Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器材领域,主要提供一种体外膜式氧合(ECMO)插管。ECMO目前主要应用于重症循环或呼吸终末期衰竭的治疗,将静脉血从患者体内引出,在体外经ECMO氧合后输入到患者的静脉或动脉内,一般均需要两处插管,会造成患者过多损伤。同时由于插管方式的限制并不能将静脉血完全氧合,存在再循环现象,影响ECMO的治疗效果。为了解决此问题,本发明提供一种双腔双心房插管,通过房间隔穿刺技术,将插管经静脉置入后,经房间隔将插管头端置入左心房,插管近端侧孔置于右心房,以单根双腔插管实现转流模式并有效避免再循环的发生,提高氧合效率对患者的顺利康复极为有利。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材领域,具体涉及一种ECMO用双腔双心房插管装置。
背景技术
目前临床上使用的体外膜式氧合(ECMO)技术已广泛应用于重症循环或呼吸衰竭等患者的支持治疗,一般均需要双插管(流入道/流出道),穿刺或切开两处置管部位加重患者痛苦及出血感染风险,且插管时间长,耽误抢救时间。特别是VV-ECMO插管方式的限制,血液的引流和输入均在右心系统,并不能将静脉血完全氧合,存在再循环现象,出现氧合效果不佳,影响患者预后。
发明内容
本发明提供一种ECMO用双腔双心房插管。将插管鞘芯(8)与插管组装后,通过房间隔穿刺技术将插管经静脉系统置入左心房,插管头端开口(3)及头端侧孔(1)位于左心房,后端侧孔(4)位于右心房,显影环(2)位于房间隔部位,开始ECMO转流。转流中,静脉血经后端侧孔(4)及体外流出道接口(1)引流至ECMO进行氧合后,氧合血经插管体外流入道接口(6),及头端开口(3)、侧孔(1)回流入左心房。由于只需一根插管完成ECMO转流,减少了患者穿刺的部位,减少患者痛苦,节省时间。提高了抢救成功率。同时该插管方式是将右心的静脉血引出,氧合后输入左心房内,通过房间隔的阻隔,有效避免再循环,提高氧合效率,对患者的顺利康复极为有利。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种ECMO用双腔双心房插管,包括外层管腔、前端带有侧孔(1)、外层管腔前端有开口(3),外层管腔内有一带侧孔的内层管腔(4),双腔插管经管尾(5)处分离成两根独立接口(7)和(6),在内层套管前端设计有可显影标记环(2)以及插管专用鞘芯(8)组成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和效果如下:集成一体化双腔双心房插管结构,插管位置标记明确,有效性高,减少患者组织损伤,可有效避免再循环,提高氧合效率。

1.ECMO用双腔双心房插管结构包括外层套管前端侧孔外层管腔前端侧孔(1);可显影标记环(2);插管外层前端开口(3);带侧孔内层管腔(4);双腔插管管尾(5);独立套管标准接头(6);独立套管标准接头(7)。中空专用鞘芯(8)。
2.套管前端在(1)(3)和(4)之间设计有可显影标记环(2)。
3.双腔管自尾端(5)分离成各自独立的双腔接口(6)、(7)。
