技术领域
本发明涉及一种套管,并且特别地涉及一种主动脉套管,其允许在灌注期间对循环系统实现除气或排气。
背景技术
心肺旁路手术后对循环系统的术后排气对于心外科医师是一个挑战。通常使用顺行心麻痹套管用于术后排气,但还已知使用主动脉套管以同时允许旁路血流至心脏和对循环系统排气。例如,2003年2月11日颁于Wright的美国专利6,517,524公开了双内腔主动脉套管,可用于在体外循环心脏手术后对循环系统排气。第一内腔限定了具有足够的横截面直径的第一弯曲流动路径,用于旁路血流。第二内腔限定具有在筒状体中形成的近端开口和远端入口的第二弯曲流动路径。远端入口被配置和设置成气泡能够从主动脉中被移除。主动脉套管相应地构造和配置以被插入穿过主动脉的壁并且同时在对循环系统排气时允许旁路血流。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的套管,其可以被用作主动脉套管以允许在灌注期间对循环系统除气或排气。
相应地,提供了一种主动脉套管,包括主体部分、远端部分和内腔。内腔延伸穿过主体部分和远端部分,以允许主体部分和远端部分之间流体连通。远端部分有通道。通道具有入口和出口。通道与周围环境流体连通。远端部分可具有内壁和外壁。通道可设置在内壁和外壁之间。通道的入口可以是延伸穿过套管的远端部分的外壁的开口。通道的出口可以是延伸穿过套管的远端部分的外壁的开口。通道的出口可替代地是套管中的环形凹口。还可以有止动环套设在远端部分上、在通道的入口和通道的出口之间。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1,一种改进的套管10被示出。套管10总体包括主体部分12和远端部分14。套管10具有止动环16,止动环16套设在远端部分14上。套管10还具有内腔18,在图2中最佳地示出。内腔18延伸穿过套管10的主体部分12和远端部分14两者。内腔18相应地允许套管10的主体部分12和远端部分14之间流体连通。套管10,至此所描述的,是常规的。
然而,本文公开的套管10进一步设有多个通道,例如,示于图2中的通道20,在套管的远端部分14的内壁22和外壁24之间。有多个侧开口或孔,例如,孔26,延伸穿过远端部分14的外壁24至套管的远端部分14中的通道20。孔26允许周围环境和通道20之间的流体连通。还有环形开口28在套管10中、在套管的主体部分12和套管的远端部分14之间。环形开口28与通道20流体连通并且允许通道和周围环境之间的流体连通。以上描述的结构更详细地示于图3中。可见,环形开口28是套管10的远端部分14的外壁24和套管的主体部分12之间的间隙。
参考图4,在此实施例中,有四个通道20,40,50和60在套管10的远端部分14中。如最佳地示于图2中的,对于通道20,通道轴向延伸并且被环绕地设置在内壁22和外壁24之间,从套管10的远端部分14的封闭的远处端30至套管的环形开口28。这些通道还可被描述为被设置成围绕内腔。然而,在其他实施例中,可以在套管的远端部分中有单个通道或任何数量的不同配置的通道。每个通道经由各自的孔与周围环境流体连通,该孔类似于如上描述的且示于图2中的通道20的孔26。每个通道还经由如上描述的通道20的套管10的环形开口28与周围环境流体连通。
本文公开的套管10如图5中所示作为主动脉套管是有用的。止动环16在套管的远端部分14被设置在套管中的环形开口28和例如孔26的孔之间。当主动脉70被插管时,来自主动脉70的流体可相应地流动穿过孔26和类似于孔的,进入通道20,40,50和60,如箭头110总体指示的。流体随后沿着通道20流动,如箭头120总体所指示的,并且从通道20穿过环形开口28被排出。孔26和类似的孔延伸穿过套管10的远端部分14的外壁24,相应地起到空气入口的作用,而套管10中的环形开口28起到空气出口的作用,用于对主动脉70除气或排气。在主动脉70的除气或排气期间,灌注血流可同时从套管10的内腔18流入动脉70,如箭头130总体指示的。
另一个改进的套管80示于图6和7中。套管10总体包括主体部分82和远端部分84。套管80具有套设在远端部分84上的止动环86。套管还具有内腔88,最佳示于图7中。内腔88延伸穿过套管80的主体部分82和远端部分84两者。内腔88相应地允许套管80的主体部分82和远端部分84之间流体连通。
套管80设有多个通道,例如示于图7中的通道90,在套管的远端部分84的内壁92和外壁94之间。在止动环86的远处有多个侧开口或孔,例如孔96,其延伸穿过远端部分84的外壁94至通道90。孔96允许周围环境和通道90之间流体连通。在止动环86的近处还有多个侧开口或孔,例如孔98,其延伸穿过远端部分84的外壁94至通道90。孔98允许周围环境和通道90之间流体连通。在止动环远处的孔起到空气入口的作用,而止动环近处的孔起到空气出口的作用。
本领域技术人员应当理解,虽然本文公开的套管被描述成用作主动脉套管,但本文描述的套管也可以被用于其他应用中。

Claims (12)

1.一种主动脉套管,包括:
主体部分;
远端部分;
内腔,所述内腔延伸穿过所述主体部分和所述远端部分,以允许所述主体部分和所述远端部分之间流体连通;及
所述远端部分内的通道,所述通道具有入口和出口,并且所述通道与周围环境流体连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的主动脉套管,其中所述远端部分具有内壁和外壁,所述通道设置在所述内壁和所述外壁之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的主动脉套管,其中所述通道的所述入口是延伸穿过所述套管的所述远端部分的所述外壁的开口。
4.如权利要求2所述的主动脉套管,其中所述通道的所述出口是延伸穿过所述套管的所述远端部分的所述外壁的开口。
5.如权利要求2所述的主动脉套管,其中所述通道的所述出口是所述套管中的环形凹口。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一权利要求所述的主动脉套管,进一步包括止动环,所述止动环套设在所述远端部分上、在所述通道的所述入口和所述通道的所述出口之间。
7.一种主动脉套管,包括:
主体部分;
远端部分,所述远端部分具有内壁和外壁;
内腔,所述内腔延伸穿过所述主体部分和所述远端部分,以允许所述主体部分和所述远端部分之间流体连通;
通道,所述通道设置在所述远端部分的所述内壁和所述外壁之间,所述通道具有入口和出口,并且所述通道与周围环境流体连通;及
止动环,所述止动环套设在所述远端部分上、在所述通道的所述入口和所述通道的所述出口之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的主动脉套管,其中所述通道的所述入口是延伸穿过所述远端部分的所述外壁的开口。
9.如权利要求7所述的主动脉套管,其中所述通道的所述出口是延伸穿过所述套管的所述远端部分的所述外壁的开口。
10.如权利要求7所述的主动脉套管,其中所述通道的所述出口是所述套管中的环形凹口。
11.一种主动脉套管,包括:
主体部分;
远端部分;
内腔,所述内腔延伸穿过所述主体部分和所述远端部分,以允许所述主体部分和所述远端部之间流体连通;及
多个通道,所述多个通道在所述远端部分中被设置成围绕所述内腔,每个通道具有入口和出口,并且每个所述通道与周围环境流体连通。
12.如权利要求11所述的主动脉套管,进一步包括止动环,所述止动环套设在所述主动脉套管的所述远端部分上。
