具体到有盐零食片或零食块,本发明允许专业人士提供一种降盐产品,而不显著影响产品口感。当盐和零食片被分开包装进两隔室包装,中间密封被破坏使得盐在食用之前短时间内被撒布在零食片的外表面。这种情况下需要的盐是少的,因为盐停在零食片外表面,不会被立刻吸收进零食片外层的任何油中,而当盐被吸收进油中,它提供的咸味在嘴巴里就会被掩盖。在食用之前短时间内将盐撒在零食片上,使得消费者马上品尝到表面的咸味。因此,仅需要少量的盐就提供了相同的咸味效果。

1.一种制造多隔室包装的方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:

用预定量的第二产品填充所述的开口管;

6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的中间密封比所述的第一端部密封和所述的第二端部密封更薄。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的中间密封包括第一密封强度,所述的第一端部密封包括第二密封强度,以及所述的第二端部密封包括第三密封强度,其中所述的第一密封强度比所述的第二密封强度和所述的第三密封强度更低。
8.一种由权利要求1所述的方法制成的多隔室包装。
9.一种立式成型、填充和密封机器,包括产品传送管,第一对密封钳,以及在所述第一对密封钳和所述产品传送管的排出端之间的第二对密封钳。
10.根据权利要求9所述的立式成型、填充和密封机器,进一步包括被配置成将第一产品传送到所述的产品传送管的第一进料管,以及被配置成将第二产品传送到所述的产品传送管的第二进料管。
