本发明公开了一种光伏电池串排版机的玻璃定位夹具,包括夹紧轮组件、气缸组件及基座组件,所述夹紧轮组件由夹紧轮支架、夹紧轮及上滑轮组成;所述气缸组件由气缸及楔块组成;所述基座组件由基座支架、导轨及下滑轮组成;所述气缸组件设于基座组件内,其中气缸固定在气缸座上,楔块支撑在下滑轮上方;夹紧轮组件经夹紧轮支架的滑道设于基座组件的导轨上,且上滑轮支撑在气缸组件的楔块上方。本发明采用横向设置的气缸组件,推动夹紧轮的纵向运动,完成对玻璃的夹紧、定位及释放,具有占用纵向空间小,利于载玻平台与其他设备的衔接,便于生产线的整体布局。

一种光伏电池串排版机的玻璃定位夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及光伏电池串制造技术领域,尤其是一种光伏电池串排版机的玻璃定位夹具。
背景技术
在光伏电池片的生产过程中,首先要将若干个单元电池片排列成电池串,再将电池串精确排版于铺好EVA纸的玻璃上,为保证每版电池串的排列一致,要求定位夹具能将每次输送到载玻平台上的玻璃准确定位、并保证相对位置的一致性,同时,为保证玻璃输送到载玻平台或排好版的玻璃从载玻平台移出并与其他设备衔接,要求定位夹具不得阻挡玻璃移动的通道,现有技术实施玻璃定位的夹具是在玻璃的四边设置八个固定轮,通过气缸或者电机驱动固定轮,完成对玻璃的夹紧、定位及释放,为此,所有的固定轮都必须同时完成升起或缩回的动作,存在的问题是,由于驱动固定轮升起或缩回的气缸或电机均与固定轮呈纵向排列,占用纵向空间较大,阻挡了玻璃的平行移动的通道,阻碍了载玻平台与其他设备的衔接,影响生产线的整体布局。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供的一种光伏电池串排版机的玻璃定位夹具,本发明采用横向设置的气缸组件,推动夹紧轮的纵向运动,完成对玻璃的夹紧、定位及释放,具有占用纵向空间小,提高玻璃定位及移出的工作效率,利于载玻平台与其他设备的衔接,便于生产线的整体布局。
实现本发明目的的具体技术方案是:
一种光伏电池串排版机的玻璃定位夹具,其特点包括夹紧轮组件、气缸组件及基座组件,所述夹紧轮组件由夹紧轮支架、夹紧轮及上滑轮组成,夹紧轮支架为框架件,其上水平设有上滑轮座及夹紧轮臂、垂直设有滑道,夹紧轮铰接于夹紧轮臂上,上滑轮设于上滑轮座内;所述气缸组件由气缸及楔块组成,楔块连接于气缸的活塞杆上;所述基座组件由基座支架、导轨及下滑轮组成,基座组件为框架件,其上水平设有气缸座及下滑轮座、垂直设有导轨座,导轨设于导轨座上,下滑轮设于下滑轮座内;
所述气缸组件设于基座组件内,其中气缸固定在气缸座上,楔块支撑在下滑轮上方;夹紧轮组件经夹紧轮支架的滑道设于基座组件的导轨上,夹紧轮组件的上滑轮支撑在气缸组件的楔块上方。
本发明采用横向设置的气缸组件,推动夹紧轮的纵向运动,完成对玻璃的夹紧、定位及释放,具有占用纵向空间小,提高玻璃定位及移出的工作效率,利于载玻平台与其他设备的衔接,便于生产线的整体布局。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2、图3、图4,本发明包括夹紧轮组件1、气缸组件2及基座组件3,所述气缸组件2设于基座组件3内,其中气缸21固定在气缸座33上,楔块22支撑在下滑轮34上方;夹紧轮组件1经夹紧轮支架11的滑道设于基座组件3的导轨32上,夹紧轮组件1的上滑轮13支撑在气缸组件2的楔块22上方;
参阅图1、图2,所述夹紧轮组件1由夹紧轮支架11、夹紧轮12及上滑轮13组成,夹紧轮支架11为框架件,其上水平设有上滑轮座及夹紧轮臂、垂直设有滑道,夹紧轮12铰接于夹紧轮臂上,上滑轮13设于上滑轮座内;
参阅图1、图3,所述气缸组件2由气缸21及楔块22组成,楔块22连接于气缸21的活塞杆上;
参阅图1、图4,所述基座组件3由基座支架31、导轨32及下滑轮34组成,基座组件3为框架件,其上水平设有气缸座33及下滑轮座、垂直设有导轨座,导轨32设于导轨座上,下滑轮34设于下滑轮座内。
本发明实施例:
本发明用于光伏电池片的生产过程中,是在光伏电池串排版机的载玻平台上对玻璃实施定位的夹具。本发明与载玻平台结合使用,将基座组3固定在载玻平台的水平驱动装置上,实现夹紧轮12的水平运动,采用横向设置的气缸组件2,推动夹紧轮12实现夹紧轮12的纵向运动,完成对载玻平台上玻璃的夹紧、定位及释放,具体工作过程如下,
参阅图1、图2、图3、图4,当玻璃向载玻平台输送时,气缸组件2上气缸21的活塞杆缩回,拉动楔块22向右侧移动,由于支撑上滑轮13楔块22的支撑面下行,此时,在自重的作用下,夹紧轮组件1通过夹紧轮支架11的滑道在基座组件3的导轨32上下滑,同时,铰接于夹紧轮臂上的夹紧轮12下行,完成夹紧轮12的缩回动作,实现玻璃向载玻平台输送及夹紧轮12对玻璃的释放。
当玻璃向载玻平台输送完成时,气缸组件2上气缸21的活塞杆伸出,推动楔块22向左侧移动,在楔块22的作用下,楔块22的支撑面推动上滑轮13上行,此时,上滑轮13带动夹紧轮组件1通过夹紧轮支架11的滑道在基座组件3的导轨32上向上滑动,同时,铰接于夹紧轮臂上的夹紧轮12上行,然后,固定在载玻平台的水平驱动装置推动基座组件3平移,基座组件3连同夹紧轮组件1及夹紧轮12平移,完成夹紧轮12升起及平移动作,实现玻璃在载玻平台上的夹紧及准确定位。
本发明采用横向设置的气缸组件2,推动夹紧轮12实现夹紧轮12的纵向运动,由于驱动夹紧轮12升起或缩回的气缸组件2呈横向排列,占用纵向空间小,避开了玻璃平行移动的通道,便于载玻平台与其他设备的衔接,便于生产线的整体布局,可大幅提高生产效率。

1.一种光伏电池串排版机的玻璃定位夹具,其特征在于它包括夹紧轮组件(1)、气缸组件(2)及基座组件(3),所述夹紧轮组件(1)由夹紧轮支架(11)、夹紧轮(12)及上滑轮(13)组成,夹紧轮支架(11)为框架件,其上水平设有上滑轮座及夹紧轮臂、垂直设有滑道,夹紧轮(12)铰接于夹紧轮臂上,上滑轮(13)设于上滑轮座内;所述气缸组件(2)由气缸(21)及楔块(22)组成,楔块(22)连接于气缸(21)的活塞杆上;所述基座组件(3)由基座支架(31)、导轨(32)及下滑轮(34)组成,基座组件(3)为框架件,其上水平设有气缸座(33)及下滑轮座、垂直设有导轨座,导轨(32)设于导轨座上,下滑轮(34)设于下滑轮座内;所述气缸组件(2)设于基座组件(3)内,其中气缸(21)固定在气缸座(33)上,楔块(22)支撑在下滑轮(34)上方;夹紧轮组件(1)经夹紧轮支架(11)的滑道设于基座组件(3)的导轨(32)上,夹紧轮组件(1)的上滑轮(13)支撑在气缸组件(2)的楔块(22)上方。
