Abstract

本发明提供一种新型传动机构,包括输入轴、中间轴、输出轴,其中在输入轴的两端分别通过键安装有两个旋向相反的心轴Ⅰ和心轴Ⅱ,心轴Ⅰ通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅰ套接,心轴Ⅱ通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅱ套接,在心轴Ⅰ和齿轮Ⅰ的两个侧面以及心轴Ⅱ和齿轮Ⅱ的两个侧面分别对称安装有端盖;齿轮Ⅱ与齿轮Ⅲ啮合,齿轮Ⅲ套装在中间轴上,齿轮Ⅲ与齿轮Ⅳ啮合,齿轮Ⅳ安装在输出轴的一端,在输出轴的另一端安装有齿轮Ⅴ。本发明通过采用两个旋向相反的滚柱离合器,可以实现:当动力源改变旋向时,可保证一个传动副始终保持一个旋向,因此本发明特别适用于同一个动力源传动多个传动副且传动副的旋转方向可灵活改变的场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型传动机构,属于机械设备传动技术领域。
背景技术
在机械设备传动中的某些传动工作场合,需要采用同一个动力源传动不同旋向的传动副。当有的传动副需要改变旋转方向时可改变动力源的旋向,而有的传动副不需要改变旋向(如水泵、油泵、散热的风扇等)时只能采用两个动力源分别控制,这样无疑使传动设备的尺寸结构增大,提高制造成本,而且造成能源的浪费。
发明内容
针对现有技术中所存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种新型传动机构。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实施的:一种新型传动机构,包括输入轴、中间轴、输出轴,其中在输入轴的两端分别通过键安装有两个旋向相反的心轴Ⅰ和心轴Ⅱ,心轴Ⅰ通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅰ套接,心轴Ⅱ通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅱ套接,在心轴Ⅰ和齿轮Ⅰ的两个侧面以及心轴Ⅱ和齿轮Ⅱ的两个侧面分别对称安装有端盖;齿轮Ⅱ与齿轮Ⅲ啮合,齿轮Ⅲ套装在中间轴上,齿轮Ⅲ与齿轮Ⅳ啮合,齿轮Ⅳ安装在输出轴的一端,在输出轴的另一端安装有齿轮Ⅴ。
所述心轴Ⅰ和心轴Ⅱ的外径制成圆弧齿形状。
本发明通过采用两个旋向相反的滚柱离合器,可以实现:当动力源改变旋向时,可保证一个传动副始终保持一个旋向,因此本发明特别适用于同一个动力源传动多个传动副且传动副的旋转方向可灵活改变的场合。
本发明具有传动可靠、制造成本低、结构紧凑、可长期免维护等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示的一种新型传动机构,包括输入轴1、中间轴11、输出轴15,其中在输入轴1的两端分别通过键2、10安装有两个旋向相反的心轴Ⅰ6和心轴Ⅱ9,心轴Ⅰ6通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅰ3套接形成滚柱离合器Ⅰ,心轴Ⅱ9通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅱ7套接形成滚柱离合器Ⅱ,在心轴Ⅰ6和齿轮Ⅰ3的两个侧面对称安装有端盖5,在心轴Ⅱ9和齿轮Ⅱ7的两个侧面对称安装有端盖8,端盖5和端盖8除可以防止滚柱和弹簧外出外,还具有连接心轴的作用;齿轮Ⅱ7与齿轮Ⅲ12啮合,齿轮Ⅲ12套装在中间轴11上,齿轮Ⅲ12与齿轮Ⅳ13啮合,齿轮Ⅳ13安装在输出轴15的一端,在输出轴15的另一端安装有齿轮Ⅴ14。
所述心轴Ⅰ6和心轴Ⅱ9的外径制成圆弧齿形状,可保障换向的可靠性。

1.一种新型传动机构,其特征在于:包括输入轴(1)、中间轴(11)、输出轴(15),其中在输入轴(1)的两端分别通过键(2、10)安装有两个旋向相反的心轴Ⅰ(6)和心轴Ⅱ(9),心轴Ⅰ(6)通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅰ(3)套接,心轴Ⅱ(9)通过滚柱和弹簧与外围的齿轮Ⅱ(7)套接,在心轴Ⅰ(6)和齿轮Ⅰ(3)的两个侧面以及心轴Ⅱ(9)和齿轮Ⅱ(7)的两个侧面分别对称安装有端盖(5、8);齿轮Ⅱ(7)与齿轮Ⅲ(12)啮合,齿轮Ⅲ(12)套装在中间轴(11)上,齿轮Ⅲ(12)与齿轮Ⅳ(13)啮合,齿轮Ⅳ(13)安装在输出轴(15)的一端,在输出轴(15)的另一端安装有齿轮Ⅴ(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型传动机构,其特征在于:所述心轴Ⅰ(6)和心轴Ⅱ(9)的外径制成圆弧齿形状。
