本发明涉及一种茉莉鲜活水及其制备方法与应用,属于食品、保健品和化妆品领域。
背景技术
茉莉花是具有较高药用价值的花卉,《中药大辞典》中记载:“茉莉花性辛温,味甘,无毒”,有“理气开郁,辟秽和中”的功效。茉莉花中富含苯甲醇、芳樟醇、安息香酸、芳樟醇酯、吼哚,素馨内酯等物质。对痢疾、腹痛、结膜炎及疮毒等具有很好的消炎解毒的作用,此外,还有防辐射损伤、抗癌、抗衰老之功效,使人延年益寿、身心健康。茉莉花中矿物质元素含量丰富,包括钾、钙、镁。锰、锌、铁等矿物质,经常饮用对人体健康大有裨益,可用于预防矿质元素缺乏造成的疾病。
然而,目前,世界上通行的从芳香类植物提取活性物质,例如从茉莉花中提取茉莉花提取物的方法,大体有三种:第一种,也是本领域最常使用的方法是“水煮法”,将新鲜的茉莉花装入蒸馏釜,加入一定比例的水,釜底通入蒸汽加热至釜中的水沸腾,花中的芳香物质与水蒸汽一起蒸发,由导管导入冷凝器中冷却。水煮法存在的主要问题是,长时间高温蒸煮,使得茉莉花的芳香醇酯发生变异,所提取的活性物质,没有鲜花的天然香气,而是浓香刺鼻,气味不纯,生产过程中,设备多,能耗大,操作人员多,效率低,残液残渣污染排放量大,需消耗大量蒸汽和冷却水。第二种是“溶剂萃取法”,采用有机溶剂,如酒精、乙醚或液态丁烷等,将有机溶剂反复淋洒在新鲜茉莉花上,将花中的芳香物质溶入所说的溶剂中,然后采用低温蒸馏的方法,提取茉莉花中的芳香物质。溶剂萃取法存在的主要问题是,设备、工艺复杂,也需消耗蒸汽和冷却水,由于使用有机溶剂,投入大,产量低,且易对活性物质造成污染,出油率低,分离出的活性物质不纯。第三种是“二氧化碳超临界萃取法”,萃取过程是利用CO2在低温临界环境中,将茉莉花中的芳香物质萃取出来,该工艺适应茉莉花的低温芳香特性,萃取的活性物质,香味纯正,与鲜花非常相似。二氧化碳超临界萃取法的主要问题是,设备、工艺非常复杂,加工能力低,设备投资昂贵,也存在废渣排放污染环境,目前该法仅处于实验室阶段,尚无企业采用此法批量生产的先例。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种茉莉鲜活水及其制备方法与应用。本发明的制备方法简单易行,制备时不添加有机溶剂,不使用添加剂,得到的茉莉鲜活水安全;本发明茉莉鲜活水能应用于制备食品、保健品和化妆品。
本发明提供的茉莉鲜活水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将茉莉花置于反应器中,抽真空;然后减压蒸馏,收集冷凝液,即得到茉莉鲜活水。
上述的方法中,所述减压蒸馏的温度为55~75℃,具体可为55℃、65℃或75℃;
所述减压蒸馏的时间为0.5~1.5h,具体可为0.5、0.8h或1.5h。
上述的方法中,所述减压蒸馏的真空度为60~100Pa,具体可为60Pa、80Pa或100Pa;
所述反应器为旋转蒸发仪。
本发明中,所述茉莉花为茉莉花朵和/或茉莉花蕾,优选茉莉花蕾。
本发明还提供了上述的方法制备的所述茉莉鲜活水。
本发明所述茉莉鲜活水应用于制备化妆品。

本发明在制备食品、保健品和化妆品中的具体应用如下:
1、作为饮品,长期饮用可增加皮肤活力、祛色斑、疏肝理气、活血化瘀的功效;
2、加入纯奶饮用,可达到香体、祛色斑、疏肝理气、活血化瘀的功效;
3、将本发明茉莉鲜活水与其它酒水配合,制作茉莉露酒,能有效提高茉莉露酒中的有益人体健康的微量元素,特别是锶、偏硅酸的含量;作为补品酒,效果更好;
4、足浴:所述茉莉鲜活水与水的质量比为1∶85作为足浴液,每晚泡脚,起到嫩白美肤和舒缓疲劳的作用;
5、本发明作为面膜、精华液、爽肤水、柔肤水的配料,使用在皮肤上,能有效提供身体所需要的十几种有益人体健康的元素;

本发明的制备方法中,原料仅使用天然的茉莉花蕾,制备过程中原料不加水,不加特殊气体,不加任何化学有机溶剂和助剂,也不加任何色素香料,符合绿色食品、保健品和化妆品的要求。采用旋转蒸发仪蒸发的方法,即可从茉莉花蕾中提取茉莉花蕾的生物活性物质,所提取的茉莉鲜活水,保持其自然的芳香,且气味纯正,浓郁不刺鼻。本发明制备方法的加工设备体积小、工艺简单,效率高,功耗低,自动化程度高,操作人员少,操作简单,出产率高,没有任何污染排放,不需要建锅炉等;通过本发明方法提取的茉莉鲜活水活性物质多,抗氧化活性强,美白功效好,能起到更好的美容保健作用,也能提高肌体免疫力;不含添加剂,安全,可在食品、保健品和化妆品中的应用,而且,提取后的茉莉花蕾成干状完整保留,可继续开发利用,节约芳香资源。本发明茉莉鲜活水能作为食品、保健品和化妆品使用,为茉莉花活性成分的提取及开发利用提供了一种新的途径。

具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1、茉莉鲜活水的制备
本发明由以下重量的原料制成:茉莉鲜花蕾1公斤,按照以下步骤进行制备:
将茉莉鲜花蕾放入旋转蒸发仪中,抽真空(真空度为80Pa),55℃,蒸馏0.8小时,获得0.8公斤的茉莉鲜活水。
本发明茉莉鲜活水的消毒灭菌与保存:将本发明茉莉鲜活水通过紫外线消毒灭菌后储存于不锈钢容器或者可食用塑料容器中,避光、低温、密封保存。
实施例2、茉莉鲜活水的制备
本发明由以下重量的原料制成:茉莉鲜花朵1公斤,按照以下步骤进行制备:
将茉莉鲜花朵放入旋转蒸发仪中,抽真空(真空度为60Pa),65℃,蒸馏0.5小时,获得0.78公斤的茉莉鲜活水。
本发明茉莉鲜活水的消毒灭菌与保存:将本发明茉莉鲜活水通过紫外线消毒灭菌后储存于不锈钢容器或者可食用塑料容器中,避光、低温、密封保存。
实施例3、茉莉鲜活水的制备
本发明由以下重量的原料制成:茉莉鲜花蕾1公斤,按照以下步骤进行制备:
将茉莉鲜花蕾放入旋转蒸发仪中,抽真空(真空度为100Pa),75℃,蒸馏1.5小时,获得0.81公斤的茉莉鲜活水。
本发明茉莉鲜活水的消毒灭菌与保存:将本发明茉莉鲜活水通过紫外线消毒灭菌后储存于不锈钢容器或者可食用塑料容器中,避光、低温、密封保存。
实施例4、茉莉鲜活水体外美白功能实验
本发明实施例1-3中制备的茉莉鲜活水采用抑制酪氨酸酶法进行体外美白功能测定,测试结果如表1所示。由表1可知,本发明茉莉鲜活水比对比例中普通蒸馏茉莉水的酪氨酸酶抑制率提高了3.33%,说明本发明茉莉鲜活水的体外美白效果提高了一倍。

实施例5、茉莉鲜活水体外抗氧化作用
本发明实施例1-3中制备的茉莉鲜活水对DPPH自由基清除作用的测定,DPPH(1,1-disphenyl-2-picry1-hydrazy1),化学命名为1,1二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼,分子式为(C6H5)2N-NC6H5(NO2)3,此化合物中在氮桥的一个原子上有一个未成对的价电子,而此电子的轨道运动几乎由分子结构所抵消,通常以捕获DPPH自由基作为评定抗氧化能力的指标。测定结果如表2所示和实施例1-3中分别对应的图1-3所示,由表2和图1-3可知,本发明实施例1中茉莉鲜活水比对比例中普通蒸馏茉莉水的DPPH自由基清除率(IC50)高,说明本发明茉莉活性水的抗氧化活性高。

实施例6、茉莉鲜活水活性物质分析
将本发明实施例1中茉莉鲜活水与对比例中普通蒸馏茉莉水经过17O-NMR(核磁共振)、质谱检测分析,其分子团大小见表3,茉莉鲜活水中香气物质组成分析见表4,17O-NMR(核磁共振)、质谱检测图谱见图4和5。由上述数据证明,本发明茉莉鲜活水中活性成分的组成与普通蒸馏茉莉水活性成分相比明显不同,本发明茉莉鲜活水的分子团较小,易于被生物体吸收,并且活性成分种类丰富,富含多种活性物质。

普通蒸馏茉莉水的制备:
使用本领域最常使用的“水煮法”,将茉莉鲜花蕾1公斤和水放在蒸馏釜内常压加热到100~125℃至沸腾,花中的芳香物质与水蒸汽一起蒸发,由导管导入冷凝器中冷却,制得普通蒸馏茉莉水。
Claims (9)
1.一种茉莉鲜活水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将茉莉花置于反应器中,抽真空;然后减压蒸馏,收集冷凝液,即得到茉莉鲜活水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述减压蒸馏的温度为55~75℃;
所述减压蒸馏的时间为0.5~1.5h。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述减压蒸馏的真空度为60~100Pa;
所述反应器为旋转蒸发仪。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法制备的所述茉莉鲜活水。
5.权利要求4所述茉莉鲜活水在制备化妆品中的应用。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的应用,其特征在于:所述化妆品为面膜、精华液、爽肤水和柔肤水中的任一种。
7.一种化妆品,该化妆品的活性成分为权利要求4所述茉莉鲜活水。
8.根据权利要求7所述化妆品,其特征在于:所述化妆品为面膜、精华液、爽肤水和柔肤水中的任一种;
所述茉莉鲜活水在所述化妆品中的添加的质量百分含量为0.5~100%。
9.权利要求4所述茉莉鲜活水在制备食品和/或保健品中的应用。
