一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料,将菠萝酶按0.05%-5%比例添加至凝胶基质,搅拌1-100min至混匀,经灌装、灭菌处理为无菌产品;本发明的优点是:自本发明的优点是:生产工艺简单,易规模化生产;成本低,对于患者和国家来说,可有效降低医疗费用,节约医疗资源;使用方便,易于患者自行护理。

一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料
技术领域
本发明涉及敷料和绷带的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料。
背景技术
目前,医学临床对于创面护理采用的敷料产品种类和方案较多,有传统型纱布敷料、现代型的功能性敷料。传统型纱布敷料仅作为创面简单覆盖,无功能性敷料所具备的性能和促进愈合功能,如抗菌、止血、止痛、预防疤痕、维持湿润环境等。功能性敷料往往生产工艺复杂,企业固定资产投入大;功能性敷料价格较高,给患者、国家和社会医疗负担较重;医护人员在创面护理过程中,尤其是清创处理仍较多采用机械性方式,而盲目的机械性清创在某些严重的感染坏死期创面,正常与坏死组织无明显分界线时,清创很难彻底,同时清御造成局部屏障的破坏,反而使感染因而扩散。同时在创口换药过程中受消毒操作方式、质量环境、人员无菌意识等各种因素影响,易产生感染风险而形成炎症。因炎症的存在,会继续刺激组织出现炎症反应出现红肿、疼痛。如不慎破坏了局部血运,加重了组织缺血,从而加重坏死组织的进程。
《菠萝蛋白酶在创面修复中的作用》(张朝晖,徐强,马静,刘现周,朱朝军,卢旭亚,孙玉芝,李品川,彭娟,殷明,田影,孙俊超,天津中医药2012年6月第29卷第3期)中提到采用酶类清创,其中提到菠萝酶,但是并未提及菠萝酶采用何种剂型和治疗方式。
发明内容
为克服上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料,包括弹性绷带层,所述弹性绷带层上涂覆有一层涂胶层,所述的涂胶层上覆盖有防粘纸,弹性绷带层的经线为弹性编织物。在弹性绷带层的一端粘有1片藻酸盐敷料。
所述1片藻酸盐敷料,规格尺寸为7.0cm×7.0cm,外观要求干净整洁,克重应≥120g/m2,具较好的吸水性。
本发明的优点是:生产工艺简单,易规模化生产;成本低,对于患者和国家来说,可有效降低医疗费用,节约医疗资源;使用方便,易于患者自行护理。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
称取5g卡波姆与丙二醇50g、丙三醇50g混合,加入500ml纯化水混合;称取2g氢氧化钠溶于100ml水,溶解后加入上述混合物;再称取1g菠萝酶粉末加入前两次的混合物,最后补加纯化水至重量为1000g,混合均匀。
实施例2:
称取10g聚乙烯醇、1.5g聚乙烯吡络烷酮加入70ml水,加热至完全溶解,冷却加入丙二醇5g、丙三醇5g、菠萝酶2g、调节pH范围6.5-7.5,再加纯化水若干ml,补足凝胶总重至100g,混合均匀。
实施例3:
称取明胶2g、海藻酸钠2g溶胀于80ml纯化水溶解后加入丙二醇5g、丙三醇5g,调节pH范围6.5-7.5,添加0.5g菠萝酶粉至上述混合物,最后补加纯化水至重量为100g,混合均匀。

Claims (5)

1.一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料,将菠萝酶按0.05%-5%比例添加至凝胶基质,搅拌1-100min至混匀,经灌装、灭菌处理为无菌产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料,全称菠萝蛋白酶,亦称为凤梨酶或凤梨酵素,由菠萝果、茎、叶、皮提取。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料,其主要成分应包括巯基蛋白酶、磷酸酯酶、糖苷酶、过氧化物酶、三甲丁酯物质。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料,是由卡波姆、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡络烷酮、羧甲基素钠、甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、海藻酸钠、聚乙二醇、明胶、西黄蓍胶、黄芪胶、琼脂中的一种物质或一种以上物质为主要成分的凝胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种菠萝酶凝胶敷料,其辅助成分包括丙二醇、丙三醇中至少一种。
