Abstract
本发明涉及垫圈技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性垫圈,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:50-60份改性煤渣、10-13份镍、0.5-1份铜、6-8份铝、1-2份硅、3-4份铁、0.05-0.1份铬,本发明制得的密封圈采用改性煤渣,节约了能源,然后加入其他金属,提高了综合性能,加强了密封圈的耐急冷性和耐低温性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及垫圈技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性垫圈。
背景技术:
密封圈一般注意下述条件:富有弹性和回弹性;适当的机械强度,包括扩张强度、伸长率和抗撕裂强度等;性能稳定,在介质中不易溶胀,热收缩效应(焦耳效应)小;易加工成型,并能保持精密的尺寸;不腐蚀接触面,不污染介质等,在低温储罐中,进行装液时,金属软管和进口之间会使用到密封圈,一般状态下密封圈为常温状态,在进行装液时,密封圈会突然与零下一百多度的低温液体接触,长时间的使用,会造成密封圈脆性提高,容易断裂,造成安全事故。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种箱包防割破橡胶面料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:50-60份改性煤渣、10-13份镍、0.5-1份铜、6-8份铝、1-2份硅、3-4份铁、0.05-0.1份铬。
进一步的,所述的改性煤渣由下列重量份的原料制成:100-110份煤渣、2-3份聚四氟乙烯微粉、1-2份硫酸铵、0.5-1份木质素磺酸钠、3-4份环氧树脂、1-1.5份硅藻土、0.5-1份焦磷酸钠、1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠。
进一步的,所述的改性煤渣制备方法为:将煤渣在1000-1200℃再次烧结3-4个小时,然后研磨成粉末状,加入剩余原料搅拌均匀、烘干,研磨呈粉末状。
一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈的制备方法:将改性煤渣、铁和铜置入真空感应熔炼炉内,先进行抽真空处理,然后加热融化成合金一,再将镍、铝、铬和硅置入真空感应熔炼炉内,加热融化成合金二,然后将合金一和合金二倒入含有惰性气体保护的盛桶中混合,然后倒入铸模中冷却加工成型。
本发明制得的密封圈采用改性煤渣,节约了能源,然后加入其他金属,提高了综合性能,加强了密封圈的耐急冷性和耐低温性。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:50份改性煤渣、10份镍、0.5份铜、6份铝、1份硅、3份铁、0.05份铬。
改性煤渣由下列重量份的原料制成:100份煤渣、2份聚四氟乙烯微粉、1份硫酸铵、0.5份木质素磺酸钠、3份环氧树脂、1份硅藻土、0.5份焦磷酸钠、1份羧甲基纤维素钠。
实施例2:一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:60份改性煤渣、13份镍、1份铜、8份铝、2份硅、4份铁、0.1份铬。
改性煤渣由下列重量份的原料制成:110份煤渣、3份聚四氟乙烯微粉、2份硫酸铵、1份木质素磺酸钠、4份环氧树脂、1.5份硅藻土、1份焦磷酸钠、2份羧甲基纤维素钠。
改性煤渣制备方法为:将煤渣在1000-1200℃再次烧结3-4个小时,然后研磨成粉末状,加入剩余原料搅拌均匀、烘干,研磨呈粉末状。
一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈的制备方法:将改性煤渣、铁和铜置入真空感应熔炼炉内,先进行抽真空处理,然后加热融化成合金一,再将镍、铝、铬和硅置入真空感应熔炼炉内,加热融化成合金二,然后将合金一和合金二倒入含有惰性气体保护的盛桶中混合,然后倒入铸模中冷却加工成型。

1.一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:50-60份改性煤渣、10-13份镍、0.5-1份铜、6-8份铝、1-2份硅、3-4份铁、0.05-0.1份铬。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈,其特征在于所述的改性煤渣由下列重量份的原料制成:100-110份煤渣、2-3份聚四氟乙烯微粉、1-2份硫酸铵、0.5-1份木质素磺酸钠、3-4份环氧树脂、1-1.5份硅藻土、0.5-1份焦磷酸钠、1-2份羧甲基纤维素钠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈,其特征在于所述的改性煤渣制备方法为:将煤渣在1000-1200℃再次烧结3-4个小时,然后研磨成粉末状,加入剩余原料搅拌均匀、烘干,研磨呈粉末状。
4.一种低温储罐使用的耐急冷性密封圈的制备方法:将改性煤渣、铁和铜置入真空感应熔炼炉内,先进行抽真空处理,然后加热融化成合金一,再将镍、铝、铬和硅置入真空感应熔炼炉内,加热融化成合金二,然后将合金一和合金二倒入含有惰性气体保护的盛桶中混合,然后倒入铸模中冷却加工成型。
