1为中心旋转。此外,旋转鼓35是覆盖凸轮鼓32的外周面的筒状的鼓。
10个熔接组件36在旋转轴L1的周围以等间隔(36°间隔)被配置的状态下固定于旋转鼓35。另外,10个熔接组件36的结构相同,因此,只说明一个熔接组件36的结构。
熔接组件36具备:通过夹住片体W来熔接该片体W的超声波焊头9以及砧台38;连接于超声波焊头9的超声波振子7;被固定于旋转鼓35并保持超声波焊头9的焊头保持机构39;以及被固定于旋转鼓35并保持砧台38的砧台保持机构40。
砧台38是以能够旋转的方式被支撑的辊状的部件,以便该砧台38通过如后所述地相对于超声波焊头9滑动,从而能够与被支撑在超声波焊头9的片体W滚动接触。
此外,如图8所示,在砧台38的外周面,在与超声波焊头9的两个输出面9e相向的位置形成有两个熔接图案38a。熔接图案38a由砧台38的外周面向半径方向外侧突出的多个突起形成。由此,通过多个突起,能够间歇地熔接片体W的重叠部分。
此外,突起相对于与砧台38的旋转轴平行的方向倾斜,并且,互相平行地延伸。据此,不管砧台38的旋转位置如何,相对于输出面9e(片体W)的砧台38的接触压(接触面积)大致均一。
参照图7及图8,焊头保持机构39以超声波焊头9的输出面9e朝向旋转鼓35的半径方向外侧的状态保持该超声波焊头9。
砧台保持机构40将砧台38保持为能够相对于焊头保持机构39(超声波焊头9)在X方向上移动。具体而言,如图7所示,砧台保持机构40具备:被固定于旋转鼓35并沿X轴方向延伸的导轨40a和用于保持砧台38的保持部40b,其中,保持部40b被安装成能够相对于导轨40a沿X轴方向滑动。
动力传递机构37连接凸轮从动件33和保持部40b,以便使砧台保持机构40的保持部40b对应于凸轮从动件33的移动而在X轴方向移动。
具体而言,动力传递机构37具备:一对正时带轮37a;以及被挂设于正时带轮37a之间的正时带37b。在正时带37b中在两个正时带轮37a之间延伸的两个部分的其中之一固定有凸轮从动件33,在另一方固定有砧台保持机构40的保持部40b。
据此,如果凸轮从动件33向X方向的其中一侧移动,砧台保持机构40在X方向上朝向与凸轮从动件33相反的方向移动。
在此,砧台38的移动范围通过凸轮槽32a而如下地被设定。
砧台38能够在初期位置(示于图7的上方的位置)与中间位置(示于图7的下方的位置)之间的移动范围移动,初期位置从超声波焊头9向X方向的凸轮鼓32侧偏离,中间位置从超声波焊头9向X方向的与凸轮鼓32相反的一侧偏离。
此外,以旋转轴L1为中心的旋转位置与砧台38的移动位置之间的关系通过凸轮槽32a如下地被设定。
如图6所示,导入辊50以及导出辊51被配置在以旋转轴L1为中心的旋转位置R1与旋转位置R7之间。在从旋转位置R7至旋转位置R1为止的范围,砧台38被配置在初期位置(示于图7的上方的位置)。
在从旋转位置R1至旋转位置R2为止的范围,砧台38从初期位置朝向中间位置加速(以下,将该朝向称为朝前)。在从旋转位置R2至旋转位置R3为止的范围,砧台38朝前等速移动。在该移动期间,片体W在超声波焊头9与砧台38之间被熔接。
在从旋转位置R3至旋转位置R4为止的范围,砧台38减速(向砧台38施加朝后的加速度),以便在旋转位置R4停止于中间位置(示于图7的下方的位置)。
在从旋转位置R4至旋转位置R5为止的范围,砧台38从中间位置朝向初期位置而朝后加速。
在从旋转位置R5至旋转位置R6为止的范围,砧台38朝后等速移动。在该移动期间,片体W在超声波焊头9与砧台38之间再次被熔接。
在从旋转位置R6至旋转位置R7为止的范围,砧台38减速(向砧台38施加朝前的加速度),以便在旋转位置R7停止于初期位置。
此外,在所述各实施方式中,如图3所示,缝隙9d从相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置朝向输出侧端部9b的端面(输出面9e)延伸。但是,缝隙9d只要从与节点部相比位于输出面9e侧的位置朝向输出侧端部9b的端面延伸,就能够缩小超声波焊头9中输出面9e侧的质量和与节点部相比位于输入面9c侧的质量之比,能够增大输出振幅。
另外,所述各实施方式中,超声波振子7与超声波焊头9之间设有增幅器8,但如上所述地通过缝隙9d能够增大输出振幅,因此,也能省略增幅器8。
也就是说,也能够将超声波振子7直接连接于超声波焊头9的输入面9c。
据此,能够使超声波熔接机小型化。
而且,在所述各实施方式中,输出侧端部9b具有能够熔接前腹部20a的侧缘部以及后背部20b的侧缘部的纵向的整个范围D1的长度尺寸D3,但也可以具有只熔接整个范围D1中的一部分的长度尺寸。
另外,在所述各实施方式中,说明了用于熔接一次性尿布20的连续体的超声波焊头9,但作为熔接对象的被熔接物并不限定于一次性尿布的连续体。
另外,上述的具体的实施方式主要包含具有如下结构的发明。
即,本发明提供一种超声波焊头,用于对被熔接物进行超声波熔接,其包括:输入侧端部,具有被输入超声波振动的输入面;以及输出侧端部,具有向所述连续体输出超声波振动的输出面,该输出侧端部被配置成距所述输入面隔开相当于所述超声波振动的半个波长的距离,其中,所述输出侧端部具有能够沿预先设定的方向熔接所述被熔接物的长度方向的尺寸,并且,通过沿所述长度方向延伸的缝隙而向垂直于长度方向的宽度方向分支,位于所述缝隙的两侧的所述输出侧端部的一对端面分别作为所述输出面而发挥作用。
一般来讲,在超声波焊头中,已知以被输入的超声波振动的节点部为基准,输出面侧的部分的质量与输入面侧的部分的质量之比越小,输出振幅就越大。
在此,可考虑缩短具有输出面的输出侧端部的长度方向的尺寸,但是要求输出侧端部具有能够在沿预先设定于被熔接物上的方向的广范围熔接的长度尺寸,因此,缩短输出侧端部的长度方向的尺寸是有极限的。
对此,在本发明中,在输出侧端部形成沿长度方向延伸的缝隙,并且,将位于该缝隙的两侧的一对端面(输出面)的间隔设定为大于切断范围。
因此,根据本发明,能够通过缝隙降低输出侧端部的质量来增大输出振幅。
优选:所述超声波焊头用于制造一次性尿布,其中,所述一次性尿布具有:被配置于穿着者的腹部的前腹部、被配置于穿着者的臀部的后背部以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部之间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部;在将构成要素在横向上连续的连续体在纵向对折的状态下,所述超声波焊头对所述连续体中的相当于所述前腹部的侧缘部的部分和相当于所述后缘部的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分进行超声波熔接,其中,所述构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部而在纵向上连接而成;所述输出侧端部具有能够沿纵向熔接所述前腹部的侧缘部以及所述后背部的侧缘部的长度方向的尺寸;位于所述缝隙的两侧的所述输出侧端部的一对端面以大于切断范围的间隔而被配置,其中,所述切断范围是作为用于沿着在纵向上延伸的切断线切断所述连续体的范围而被预先设定的范围。
根据该方式,既能如上所述地通过缝隙降低输出侧端部的质量来增大输出振幅,且能将通过缝隙被划定的连续体的非熔接范围作为切断范围而利用。
因此,能够同时且可靠地熔接连续体的重叠部分中的两处(相邻的一次性尿布的熔接部位),并通过在这些熔接部分之间切开连续体来制造一次性尿布。
在所述超声波焊头中,优选:所述输出侧端部具有能够将所述前腹部的侧缘部以及所述后背部的侧缘部在纵向的整个范围熔接的长度方向的尺寸。
根据该方式,在保证熔接前腹部的侧缘部以及后背部的侧缘部的纵向的整个范围的功能的情况下,能够如上所述地增大输出振幅。
在所述超声波焊头中,优选:所述缝隙被形成在从相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置起或比该节点部位于所述输出面侧的位置起至所述输出侧端部的端面为止的范围。
根据该方式,仅使超声波焊头中的、与超声波振动的节点部相比位于输出面侧的部分轻量化,能够可靠地增大输出振幅。
尤其,在缝隙被形成在从相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置起至输出侧端部的端面为止的范围的情况下,能够最大限度地利用缝隙使超声波焊头轻量化。
此外,所述“节点部”是指超声波振动的波形中振幅最小(0)的位置。
另外,本发明提供一种超声波熔接机,其包括所述超声波焊头;以及超声波振子,产生被输入到所述超声波焊头的机械振动。
在所述超声波熔接机中,优选:所述超声波振子直接连接于所述超声波焊头的输入面。
也就是说,在所述超声波焊头中,能够通过缝隙增大输出振幅,因此,能够省略用于增幅来自超声波振子的超声波振动的增幅器。据此,能够实现超声波熔接机的小型化。
但是,这并不意味着从本发明中排除在超声波焊头与超声波振子之间设置增幅器。
此外,本发明提供一种一次性尿布的制造方法,其利用所述超声波焊头制造一次性尿布,所述一次尿布具有:被配置于穿着者的腹部的前腹部、被配置于穿着者的臀部的后背部以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部之间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部;所述一次性尿布的制造方法包括以下工序:准备工序,准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体,其中,所述构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部在纵向上连接而成;对折工序,在纵向上对折所述连续体;熔接工序,在所述超声波焊头的一对输出面抵接于所述连续体中的相当于所述前腹部的侧缘部的部分和相当于所述后背部的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分的状态下,通过向所述超声波焊头的输入面输入超声波振动,同时熔接所述连续体中的两处;以及切断工序,在所述熔接工序形成的两处熔接部之间切断所述连续体。
根据本发明所涉及的制造方法,能够在通过使用具有缝隙的超声波焊头来增大输出振幅的状态下熔接连续体,并且,能够在由缝隙划定的连续体的非熔接范围(两处熔接部间的范围)切断连续体。
因此,根据本发明所涉及的制造方法,能够同时且可靠地熔接连续体的重叠部分中的两处,并且,能够在各熔接部位间切断连续体来制造一次性尿布。

Claims (7)

1.一种超声波焊头,用于对被熔接物进行超声波熔接,其特征在于包括:
输入侧端部,具有被输入超声波振动的输入面;以及
输出侧端部,具有向所述连续体输出超声波振动的输出面,该输出侧端部被配置成距所述输入面隔开相当于所述超声波振动的半个波长的距离,其中,
所述输出侧端部具有能够沿预先设定的方向熔接所述被熔接物的长度方向的尺寸,并且,通过沿所述长度方向延伸的缝隙而向垂直于长度方向的宽度方向分支,
位于所述缝隙的两侧的所述输出侧端部的一对端面分别作为所述输出面而发挥作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波焊头,其特征在于:
所述超声波焊头用于制造一次性尿布,其中,
所述一次性尿布具有:被配置于穿着者的腹部的前腹部、被配置于穿着者的臀部的后背部以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部之间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部;
在将构成要素在横向上连续的连续体在纵向对折的状态下,所述超声波焊头对所述连续体中的相当于所述前腹部的侧缘部的部分和相当于所述后缘部的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分进行超声波熔接,其中,所述构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部而在纵向上连接而成;
所述输出侧端部具有能够沿纵向熔接所述前腹部的侧缘部以及所述后背部的侧缘部的长度方向的尺寸;
位于所述缝隙的两侧的所述输出侧端部的一对端面以大于切断范围的间隔而被配置,其中,所述切断范围是作为用于沿着在纵向上延伸的切断线切断所述连续体的范围而被预先设定的范围。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超声波焊头,其特征在于:
所述输出侧端部具有能够将所述前腹部的侧缘部以及所述后背部的侧缘部在纵向的整个范围熔接的长度方向的尺寸。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的超声波焊头,其特征在于:
所述缝隙被形成在从相当于超声波振动的节点部的位置起或比该节点部位于所述输出面侧的位置起至所述输出侧端部的端面为止的范围。
5.一种超声波熔接机,其特征在于包括:
根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的超声波焊头;以及
超声波振子,产生被输入到所述超声波焊头的机械振动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的超声波熔接机,其特征在于:
所述超声波振子直接连接于所述超声波焊头的输入面。
7.一种一次性尿布的制造方法,其特征在于:
利用权利要求2或3所述的超声波焊头制造一次性尿布,所述一次尿布具有:被配置于穿着者的腹部的前腹部、被配置于穿着者的臀部的后背部以及从所述前腹部通过穿着者的两腿部之间而延伸至所述后背部的裆部;
所述一次性尿布的制造方法包括以下工序:
准备工序,准备构成要素在横向上连续的连续体,其中,所述构成要素是所述前腹部和所述后背部通过所述裆部在纵向上连接而成;
对折工序,在纵向上对折所述连续体;
熔接工序,在所述超声波焊头的一对输出面抵接于所述连续体中的相当于所述前腹部的侧缘部的部分和相当于所述后背部的侧缘部的部分的重叠部分的状态下,通过向所述超声波焊头的输入面输入超声波振动,同时熔接所述连续体中的两处;以及
切断工序,在所述熔接工序形成的两处熔接部之间切断所述连续体。
