技术领域
本发明属于植物饮料领域,特别涉及一种可预防果蔬残留农药对人体慢性伤害的绿豆甘草饮料。
背景技术
目前,我国在农林产业中杀虫剂用量不断加大,特别是有机磷农药的用量居首,而有机磷农药的毒性又是最强的;因此导致病虫害的抗药性也与时俱进,这使得我们处于两难的尴尬境地:如果不使用农药,有些病虫害无法避免农民会歉收;而使用农药就不可避免出现残留农药对人体的慢性伤害,若严重的伤害遗留下后遗症是难以治愈的。
在一个偶然的机会,我们发现民间夏天消暑解毒的一种粥能够预防农药对人体的伤害,发现的过程是这样的:一次拌老鼠药的时候(2002年),随手将喝的这种粥拌上半包老鼠药,结果老鼠把药吃完了一个没有死的,当时以为是假鼠药也没有在意,就又买了同牌子的老鼠药用水搅拌,这次老鼠一个不剩全死了。时隔6年(2008年)后又发现老鼠,就用第一次(2002年)剩下的未毒死老鼠的那半包药,结果老鼠也死了。这时候就感觉奇怪,为啥前面的没有死呢?因事隔已久经过多次反复回忆,才想起来6年前是用的这种消暑解毒粥搅拌鼠药,当时立马感觉这种粥的作用很神奇,嗣后,多次用不同的鼠药试验证明这种消暑解毒粥确实具有化解鼠药毒效的功能。而后我们又用农药试验证明这种消暑解毒粥也具有化解农药毒效的功能。联想到目前我们生活中无法摆脱的残留农药的困扰我们显得很无奈、很恐慌;虽然残留农药是很微量的,但是,随着日积月累,从量变到质变的距离并不很遥远,鉴于此,发明人认为用此粥预防和消除残留农药对人体累积的伤害是非常可取的。但是作为一种民间消暑解毒的粥品由于制作过程比较繁琐,因而被快餐时代的节奏所遗弃。为了适应现代生活的快节奏我们开发制作成方便饮用的饮料,同时对原料组方给予优化。因为这种消暑解毒粥其中有纯中药成分,为了适合人们日益高涨的健康养生需求必须放弃,所以,我们对组方重新调配,放弃原来的多种纯中药成分,只保留食药同源的成分,制成一种易于长期饮用的预防残留农药对人体慢性伤害的纯植物饮料,并经试验证明纯植物饮料具有解除农药的功能。
发明内容
针对当今社会农林产品农药残留、对人体会造成累积伤害的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可预防果蔬残留农药对人体慢性伤害的绿豆甘草饮料。
实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种可预防果蔬残留农药对人体慢性伤害的绿豆甘草饮料,其特征在于所述饮料由以下重量份原料制成:绿豆8~16份,甘草1~3份,葛根0.5~2份,菊花0.2~1.0份,藿香0.2~1.0份,纯净水100份;将上述原料入夹层锅,蒸煮浓缩至90~95份;然后按常规工艺过滤、高温灭菌、罐装。
将绿豆甘草等原料入夹层锅蒸煮浓缩至90~95份,根据火力大小通常需要开锅后煮3~8分钟。
根据口感需要可以加入添加剂如柠檬酸0.0145~0.029份、安赛蜜0.0291~0.058份或/和三氯蔗糖0.00364~0.00728份;以增加饮用的适宜性。
本发明组方理由简述如下:
绿豆;味甘,具有清热、解毒等之功效。绿豆蛋白、鞣质和黄酮类化合物可与有机磷农药、汞、砷、铅化合物结合形成沉淀物,使之减少或失去毒性,不易被肠道吸收。绿豆中的生物活性物质具有抗氧化作用,在治疗有机磷农药中毒时,可通过氧化作用减轻有机磷农药的细胞毒性和遗传毒性。
甘草;味甘,润肺止咳、泻火、解毒之功效。甘草甜素对某些药物中毒、食物中毒、体内代谢产物中毒都有一定的解毒能力,甘草甜素对毒物有吸附作用,甘草甜素水解产物葡萄糖醛酸能与毒物结合,以及甘草甜素有肾上腺皮质激素样作用,也增强了肝脏的解毒能力。
葛根;味甘,性凉,具有清热解毒之功效。
菊花;味苦,性微温,具有疏风、清热、解毒之功效。
藿香;味辛,性微温,具有清热、解毒、利尿之功效。
本发明以食药同源的绿豆甘草葛根菊花为主要原料,不含纯中药成分,不会对人体造成不良影响,提供了一种消除人体农药残留的新产品,可以长期饮用,无副作用。经过多次试验调试后得出的本发明原料组方与原配方在化解农药毒效的功能上没有区别,本发明进行了下述多次效果对比实验。
试验对象:用不同体重的小鸡做喂食致死试验,一种是不足月龄的约100克小鸡,一种是700克左右的鸡;用两种不同体重的鸡做浓度试验。
试验依据:用同一批孵出的鸡,保证先天条件基本一致。
试验方法:试验组;不足月龄的100克小鸡,用20ml绿豆甘草饮料加入1ml甲拌磷农药,摇均匀成混合液,取1ml喂食小鸡;700克的鸡,用5ml绿豆甘草饮料加入1ml甲拌磷农药,摇均匀,取1ml喂食。对照组;不足月龄的100克小鸡,用20ml水加入1ml甲拌磷(俗称3911)农药,摇均匀成混合液,取1ml喂食小鸡;700克的鸡,用5ml水加入1ml甲拌磷农药,摇均匀,取1ml喂食。
结论与效果分析:试验结果是,100克的小鸡,对照组喂食30分钟小鸡就死了;而试验组小鸡没有任何不适症状。同样,700克的鸡,对照组喂食1个小时鸡死了;而实验组的鸡没有任何不适症状。
试验结果说明本发明提供的绿豆甘草饮料确实能够起到解除果蔬中残留农药的作用。我们试验配制的浓度是很高的,以100克小鸡服用的浓度为例,其浓度是5%。而农民一般杀虫的使用量剂浓度只是0.5%,真正留在我们体内的残留农药可能只是0.005~0.0005%甚至更低,虽然很微量,但是日积月累从量变到质变的距离并不遥远。因此,这个绿豆甘草饮料对于解除果蔬中残留微量农药的效果是明显的。
其它农药试验情况:农药甲拌磷是目前的高毒性农药,本发明对于中毒性、低毒性农药,可以解除更高浓度的毒性危害,试验证明本发明用于其它农药,最高可以解除30%的浓度。
具体实施方式
实施例1:称取纯净水100公斤、绿豆8公斤、甘草1公斤、葛根0.5公斤、菊花0.2公斤与藿香0.2公斤,入夹层锅,开锅后蒸煮3分钟浓缩到95公斤;加入柠檬酸16克、安赛蜜40克与三氯蔗糖5克;然后按照常规方法过滤、高温灭菌与罐装,即得到具有清热解毒功能的绿豆甘草饮料。
实施例2:称取纯净水100公斤、绿豆16公斤、甘草3公斤、葛根2公斤、菊花1公斤与藿香1公斤,入夹层锅,开锅后蒸煮5分钟浓缩到93公斤;加入柠檬酸25克、安赛蜜58克与三氯蔗糖7克;余同实施例1。
实施例3:称取纯净水100公斤、绿豆12公斤、甘草2公斤、葛根1.25公斤、菊花0.6公斤与藿香0.6公斤入夹层锅,开锅后蒸煮8分钟浓缩到90公斤;加入柠檬酸29克、安赛蜜50克与三氯蔗糖6克;余同实施例1。
实施例4:称取纯净水100公斤、绿豆10公斤、甘草1.5公斤、葛根1.6公斤、菊花0.3公斤与藿香0.4公斤入夹层锅,开锅后蒸煮6分钟浓缩到92公斤;加入柠檬酸20克、安赛蜜58克;余同实施例1。
实施例5:称取纯净水100公斤、绿豆12公斤、甘草1.2公斤、葛根1.4公斤、菊花0.5公斤与藿香0.6公斤入夹层锅,开锅后蒸煮7分钟浓缩到91公斤;加入柠檬酸25克、三氯蔗糖7克;余同实施例1。
