Abstract

aparelho de entrega do selante e sistema e método para preparar o mesmo, para uso em um procedimento de pulmão. a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de entrega de selante para uso em um procedimento de acesso ao pulmão para auxiliar na prevenção de pneumotórax incluindo um dispositivo aplicador de selante e um conjunto de agulha de injeção. o conjunto de agulha de injeção tem um cubo e um estilete oco alongado. o cubo é configurado para conexão removível com o dispositivo aplicador de selante. o estilete oco alongado é configurado para facilitar a comunicação de fluido com pelo menos uma porta de saída do dispositivo aplicador de selante para receber um selante de múltiplos componentes. o estilete oco alongado tem uma porção proximal, uma porção distal tendo uma extremidade distal fechada e uma pluralidade de portas laterais proximais à extremidade distal fechada. a pluralidade de portas laterais se estende radialmente a partir de um lúmen e através de uma parede lateral do estilete oco alongado na porção distal. a pluralidade de portas laterais fica em comunicação de fluido com a pelo menos uma porta de saída do dispositivo aplicador de selante.
