本发明公开了一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,包括辊体,所述辊体包括中间支撑辊体,中间支撑辊体的两端具有两个凸起轴,凸起轴铰接在两个移动块上,两个移动块上固定有伺服电机,伺服电机的输出轴与凸起轴相连接,中间支撑辊体插套在外橡胶辊体中,外橡胶辊体的内侧壁上具有多个凸起部,凸起部插套并卡置在中间支撑辊体的外壁上具有的轴向凹槽中;所述中间支撑辊体上具有轴向插槽,外橡胶辊体的侧壁上具有轴向通槽,轴向通槽与轴向插槽相对齐并相连通,轴向通槽的两个侧壁上具有多个螺接通孔,螺接通孔中螺接有夹持装置。它可以将偏光片的一端固定后进行转动,将偏光片从面板上剥离并卷绕在外橡胶辊体上,其剥离效果好,效率高。

一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及液晶显示器技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置。
背景技术:
偏光片是一种由多层高分子材料复合而成的具有产生偏振光功能的光学薄膜,是液晶显示器成像所必不可少的部分。偏光片在贴附到面板的过程中会存在:偏光片品质不合格,贴附对位精度不合格,贴附后存在气泡、灰尘等问题,这时需要移除偏光片以进行重新贴附。传统的偏光片剥离通常是:先用刀片切入偏光片与面板的结合缝使偏光片的一角翘起,再一手按住面板,另一只手拉扯偏光片翘起的一角,直至偏光片与面板分离。传统偏光片的剥离效果较差,剥离时间较长,费时费力,影响工作效率,因此需要一种能够自动剥离的装置,而自动剥离的装置中需要能将偏光片卷绕或者是拉出的机构,现在并没有此类机构。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,它可以将偏光片的一端固定后进行转动,将偏光片从面板上剥离并卷绕在外橡胶辊体上,其剥离效果好,效率高。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,包括辊体,所述辊体包括中间支撑辊体,中间支撑辊体的两端具有两个凸起轴,凸起轴铰接在两个移动块上,两个移动块上固定有伺服电机,伺服电机的输出轴与凸起轴相连接,中间支撑辊体插套在外橡胶辊体中,外橡胶辊体的内侧壁上具有多个凸起部,凸起部插套并卡置在中间支撑辊体的外壁上具有的轴向凹槽中;
所述中间支撑辊体上具有轴向插槽,外橡胶辊体的侧壁上具有轴向通槽,轴向通槽与轴向插槽相对齐并相连通,轴向通槽的两个侧壁上具有多个螺接通孔,螺接通孔中螺接有夹持装置,轴向通槽的两侧的夹持装置一一对应。
进一步的说,所述夹持装置包括外筒体,外筒体螺接在螺接通孔中,外筒体的一端内部螺接有端盖,外筒体的另一端固定有压盖,弹簧插套在外筒体中,夹持块的底部外侧壁具有向外径向延伸的延伸边,延伸边处于外筒体中,夹持块伸出压盖,弹簧一端着力于端盖,弹簧的另一端着力于夹持块的底端,夹持块的头部具有齿形面,两个相对的夹持块的齿形面相啮合。
进一步的说,所述端盖的内端面具有限位凸起,弹簧插套在限位凸起中。
进一步的说,所述夹持块的头部均插套在轴向通槽中。
进一步的说,所述伺服电机的输出轴为花键轴,其插套在凸起轴端部上具有的花键孔中。
本发明的突出效果是:
与现有技术相比,它可以将偏光片的一端固定后进行转动,将偏光片从面板上剥离并卷绕在外橡胶辊体上,其剥离效果好,效率高。

具体实施方式:
实施例,见如图1至3所示,一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,包括辊体10,所述辊体10包括中间支撑辊体11,中间支撑辊体11的两端具有两个凸起轴12,凸起轴12铰接在两个移动块20上,两个移动块20上固定有伺服电机30,伺服电机30的输出轴与凸起轴12相连接,中间支撑辊体11插套在外橡胶辊体13中,外橡胶辊体13的内侧壁上具有多个凸起部131,凸起部131插套并卡置在中间支撑辊体11的外壁上具有的轴向凹槽111中;
所述中间支撑辊体11上具有轴向插槽112,外橡胶辊体13的侧壁上具有轴向通槽132,轴向通槽132与轴向插槽112相对齐并相连通,轴向通槽132的两个侧壁上具有多个螺接通孔133,螺接通孔133中螺接有夹持装置40,轴向通槽132的两侧的夹持装置40一一对应。
进一步的说,所述夹持装置40包括外筒体41,外筒体41螺接在螺接通孔133中,外筒体41的一端内部螺接有端盖42,外筒体41的另一端固定有压盖43,弹簧44插套在外筒体41中,夹持块45的底部外侧壁具有向外径向延伸的延伸边452,延伸边452处于外筒体42中,夹持块45伸出压盖42,弹簧44一端着力于端盖42,弹簧44的另一端着力于夹持块45的底端,夹持块45的头部具有齿形面,两个相对的夹持块45的齿形面相啮合。
进一步的说,所述端盖42的内端面具有限位凸起421,弹簧44插套在限位凸起421中。
进一步的说,所述夹持块45的头部均插套在轴向通槽132中。
进一步的说,所述伺服电机30的输出轴为花键轴,其插套在凸起轴12端部上具有的花键孔121中。
工作原理:将面板的一端的偏光片翘起一部分,将此部分插入轴向通槽132中,并用力插入多个夹持块45的齿形面之间,由于夹持块45通过弹簧44的作用具有弹性效果,这样用力将偏光片插入时,夹持块45会向后退一点,而夹持块45的夹持松紧是通过转动外筒体41,使得外筒体41在螺接通孔133的位置进行改变来进行调节的,其调节方便。

1.一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,包括辊体(10),其特征在于:所述辊体(10)包括中间支撑辊体(11),中间支撑辊体(11)的两端具有两个凸起轴(12),凸起轴(12)铰接在两个移动块(20)上,两个移动块(20)上固定有伺服电机(30),伺服电机(30)的输出轴与凸起轴(12)相连接,中间支撑辊体(11)插套在外橡胶辊体(13)中,外橡胶辊体(13)的内侧壁上具有多个凸起部(131),凸起部(131)插套并卡置在中间支撑辊体(11)的外壁上具有的轴向凹槽(111)中;
所述中间支撑辊体(11)上具有轴向插槽(112),外橡胶辊体(13)的侧壁上具有轴向通槽(132),轴向通槽(132)与轴向插槽(112)相对齐并相连通,轴向通槽(132)的两个侧壁上具有多个螺接通孔(133),螺接通孔(133)中螺接有夹持装置(40),轴向通槽(132)的两侧的夹持装置(40)一一对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,其特征在于:所述夹持装置(40)包括外筒体(41),外筒体(41)螺接在螺接通孔(133)中,外筒体(41)的一端内部螺接有端盖(42),外筒体(41)的另一端固定有压盖(43),弹簧(44)插套在外筒体(41)中,夹持块(45)的底部外侧壁具有向外径向延伸的延伸边(452),延伸边(452)处于外筒体(42)中,夹持块(45)伸出压盖(42),弹簧(44)一端着力于端盖(42),弹簧(44)的另一端着力于夹持块(45)的底端,夹持块(45)的头部具有齿形面,两个相对的夹持块(45)的齿形面相啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,其特征在于:所述端盖(42)的内端面具有限位凸起(421),弹簧(44)插套在限位凸起(421)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,其特征在于:所述夹持块(45)的头部均插套在轴向通槽(132)中。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种辊式偏光片剥离装置的转动辊装置,其特征在于:所述伺服电机(30)的输出轴为花键轴,其插套在凸起轴(12)端部上具有的花键孔(121)中。
