发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种能够去斑抗衰老的天然护肤膏膜产品-酵素祛斑膏。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种酵素祛斑膏,原料主要由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:酵素液35-60%、果胶4-13%,余量为水;按下述步骤:
a.将果胶洗净研磨粉碎至300-400目,备用;
b.将水置于干净容器中,缓缓加热至80-100℃,加入果胶粉,搅拌30-50min果胶完全溶解成糊状,然后温度降至50-70℃;
C.加入酵素液,搅拌,混合均匀,PH值为3.5-5.5;冷却后包装即成酵素祛斑膏;
所述酵素液是以下述原料和具体步骤制备而成:
(1)按重量百分比称取如下原料:桑葚或/和黑枸杞20-40%,蔗糖10-20%,蜂蜜2-5%,含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液10-30%,菌液即红茶菌母液;
(2)将桑葚或/和黑枸杞清洗干净;
(3)将蔗糖、蜂蜜加水煮沸20-60分钟、冷却、过滤,:得含蔗糖10-20%,蜂蜜2-5%煮液;
(4)将(2)和含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液10-30%加入(3);
(5)将(4)置于发酵罐内,在25-35℃温度下,进行为期7~30天发酵,让其自然抽出桑葚或/和黑枸杞中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。
酵素祛斑膏,在所述酵素液的原料中,还包括藏红花0.01-0.1%(重量),藏红花是加入步骤(3)中。
酵素祛斑膏,在所述原料中还包括200-400目,10-20%(重量)的茯苓粉,茯苓粉是在步骤b中加入。

桑葚:桑椹(拉丁名:FructusMori)是桑科桑属多年生木本植物桑树的果实,《本草新编》有“紫者为第一,红者次之,青则不可用”的记载。桑椹中含有多种功能性成分,如芦丁、花青素、白黎芦醇等,具有良好的防癌、抗衰老、抗溃疡、抗病毒等作用。桑葚有改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状。
黑枸杞:野生黑枸杞又称黑果枸杞(拉丁名:LyciumruthenicumMurr),蒙名为乔诺英哈尔马格,藏药名旁玛黑果枸杞,味甘性平,富含蛋白质枸杞多糖、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质微量元素等多种营养成分,还含有丰富的黑果色素天然原花青素,红果枸杞不含,其OPC含量超过蓝莓,黑果枸杞含OPC3690mg/100g,蓝莓含OPC330~3380mg/100g,是迄今为止发现OPC含量最高的天然野生植物,原花青素OPC是最有效的天然水溶性自由基清除剂,其功效是Vc的20倍,VE的50倍,黑枸杞被誉为野生的蓝色妖姬
果胶:中文名称:果胶英文名称:pectin英文别名:2,3,4,5-Tetrahydroxypentanal;9000-69-5,果胶(Pectin)是一组聚半乳糖醛酸。在适宜条件下其溶液能形成凝胶和部分发生甲氧基化(甲酯化,也就是形成甲醇酯),其主要成分是部分甲酯化的α—1,4一D一聚半乳糖醛酸。
用桑葚或/和黑枸杞、蔗糖、蜂蜜、含有酵母菌、醋酸菌、乳酸菌的活性益生菌组合(红茶菌母液)发酵后:更含有丰富的植物生化素(包括多种酵素)、活性益生菌组合、丰富平衡的氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、膳食纤维。
藏红花(拉丁名:CrocussativusL.),原名番红花,又称西红花,藏红花生药中的主要成分有藏红花酸、藏红花素约1.5%,藏红花酸二甲酪、藏红花苦素、挥发油为0.4%~1.3%,此外还含有桉脑、蒎烯、多种维生素和硫胺素等化合物。临床上藏红花用于治疗人体多种慢性疾病,通过其活血化瘀、抗菌消炎的功效,增强机体耐力,增强淋巴细胞增殖反应,以此来提高机体细胞免疫和体液免疫,起到调整人体气机运行,平衡人体阴阳的作用。藏红花提取物特别是藏红花素能有效抑制氧自由基及黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性,表现出抗氧化生物活性。
茯苓:为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poriacocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。菌核含β-茯苓聚糖约占干重93%和三萜类化合物乙酰茯苓酸、茯苓酸、3β-羟基羊毛甾三烯酸。此外,尚含树胶、甲壳质、蛋白质、脂肪、甾醇、卵磷脂、葡萄糖、腺嘌呤、组氨酸、胆碱、β-茯苓聚糖分解酶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶等。富含茯苓多糖体能增强T淋巴细胞的细胞毒性作用,即增强细胞免疫反应,并因此而激活机体的免疫监督系统,这与其免疫活性密切相关。
秋葵:(学名:AbelmoschusesculentusL.Moench):又名黄秋葵。秋葵中富含的锌和硒等微量元素,对增强人体防癌抗癌能力很有帮助。主要有利咽;通淋;下乳;调经等功效。还可治疗咽喉肿痛;小便淋涩;预防糖尿病;预防癌症;保护胃黏膜。黄秋葵的粘性物质,具有成膜性,可外用,也可促进胃肠蠕动,有益于助消化,益肠胃。可提高耐缺氧能力。黄秋葵的果胶,多糖有护肝功效。黄秋葵的粘性物质中含有50%纤维素有利防肠癌。黄秋葵不仅含钙量与鲜奶相当,且钙的吸收率在50~60%,高于牛奶1倍,故是理想的钙源。黄秋葵为低能量食物,是很好的减肥食物。黄秋葵又叫羊角豆,美国人称其为“植物伟哥”,可见它的补肾功效。可消除疲劳、迅速恢复体力,当然这对所有人群均有此效果。
活性益生菌组合发酵物:耐酸性强,能够迅速增殖,于人体中肠道菌群协同作用,再次产生丰富而平衡的植物生化素(包括多种酵素)、平衡的氨基酸、维生素、微量元素、膳食纤维等,担任新陈代谢中各种化学变化最重要的媒介体。
具体实施方式
实施例1
向100L反应釜内加入水20升、5kg亚麻酸油,加热至90℃,然后加入5kg果胶碎末,搅拌30min至两者完全溶解成糊状,温度降至65℃,投入40kg酵素液、10kg茯苓粉、10kg秋葵粉,慢慢搅拌,混合均匀冷却即得产品;
所述酵素液是以下述原料和具体步骤制备而成:
(1)按重量百分比称取如下原料:桑葚和黑枸杞30%(重量各占一半),蔗糖15%(重量),蜂蜜3%(重量),藏红花0.05%(重量)含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液20%(重量),菌液即红茶菌母液;
(2)将桑葚或/和黑枸杞清洗干净;
(3)将蔗糖、蜂蜜、藏红花加水煮沸40分钟、冷却、过滤,得含蔗糖15%,蜂蜜3%等的煮液;
(4)将含有活性酵母菌、醋酸菌(也可含有乳酸菌)的菌母液和桑葚或/和黑枸杞加入煮液;
(5)将其置于发酵罐内,在28-32℃温度下,进行为期15天发酵,让其自然抽出桑葚和黑枸杞中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。

(4)将含有活性酵母菌、醋酸菌(也可含有乳酸菌)的菌母液和桑葚或/和黑枸杞加入煮液;
(5)将其置于发酵罐内,在28-32℃温度下,进行为期15天发酵,让其自然抽出桑葚中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。
实施例3
向100L反应釜内加入水15升、5kg甘油,加热至80℃,然后加入5kg果胶碎末,搅拌30min至两者完全溶解成糊状,温度降至60℃,投入45kg酵素液、15kg茯苓粉,慢慢搅拌,混合均匀冷却即得产品;
所述酵素液是以下述原料和具体步骤制备而成:
(1)按重量百分比称取如下原料:黑枸杞25%(重量),蔗糖20%(重量),蜂蜜4%(重量),藏红花0.03%(重量)含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液15%(重量),菌液即红茶菌母液;
(2)将桑葚或/和黑枸杞清洗干净;
(3)将蔗糖、蜂蜜、藏红花加水煮沸40分钟、冷却、过滤,得含蔗糖20%,蜂蜜4%等的煮液;
(4)将含有活性酵母菌、醋酸菌(也可含有乳酸菌)的菌母液和桑葚或/和黑枸杞加入煮液;
(5)将其置于发酵罐内,在28-32℃温度下,进行为期12天发酵,让其自然抽出黑枸杞中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。
实施例4
向100L反应釜内加入水15升、6kg亚麻酸油,加热至85℃,然后加入6kg果胶碎末,搅拌30min至两者完全溶解成糊状,温度降至60℃,投入45kg酵素液,慢慢搅拌,混合均匀冷却即得产品;
所述酵素液是以下述原料和具体步骤制备而成:
(1)按重量百分比称取如下原料:桑葚和黑枸杞35%(重量,桑葚:黑枸杞=2:1),蔗糖12%(重量),蜂蜜5%(重量),藏红花0.02%(重量)含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液30%(重量),菌液即红茶菌母液;
(2)将桑葚或/和黑枸杞清洗干净;
(3)将蔗糖、蜂蜜、加水煮沸40分钟、冷却、过滤,得含蔗糖12%,蜂蜜5%等的煮液;
(4)将含有活性酵母菌、醋酸菌(也可含有乳酸菌)的菌母液和桑葚或/和黑枸杞加入煮液;
(5)将其置于发酵罐内,在28-32℃温度下,进行为期20天发酵,让其自然抽出桑葚或/和黑枸杞中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。
实施例5

(4)将含有活性酵母菌、醋酸菌(也可含有乳酸菌)的菌母液和桑葚或/和黑枸杞加入煮液;
(5)将其置于发酵罐内,在28-32℃温度下,进行为期20天发酵,让其自然抽出桑葚中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。
实施例6
向100L反应釜内加入水10升、4kg亚麻酸油,加热至100℃,然后加入8kg果胶碎末,搅拌30min至两者完全溶解成糊状,温度降至55℃,投入55kg酵素液,慢慢搅拌,混合均匀冷却即得产品;
所述酵素液是以下述原料和具体步骤制备而成:
(1)按重量百分比称取如下原料:黑枸杞20%(重量),蔗糖10%(重量),蜂蜜4%(重量),含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液12%(重量),菌液即红茶菌母液;
(2)将桑葚或/和黑枸杞清洗干净;
(3)将蔗糖、蜂蜜、加水煮沸40分钟、冷却、过滤,得含蔗糖10%,蜂蜜4%的煮液;
(4)将含有活性酵母菌、醋酸菌(也可含有乳酸菌)的菌母液和桑葚或/和黑枸杞加入煮液;
(5)将其置于发酵罐内,在30℃左右的温度下,进行为期70天发酵,让其自然抽出黑枸杞中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。
试验一:
每个处理分别选择面部具有色斑的自愿者25例进行试验,取实施例1-6所得的酵素祛斑膏一瓶,每瓶约200g,分别于早、晚饭各用温开水洗脸后取5g样品均匀涂抹于面部,然后在色斑处按摩2-3min,重复以上操作,一日二次。试验30天后进行检查,统计痊愈、显效、好
转、无效的病患数,计算其总有效率(%)。疗效判定标准:①痊愈:肉眼视色斑面积消退>90%,颜色基本消失;②显效:肉眼视色斑面积消退>60%,颜色明显变淡;③好转:肉眼视色斑面积消退>30%,颜色变淡;④无效:肉眼视色斑面积消退<30%,颜色变化不明显。
试验结果见表1。

试验结果表明:内服加外用,实施例1-6对色斑均有很好的祛除效果,内服加外用的效果,优于单纯外用。
Claims (10)
1.一种酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:原料主要由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:酵素液35-60%、果胶4-13%,余量为水;按下述步骤:
a.将果胶洗净研磨粉碎至300-400目,备用;
b.将水置于干净容器中,缓缓加热至80-100℃,加入果胶粉,搅拌30-50min果胶完全溶解成糊状,然后温度降至50-70℃;
C.加入酵素液,搅拌,混合均匀,PH值为3.5-5.5;冷却后包装即成酵素祛斑膏;
所述酵素液是以下述原料和具体步骤制备而成:
(1)按重量百分比称取如下原料:桑葚或/和黑枸杞20-40%,蔗糖10-20%,蜂蜜2-5%,含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液10-30%,菌液即红茶菌母液;
(2)将桑葚或/和黑枸杞清洗干净;
(3)将蔗糖、蜂蜜加水煮沸20-60分钟、冷却、过滤,:得含蔗糖10-20%,蜂蜜2-5%煮液;
(4)将(2)和含有酵母菌、醋酸菌的菌液10-30%加入(3);
(5)将(4)置于发酵罐内,在25-35℃温度下,进行为期7~30天发酵,让其自然抽出桑葚或/和黑枸杞中的有效成分的液体,经压榨、粉碎、过滤后即可得到所述酵素液。
2.根据权利要求1所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:在所述酵素液的原料中,还包括藏红花0.01-0.1%(重量),藏红花是加入步骤(3)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:在所述原料中还包括200-400目,10-20%(重量)的茯苓粉,茯苓粉是在步骤b中加入。
4.根据权利要求1所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:在所述原料中还包括200-400目,5-20%(重量)的秋葵粉,秋葵粉是在步骤b中加入。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:在所述原料中还包括亚麻酸油或甘油1-9%(重量),亚麻酸油或甘油是在步骤b中加入。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:在所述步骤(5)中的过滤是过80-100目筛。
7.根据权利要求7所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:在所述步骤(5)中的过滤是过80-100目筛。
8.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:菌母液中含有乳酸菌。
9.根据权利要求1所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:在步骤b中:加热温度为85-95℃,搅拌时间为35-45min。
10.根据权利要求1所述酵素祛斑膏,其特征在于:所述桑葚和黑枸杞为新鲜桑葚和新鲜黑枸杞。
