本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体的说是一种复合型保鲜剂。
背景技术
苯甲酸是世界各国允许使用的一种食品保鲜剂,它在动物体内易随屎液排出体外,不蓄积,毒性低且价格低廉,目前占据国内大部分保鲜剂市场;丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA),是目前国际广泛应用的抗氧化剂之一,并有很强的抗微生物作用,主要用于食用油脂,最大用量为0.2g/kg,缺点是成本较高;二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT),是目前我国生产量最大的抗氧化剂之一,价格低廉,为BHA的1/5~1/8,但抗氧化性不如BHA强,使用范围与BHA相同,缺点是毒性较高。为了适应人们崇尚自然、健康的思想,开发应用高效安全的食品保鲜剂已成为当今世界食品保鲜剂重要的研究领域。据有关资料证实,在人们长期食用的食品中,天然保鲜剂成分的毒性远远低于人工合成的保鲜剂。但是不论是合成的保鲜剂和天然的保鲜剂,保鲜效果均不能达到长期保鲜的效果。
发明内容
为了克服保鲜剂存在保鲜时间较短、无法长期保鲜、有毒物质会大量残留人体的问题,现在提出一种复合型保鲜剂。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明技术方案如下:
一种复合型保鲜剂,其特征在于,包括茶树花提取物、玉米粉、金银花、山楂、苦瓜粉和食用酒精,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述茶树花提取物为15-25份、所述玉米粉为8-18份、所述金银花为10-15份、所述山楂为10-17份、所述苦瓜粉为1-3份、所述食用酒精为70-120份。
所述茶树花提取物为17-21份、所述玉米粉为10-14份、所述金银花为11-13份、所述山楂为12-16份、所述苦瓜粉为1-3份、所述食用酒精为80-110份。
所述茶树花提取物为19份、所述玉米粉为13份、所述金银花为11份、所述山楂为13份、所述苦瓜粉为2份、所述食用酒精为95份。
还包括有啤酒酵母、硫酸亚铁、核黄素和冬酞胺,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述啤酒酵母为0.5-2.5份、所述硫酸亚铁为3-8份、所述核黄素为5-6份、所述冬酞胺为1-4份。
所述啤酒酵母为1.2份、所述硫酸亚铁为4份、所述核黄素为5份、所述冬酞胺为3份。

一种复合型保鲜剂包括茶树花提取物、玉米粉、金银花、山楂、苦瓜粉和食用酒精,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述茶树花提取物为19份、所述玉米粉为13份、所述金银花为11份、所述山楂为13份、所述苦瓜粉为2份、所述食用酒精为95份。还包括有啤酒酵母、硫酸亚铁、核黄素和冬酞胺,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述啤酒酵母为1.2份、所述硫酸亚铁为4份、所述核黄素为5份、所述冬酞胺为3份。本发明采用合成保鲜成份与天然保鲜成份相结合的方式,组成全新的一种复合型保鲜剂,能够结合合成类保鲜剂和天然保鲜剂的优势,在尽可能延长保鲜时间的前提下,还能减少保鲜剂对人体造成的不可弥补的伤害。并且本申请所使用的茶树花提取物、玉米粉、金银花、山楂等,均为天然成分,获取方便,适于大规模生产需要,并且价格便宜,而所使用的啤酒酵母为、硫酸亚铁为、核黄素和冬酞胺等则属于对人体危害较小、人体使用后残留物较少的类别,两者相互结合,能够使对食品的保鲜效果达到最佳。
Claims (5)
1.一种复合型保鲜剂,其特征在于:包括茶树花提取物、玉米粉、金银花、山楂、苦瓜粉和食用酒精,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述茶树花提取物为15-25份、所述玉米粉为8-18份、所述金银花为10-15份、所述山楂为10-17份、所述苦瓜粉为1-3份、所述食用酒精为70-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述茶树花提取物为17-21份、所述玉米粉为10-14份、所述金银花为11-13份、所述山楂为12-16份、所述苦瓜粉为1-3份、所述食用酒精为80-110份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合型保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述茶树花提取物为19份、所述玉米粉为13份、所述金银花为11份、所述山楂为13份、所述苦瓜粉为2份、所述食用酒精为95份。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种复合型保鲜剂,其特征在于:还包括有啤酒酵母、硫酸亚铁、核黄素和冬酞胺,各成份的质量份数分别为:所述啤酒酵母为0.5-2.5份、所述硫酸亚铁为3-8份、所述核黄素为5-6份、所述冬酞胺为1-4份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种复合型保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述啤酒酵母为1.2份、所述硫酸亚铁为4份、所述核黄素为5份、所述冬酞胺为3份。
