本发明涉及一种乳清蛋白粉。
【背景技术】
为了追求身体的健康平衡,人们除了合理的膳食搭配以外,越来越热衷于身体锻炼。
我们知道,在运动后,大量的水分会流失,造成体内电解质失衡,而且会消耗大量的碳水化合物和脂肪,以及各种微量元素,因此,我们在剧烈运动后,都需要进行较长时间的休息以使身体进行自我恢复。
