[0002]目前,不锈钢波纹软管在家用燃气管道大量使用,而现行的波纹软管接头一般会采用端面橡胶密封或螺纹填充非金属密封物的方式进行密封。一般密封材料有:橡胶、硅胶、塑料制品等。但非金属材料一般的耐热温度均不超过250°C,如遇高温、火焰等危险安全无法保障,且使用寿命低,一般在4〜8年左右。
[0003] 现有专利号为CN200920319196.5的中国实用新型公开了一种波纹管连接的密封结构。该波纹管连接的密封结构设置在波纹管的端部与所要连接的接管之间,波纹管的端部插于接管内,波纹管上套有一螺帽,螺帽通过螺纹与接管连接,在所述的波纹管与所述的螺帽之间设有一密封件,且该密封件套接于所述的波纹管上,螺帽的帽沿挡于所述的密封件的端面上。虽然该波纹管连接的密封结构的密封件是套接在波纹管上的,稳定性较好,且连接操作比较简单、方便。但是其密封件依然采用的是非金属材料,通过挤压密封件来实现接管的密封。

[0016] 该波纹管密封管件的使用方法如下:
[0017] 首先用专门的切皮器将波纹软管(可埋管)前端剥离近5个波距(DN15A-DN20:目测约50mm ;DN25:目测约70mm)。接着在原管剩余2个波距的位置切断原管,切割后的断面要求齐整,无飞边、凹陷、毛边、椭圆等缺陷。然后把波纹管密封管件的螺纹套筒I与固定套2拧开,取出内部的卡套3,并将固定套2套入波纹软管中,并将两个半套31组成的卡套3套在软管上,使得卡套3的凸起32嵌入在波纹软管切断后的第一个波后的凹槽内,卡套3安装完成后拉回固定套2。最后将拆卸下来的螺纹套筒I用扭力扳手安装到固定套2中,使得卡套3的凸起32的前端面顶住螺纹套筒的端面,从而实现密封。
Claims (4)
1.一种波纹管密封管件,包括螺纹套筒(1),固定套(2),卡套(3),所述固定套(2) —端开有内螺纹,所述螺纹套筒(I) 一端具有与该固定套(2)内螺纹相螺纹连接的外螺纹,所述固定套(2)和所述螺纹套筒(I)之间设置有卡套(3),其特征在于:卡套(3)为圆筒形,其由两片对称的半套(31)组成,该卡套(3) —端内壁具有与环绕波纹软管外表面的凹槽相匹配的凸起(32),与该凸起(32)相对的所述螺纹套筒(I)的端面(31)具有与所述凸起(32)的外侧面相配合的形状;所述固定套(2)设有挡沿(21),所述卡套(3)的另一端抵靠在该挡沿(21)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的波纹管密封管件,其特征在于:所述卡套(3)的凸起(32)两侧为锥面,外锥面(33)与所述卡套(3)的平面端面(34)相连,与该卡套端面相对的所述螺纹套筒(I)的平面端面(13)上具有与所述外锥面(33)相同斜度的斜面(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的波纹管密封管件,其特征在于:所述螺纹套筒(I)的斜面(12)末端设有翻沿(11)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的所述的波纹管密封管件,其特征在于:所述的固定套(2)端部和螺纹套筒(I)中间区域的外壁为六角形式。
