背景技术
固态白酒丢糟是白酒生产的主要副产物,酱香白酒酒糟酸度大,水分含量65%以上,可生化性强, 极易腐败,不便存储, 若不及时处理,会对环境造成极大的污染。由于一般采用高梁、小麦等为原料,丢糟中含有丰富的营养成分,含有大量的残余脂肪、蛋白、纤维、维生素、微量元素及无氮浸出物等,目前丢糟主要应用于饲料生产。丢糟还具有一定的药用和美容价值,高温发酵能促进白酒生产酒醅中的酿酒酵母产生具有生物活性的LYCD,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、剌激毛细血管再生、促进组织修复、镇痛以及减低紫外线辐射下细胞损伤等多种作用;并且还能通过皮肤细胞的初生蛋白增加水分的吸收,帮助皮肤利用氧气,使皮肤富含水分等作用,广泛应用于药品、保健品、化妆品等领域。
白耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)属于药用真菌,具有免疫调节作用。它含有多糖、皂甙、多肽、有机酸、生物碱及17种氨基酸等多种生物活性物质,其中从白耙齿菌深层发酵菌粉中经过提取浓缩加工分离得到的活性多糖类物质多糖、皂甙是重要的免疫调节物质,对肾炎具有重要的保健作用。酵母细胞含有丰富的蛋白质、糖类、矿物质、维生素和脂肪等物质,还能产生具有生物活性的物质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有免疫调节、镇静、增进肌肤细胞的发育、防癌、防皱、防虫、防紫外线辐射等功能,既能开发出白耙齿菌的保健作用,又能提高固态白酒酒糟的利用率的白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法。
本发明的一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)酒糟的预处理:将新鲜酒糟在60℃下烘干48h,将烘干的酒糟用筛子去除谷壳,再将去除谷壳后的酒糟粉碎至粉末状;
(2)配制酒糟固体培养基:向经过预处理的的酒糟6-12份中按加水至料液比为1:1-1:1.5的比例混匀,得酒糟固体培养基,经121℃下高温灭菌20min;将葡萄糖6-12份在115℃下灭菌15min后,在无菌条件下加入到已灭菌的酒糟固体培养基中,充分混匀;
(3)酒糟固体培养基发酵:白耙齿菌在PDA固体培养基上活化,在PDA液体培养基中富集培养5-7d,按体积重量比2-10%接种白耙齿菌种子培养液到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,在通风量为25-30%、25℃-28℃下发酵5-7d;
(4)将上述发酵好的酒糟固体培养基置于60℃-70℃烘箱中干燥水分至20%、冷却后制粉包装,既得产品。
上述的一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,其中:步骤(3)还包括酵母菌在PDA固体培养基上活化,在YPD液体培养基中富集培养18h-36h,按体积重量比1%-10%接种到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,在通风量为25-30%、25℃-28℃下发酵3-6d。
上述的一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,其中:白耙齿菌来自中国典型培养物保藏中心,保藏号:CCTCC NO:M2014166,名称:白耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)FBKL3.0021。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有明显的有益效果,从以上技术方案可知:本发明利用白耙齿菌发酵或白耙齿菌和酵母共同发酵,以固态白酒酒糟作为培养基的固体培养基,制备一种含有多种药用价值的浴足粉。其具有包括抗菌消炎、免疫调节作用,抗癌、杀虫、调节皮肤细胞生长与新陈代谢。既能进一步开发白耙齿菌的药用保健功能和加强浴足粉的作用效果,又能提高固态白酒丢糟的利用率。符合国家大力发展循环经济的需要,实现了酒糟的综合利用和产品的健康化与多样化,为国民生活、生产提供了更多的绿色与便利。

(1)酒糟的预处理:将新鲜酒糟在60℃下烘干48h,将烘干的酒糟用筛子去除谷壳,再将去除谷壳后的酒糟粉碎至粉末状;
(2)配制酒糟固体培养基:向经过预处理后的20g酒糟中加入水25g混匀,得酒糟固体培养基,经在121℃下高温灭菌20min;将葡萄糖5g在115℃下灭菌15min后,在无菌条件下加入到已灭菌的酒糟固体培养基中,充分混匀;
(3)酒糟固体培养基发酵:白耙齿菌(来自中国典型培养物保藏中心,保藏号:CCTCC NO:M2014166,名称:白耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)FBKL3.0021)在PDA固体培养基上活化,在PDA液体培养基中富集培养5-7d。然后将白耙齿种子培养液按体积重量比5%接种到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,在通风量为25%、25℃下发酵7d;
(4)将上述发酵好的酒糟固体培养基置于60℃烘箱中干燥水分至20%、冷却后制粉包装,既得产品。
实施例2
一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)酒糟的预处理:将新鲜酒糟在60℃下烘干48h,将烘干的酒糟用筛子去除谷壳,再将去除谷壳后的酒糟粉碎至粉末状;
(2)配制酒糟固体培养基:向经过预处理后的20g酒糟中加入自来水25g混匀,得酒糟固体培养基,经在121℃下高温灭菌20min;将葡萄糖5g在115℃下灭菌15min后,在无菌条件下加入到已灭菌的酒糟固体培养基中,充分混匀;
(3)酒糟固体培养基发酵:白耙齿菌(来自中国典型培养物保藏中心,保藏号:CCTCC NO:M2014166,名称:白耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)FBKL3.0021)和酵母菌在PDA固体培养基上活化,分别在PDA和YPD液体培养基中富集培养5-7d和18h-36h。然后同时将白耙齿菌和酵母菌种子培养液分别按体积重量比5%和1%接种到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,在通风量为30%、28℃下发酵7d;
(4)将上述发酵好的酒糟固体培养基置于70℃烘箱中干燥水分至20%、冷却后制粉包装,既得产品。
实施例3
一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)酒糟的预处理:将新鲜酒糟在60℃下烘干48h,将烘干的酒糟用筛子去除谷壳,再将去除谷壳后的酒糟粉碎至粉末状,备用;
(2)配制酒糟固体培养基:向经过预处理后的20g酒糟中加入水25g混匀,得酒糟固体培养基经在121℃下高温灭菌20min;将葡萄糖5g在115℃下灭菌15min后,在无菌条件下加入到已灭菌的酒糟固体培养基中,充分混匀;
(3)酒糟固体培养基发酵:白耙齿菌(来自中国典型培养物保藏中心,保藏号:CCTCC NO:M2014166,名称:白耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)FBKL3.0021)和酵母菌在PDA固体培养基上活化,分别在PDA和YPD液体培养基中富集培养7d和36h。首先将白耙齿菌种子培养液按体积重量比5%接种到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,通风量为: 30%,在25℃-28℃下发酵2d;然后将酵母菌种子培养液按体积重量比1%接种到已培养2天后的白耙齿菌酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,通风量为:30%,在28℃下再发酵3-5d;
(4)将上述发酵好的白耙齿菌和酵母菌发酵固体酒糟置于70℃烘箱中干燥至水分20%、冷却后制粉包装,既得产品。
实施例4
一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)酒糟的预处理:将新鲜酒糟在60℃下烘干48h,将烘干的酒糟用筛子去除谷壳,再将去除谷壳后的酒糟粉碎至粉末状;
(2)配制固体培养基:向经过预处理后的20g酒糟中加入自来水25g混匀,再将混匀的酒糟培养基经在121℃下高温灭菌20min;将葡萄糖5g在115℃下灭菌15min后,在无菌条件下加入到已灭菌的酒糟培养基中,充分混匀;
(3)酒糟固体培养基发酵:白耙齿菌(来自中国典型培养物保藏中心,保藏号:CCTCC NO:M2014166,名称:白耙齿菌(Irpex lacteus)FBKL3.0021)和酵母菌在PDA固体培养基上活化,分别在PDA和YPD液体培养基中富集培养5d-7d和18h-36h。首先将白耙齿菌种子培养液按体积重量比5%接种到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,在通风量为25%、28℃下发酵5d;然后将酵母菌种子培养液按体积重量比1%接种到已培养5天后的白耙齿菌酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,通风量为30%,在28℃下再发酵2d-3d;
(4)将上述发酵好的白耙齿菌和酵母菌发酵固体酒糟置于70℃烘箱中水分至20%、冷却后制粉包装,既得产品。

Claims (3)
1. 一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)酒糟的预处理:将新鲜酒糟在60℃下烘干48h,将烘干的酒糟用筛子去除谷壳,再将去除谷壳后的酒糟粉碎至粉末状;
(2)配制酒糟固体培养基:向经过预处理的的酒糟6-12份中按加水至料液比为1:1-1:1.5的比例混匀,得酒糟固体培养基,经121℃下高温灭菌20min;将葡萄糖6-12份在115℃下灭菌15min后,在无菌条件下加入到已灭菌的酒糟固体培养基中,充分混匀;
(3)酒糟固体培养基发酵:白耙齿菌在PDA固体培养基上活化,在PDA液体培养基中富集培养5-7d,按体积重量比2-10%接种白耙齿菌种子培养液到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,在通风量为25-30%、25℃-28℃下发酵5-7d;
(4)将上述发酵好的酒糟固体培养基置于60℃-70℃烘箱中干燥水分至20%、冷却后制粉包装,既得产品。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,其中:步骤(3)还包括酵母菌在PDA固体培养基上活化,在YPD液体培养基中富集培养18h-36h,按体积重量比1%-10%接种到酒糟固体培养基中,混匀,在通风量为25-30%、25℃-28℃下发酵3-6d。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种酱香白酒酒糟生产浴足粉的方法,其中:白耙齿菌来自中国典型培养物保藏中心,保藏号:CCTCC NO:M2014166,名称:白耙齿菌FBKL3.0021。
