Abstract
本发明涉及一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,包括输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,输入轴上固定安装有大、小输入齿轮,中间轴上设有与输入轴相对应的大、小中间齿轮,大、小中间齿轮=分别经两组轴承活动安装于中间轴,大、小中间齿轮间固定安装有配合内花键套的外花键套,大、小齿轮相对端面上分别设有带外花键的凸台,内花键套在外花键套上轴向滑动并将外花键套分别与大、小中间齿轮的带外花键的凸台连接;中间轴上设有输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮与输出轴上的齿轮啮合传动,转轴的两端经轴承支承于箱体,转轴与中间轴垂直交叉设置,转轴的伸出端连接手柄,手柄连接液压气缸,拨叉的一端固定连接于转轴,拨叉的另一端与内花键套配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及减速机领域,具体涉及一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱。
背景技术
随着经济社会的不断发展,人们对高性能的要求也越来越高。目前,对于换挡齿轮箱通常只有单输入轴和单输出轴,并在输入轴与输出轴件上设置两对啮合的齿轮副,换挡机构位于两个齿轮副之间。在工作中,只有不断增大输入轴的功率才能达到输出轴的功率要求,在不断增大过程中很可能造成因输入轴转速过快而损坏输入轴的问题。因此,如何提供一种换挡齿轮箱,以提高输出轴的使用寿命,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种变速稳定的联合液压变速重型齿轮箱。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,包括输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,所述输入轴上固定安装有大输入齿轮和小输入齿轮,所述中间轴上设有与输入轴相对应的大中间齿轮和小中间齿轮,大中间齿轮和小中间齿轮分别经两组轴承活动安装于中间轴,所述中间轴的大、小中间齿轮间固定安装有外花键套,外花键套上设有与其配合的内花键套,所述中间轴的大、小齿轮相对的端面上分别设有带外花键的凸台,所述内花键套在外花键套上轴向滑动并将外花键套分别与大、小中间齿轮的带外花键的凸台连接;中间轴上设有输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮与输出轴上的齿轮啮合传动,所述内花键套上连接有变速装置,所述变速装置包括拨叉、转轴,手柄和液压气缸,所述转轴的两端经轴承支承于箱体,转轴与中间轴垂直交叉设置,转轴的伸出端连接手柄,所述手柄连接液压气缸,拨叉的一端固定连接于转轴,拨叉的另一端与内花键套配合。
进一步地,所述拨叉包括转轴和分布于内花键套两侧的拨爪,所述各拨爪的底端设有轴套,所述轴套经键与转轴固定连接,拨爪的头部分别设有朝向拨叉槽的短轴,所述短轴上套接有轴承。
进一步地,所述内花键套的外壁上设有一圈拨叉槽,轴承外壁拨叉槽的两内侧壁配合。
进一步地,所述转轴水平设置并与中间轴垂直。
再进一步地,所述输出轴包括第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第一输出轴与第二输出轴间经齿轮传动。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:
本技术方案中,输入轴和中间轴间设有两组不同速比的齿轮,中间轴上的两齿轮在中间轴上空转;通过变速机构带动内花键套分别与中间轴上的齿轮形成固定连接后将中间轴与输入轴联动并输出,内花键套在固定于中间轴的外花键套上滑动,内花键套在两齿轮间切换时完成换档变速;变速机构由转轴和拨叉组成,拨叉的拨爪通过轴承与内花键套配合,减少摩擦,防止磨损;转轴一端安装有手柄,手柄经气缸驱动后带动转轴转动,转轴转动后带动拨爪转动,拨爪转动过程中,拨爪头部的轴承推动内花键套发生轴向位移完成换档或脱档。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如同所示,一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,包括输入轴1、中间轴2、第一输出轴3和第二输出轴10,所述输入轴1上固定安装有,所述中间轴2上设有与大输入齿轮4、小输入齿轮5相对应的大中间齿轮6和小中间齿轮7,大中间齿轮6和小中间齿轮7各经轴承活动安装于中间轴2在中间轴2上呈转动状态,所述中间轴2的大、小中间齿轮间固定安装有外花键套12,外花键套12上设有与其配合的内花键套13,所述中间轴上的大、小中间齿轮相对的端面上分别设有带外花键的凸台23,所述内花键套13在外花键套12上轴向滑动并将外花键套12分别与大、小中间齿轮的带外花键的凸台23连接为一个整体,从而实现大、小中间齿轮对中间轴2的驱动;中间轴上固定安装有输出齿轮8,所述输出齿轮8与第一输出轴3上的齿轮9啮合传动,第二输出轴10与第一输出轴3平行设置,第一输出轴3经齿轮副11,驱动第二输出轴10,第一输出轴3和第二输出轴10同向或异向输出;所述内花键套13外壁上设有一圈拨叉槽20,拨叉槽20连接有变速装置,所述变速装置包括拨叉、转轴14,手柄19和液压气缸21,所述拨叉包括转轴和分布于内花键套13两侧的拨爪15,所述各拨爪15的底端设有轴套16,所述轴套16经键与转轴14固定连接,拨爪15的头部分别设有朝向拨叉槽20的短轴17,所述短轴17上套接有轴承18,所述轴承18的外币壁与拨叉槽20滚动配合;所述转轴14的两端经轴承支承于箱体,转轴14水平设置并与中间轴2垂直交叉,转轴14的伸出端连接手柄19,所述手柄19连接液压气缸21。在手柄转动方向的两侧还设有位置开关22,对液压气缸的转动范围限位。
Claims (5)
1.一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,包括输入轴、中间轴和输出轴,所述输入轴上固定安装有大输入齿轮和小输入齿轮,所述中间轴上设有与输入轴相对应的大中间齿轮和小中间齿轮,大中间齿轮和小中间齿轮分别经两组轴承活动安装于中间轴,所述中间轴的大、小中间齿轮间固定安装有外花键套,外花键套上设有与其配合的内花键套,所述中间轴的大、小齿轮相对的端面上分别设有带外花键的凸台,所述内花键套在外花键套上轴向滑动并将外花键套分别与大、小中间齿轮的带外花键的凸台连接;中间轴上设有输出齿轮,所述输出齿轮与输出轴上的齿轮啮合传动,其特征在于,所述内花键套上连接有变速装置,所述变速装置包括拨叉、转轴,手柄和液压气缸,所述转轴的两端经轴承支承于箱体,转轴与中间轴垂直交叉设置,转轴的伸出端连接手柄,所述手柄连接液压气缸,拨叉的一端固定连接于转轴,拨叉的另一端与内花键套配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述拨叉包括转轴和分布于内花键套两侧的拨爪,所述各拨爪的底端设有轴套,所述轴套经键与转轴固定连接,拨爪的头部分别设有朝向拨叉槽的短轴,所述短轴上套接有轴承。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述内花键套的外壁上设有一圈拨叉槽,轴承外壁拨叉槽的两内侧壁配合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述转轴水平设置并与中间轴垂直。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种联合液压变速重型齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述输出轴包括第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第一输出轴与第二输出轴间经齿轮传动。
