本发明利用一对过滤器,在更换过滤器过程中也能够使双螺杆挤出机进行连续运转。本发明的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置的结构为,具有一对过滤器(6、6a)及分隔阀(24),所述一对过滤器(6、6a)设置于排气装置(5)上,所述分隔阀(24)具有用于将所述各过滤器(6、6a)与缸体(1)的螺杆孔(16)设为连通或非连通的阀(34),在更换一侧第一过滤器(6)时,利用另一侧第二过滤器(6a)进行排气,更换过滤器(6、6a)时,也可使双螺杆挤出机连续运转。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,尤其涉及一种在更换一对过滤器中的一个时通过使用另一个过滤器使双螺杆挤出机进行运转,能够实现连续运转的新改进。
背景技术
以往,作为这种基于双螺杆挤出机的挤出装置,有专利文献1所提出的装置,该装置结构如图5所示。此外,图5并不是专利文献1的同一附图,而是使用等效图。在图5中,1为缸体,2为螺杆,3为料斗,4为混炼部,5为排气装置,6为过滤器,7为下游的排气阀。为了防止所述料斗3及排气阀7中塑料的氧化,有时供给惰性气体13。上述排气阀7有开放大气的情况和通过真空泵等减压的情况,也有不配备该排气阀7的情况。
接着,对动作进行说明。塑料原料由料斗3供给至缸体1内,并通过螺杆2的旋转向缸体1的下游侧输送。被输送的塑料原料通过由能够加热冷却的缸体1供给热能和混炼部4的剪应力进行可塑化混炼。塑料原料供给至料斗3,通过螺杆2的旋转向缸体1的下游侧输送,在混炼部4进行塑料原料的可塑化混炼时,熔化的塑料原料充满混炼部4,并被密封,与塑料原料一同混入的惰性气体成分或被卷入的空气、塑料原料中残留的挥发成分等向压力低的料斗3侧回流。这些气体成分使从混炼部4到料斗3为止的缸体1内原料的容积密度下降,为了减少螺杆每旋转一周输送的原料重量,利用真空泵等来自外部的抽气源8,通过排气装置5而去除。
图6表示现有的排气装置5的与螺杆轴垂直的方向的截面图的一例。在缸体1上形成有两个螺杆孔16,插入两根螺杆2、2a。在缸体1的螺孔16的上方位置,为不使螺杆2、2a干涉而留有间隙并设置有环状的过滤器6。在上述缸体1上部,配置具有与大气或外部抽气源相连的管路的排气室14,通过过滤器6,将与塑料原料易同混入的惰性气体成分或被卷入的空气、塑料原料中残留的挥发成分等分离并去除。

即,上述专利文献1中所使用的排气装置存在如下缺点:虽然利用真空泵等来自外部的抽气源将与塑料原料一同混入的惰性气体成分或被卷入的空气、塑料原料中残留的挥发成分等去除,但在过滤器堵塞的情况下,若不停止机器并更换过滤器,则不能得到排气装置的功能。
另外,在专利文献2的挤出装置中,假如过滤器(多孔性壁部)被粉尘状松散材料堵塞的情况下,采取实施压力气体清扫,维持排气功能的方法,但在实施压力气体清扫时,有可能失去排气功能,粉末状松散材料含有大量气体,表观的容积密度下降,处理量下降。
本发明是为了解决如上所述现有的问题而完成的,尤其提供一种如下装置:在去除与塑料原料一同混入的惰性气体成分或被卷入的空气、塑料原料中残留的挥发成分等的排气装置中,即使塑料原料堵塞过滤器,排气装置功能下降的情况下,也不停止押出机的运转就能够更换过滤器,维持排气装置的功能,能够实现稳定的连续挤出运转。
(二)技术方案
本发明的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置内设一对螺杆,在具有包括料斗的运输部的缸体上设置排气装置,通过所述排气装置向外部抽出所述缸体内输送的塑料原料中所含的至少惰性气体成分、被卷入的空气及挥发成分的同时,将所述塑料原料从所述缸体的下游侧挤出而运转,其中,在所述排气装置上设置有第一、第二过滤器及分隔阀,所述第一、第二过滤器与所述缸体的螺杆孔连通设置,所述分隔阀设置在所述各过滤器之间,具有用于开闭所述各个过滤器与所述螺杆孔之间的阀,在所述运转中更换第一或第二过滤器时,移动所述分隔阀的所述阀,将待更换侧的第一或第二过滤器与所述螺杆孔之间设为非连通状态进行所述更换,同时利用非更换侧的第一或第二过滤器进行排气,由此在所述更换期间,不停止所述运转而连续地进行所述挤出运转;另外,用于更换所述第一或第二过滤器的更换时期根据对检测所述缸体内压力的第一压力或者检测比所述各排气装置中的所述各过滤器更下游侧压力的第二压力来确定;此外,所述第二压力由设置在所述排气装置、第一、第二排气装置的下游侧的一个至多个抽吸泵内的压力计来检测出;另外,所述过滤器由圆筒状的滤芯式或叶盘式构成,另外,所述分隔阀仅由一个构成,所述阀截面呈杯状且具有一个开口;另外,所述分隔阀由一对构成,所述阀呈柱状或截面呈杯状;另外,内设有所述各过滤器的第一、第二过滤室通过冷却装置来冷却。
(三)有益效果
由于本发明的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,如上构成,因此能够得到如下的效果。
即,本发明的基于双螺杆挤出机中,内设一对螺杆,在具有包括料斗的运输部的缸体上设置第一、第二排气装置,所述排气装置向外部抽出所述缸体内输送的塑料原料中所含的至少惰性气体成分、被卷入的空气及挥发成分通过的同时,将所述塑料原料从所述缸体的下游挤出而运转,在使用上述双螺杆挤出机的挤出方法及装置中,在所述排气装置上设置有第一、第二过滤器及分隔阀,所述第一、第二过滤器与所述缸体的螺杆孔连通设置,所述分隔阀设置在所述各过滤器之间,具有用于开闭所述各个过滤器与所述螺杆孔之间的阀,所述运转中更换第一或第二过滤器时,移动所述分隔阀的所述阀,将待更换侧的第一或第二过滤器与所述螺杆孔之间设为非连通状态进行所述更换,同时利用非更换侧的第一或第二过滤器进行排气,由此在所述更换期间,能够不停止所述运转而连续地进行所述挤出动作,由此能够压缩从料斗到混炼部螺杆为止的缸体内固体塑料原料,使容积密度增加,螺杆每旋转一周输送的原料重量增加,使处理能力急剧增加。并且,即使在过滤器堵塞,排气装置功能效果下降的情况下,也不停止机器就能够更换过滤器,能够在维持排气功能的同时实现连续挤出运转。
另外,用于更换所述第一或第二过滤器的更换时期根据检测所述缸体内压力的第一压力或者检测比所述各排气装置中的所述各过滤器更下游侧的压力的第二压力来确定,由此能够准确地得到过滤器更换时期。
另外,所述第二压力由设置在所述排气装置、第一、第二排气装置的下游侧的一个至多个抽吸泵内的压力计来检测,由此能够准确地检测出排气装置内的压力。
另外,所述过滤器由圆筒状滤芯式或叶盘式构成,由此能够有效地进行过滤且更换容易。
另外,所述分隔阀仅由一个构成,所述阀截面呈杯状且具有一个开口,由此开闭动作变得容易。
另外,所述分隔阀由一对构成,所述阀呈柱状或截面呈杯状,由此可通过简单的结构得到开闭阀动作。
另外,内设有所述各个过滤器的第一、第二过滤室通过冷却机构进行冷却,由此能够使过滤室中吸入的固体塑料原料不熔化。
另外,在所述排气装置中设置有在更换所述过滤器时所使用的开闭盖,由此能够简单地进行过滤器的更换。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的在于,提供一种基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其在更换一对过滤器中的一个时通过使用另一过滤器使双螺杆挤出机进行运转,由此能够进行连续运转。
下面,参照附图,对本发明的双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置的优选实施方式进行说明。
此外,对与现有例相同或同等部分上标注相同附图标记来进行说明。
在图1中,附图标记1表示缸体,2、2a为螺杆,3为料斗,4为混炼部,5为排气装置,6为过滤器,7为下流侧的排气阀,为防止塑料氧化,向所述料斗3及排气阀7中供给惰性气体13,但也有不供给的情况。
在所述缸体1的最上流侧的输送部1A,即料斗3的位置部分为止的最上流位置A设置有用于检测缸体1内压力的第一压力检测器15。
所述排气装置5实际上为图2所示的结构。
即,在图2中,附图标记1表示的是在螺杆孔16内旋转自如地设置有相互同方向啮合状态的第一螺杆2及第二螺杆2a的缸体,在该缸体1的上部开口1a安装排气装置5的五金件20的同时,用螺栓21固定在所述缸体1的上部。
在所述五金件20内,与所述第一螺杆2相对应地设置有第一排气装置22,与所述第二螺杆2a相对应地设置有第二排气装置23,在所述各排气装置22、23之间配置有单一结构的分隔阀24。
在所述第一排气装置22中,形成有设置在所述五金件20的第一过滤室25内且为圆柱状滤芯式或叶盘式的第一过滤器6和位于所述第一过滤器6上方的第一排气室27及第1气体去除管道28,在所述第一排气室27的上部拆卸自如地设置有第一开闭盖29。
在所述第一气体去除管线28上设置有第一开闭阀30,该第一开闭阀30与第一抽吸泵31连接。
所述第二排气装置23与上述的第一排气装置22为相同结构,形成有在所述五金件20的第二过滤室25a内设置的圆柱状滤芯式或叶盘式的第二过滤器6a和位于所述第二过滤器6a上方的第二排气室27a及第二气体去除管线28a,在所述第二排气室27a的上部拆卸自如地设置有第二开闭盖29a。
在所述第二气体去除管线28a上设置有第二开闭阀30a,该第二开闭阀30a与第二抽吸泵31a连接。
所述分隔阀24由缸体32、活塞33、阀34及壳体35构成,在该壳体35的上部形成有密封室36,所述阀34的整体形状为截面呈杯状,在阀34的上部形成有开口34a,在阀34的下端形成有非阀部34b。
所述五金件20的第一过滤室25经由连通部37与所述阀34可自由上下工作的阀室38相连通,所述第二过滤室25a经由五金件20的连通部39及所述阀34与所述壳体35的开口34a,与所述阀室38相连通。
在构成为经由开闭阀40a、40b向所述各气体去除管线28、28a供给惰性气体13的同时,设置有第一、第二压力计28A、28B。
另外,在所述密封室36中设置有第三压力计36a,在所述各抽吸泵31、31a的设置有用于测量所述各排气室27、27a及各气体去除管线28、28a内,即所述各过滤器6、6a的下流侧压力的压力计(未图示)。
下面,对在上述图2的结构中,在双轴挤出机的运转时对过滤器6、6a进行更换,并在更换过滤器6、6a期间也不停止双轴挤出机运转的动作进行说明。
首先,使用第一排气装置22进行排气,获得排气作用及效果的情况下,打开第一气体去除管线28的第一开闭阀30,关闭惰性气体供给管线40A的第一开闭阀40a,不从惰性气体供给管线40A供给惰性气体。在第一过滤器6中堵塞固体塑料原料,使第一过滤器6的气体分离功能下降的情况下,为更换第一过滤器6,在使用分隔阀24切换至第二排气装置23后(即图2的状态,连通部37设为关,开口34a设为开的状态),关闭第一气体去除管线28的第一开闭阀30,打开惰性气体供给管线40A的第一开闭阀40a,从惰性气体供给管线40A供给惰性气体至大气压程度,用第一压力计28a进行确认。之后,打开第一排气室上部的第一开闭盖29,将用螺栓固定的第一过滤器6的螺栓取下,卸下第一过滤器6,更换成新的第一过滤器6。
图2所示的分隔阀24为一个,且为通过气压或油压来进行上下运转的类型。此外,在通过分隔阀24从第二排气装置23切换至第一排气装置22时,由于阀34向上方上升,因此,打开一次第一排气装置22中与第一过滤室25相通的作为双螺杆挤出机内的固体塑料流路入口的连通部37,以及第二排气装置23中的双螺杆挤出机内的与第二过滤室25a相通的作为固体塑料流路入口的开口34a,之后,第一排气装置22中的双螺杆挤出机内与第一过滤室25相通的作为固体塑料流路入口的连通部37完全打开,第二排气装置23的双螺杆挤出机内与第二过滤室25a相通的作为固体塑料流路入口的开口34a完全关闭。
通过这样的动作,不会使排气装置5的功能、效果下降。在从第一排气装置22切换至第二排气装置23时也与上述相同。
另外,向密封室36供给惰性气体13,该密封室36在位于分隔阀24的壳体35上部的密封结构的上部,用压力计36a对内部压力进行管理。
图3为使用与图2相同的单一分隔阀24的结构,各螺杆2、2a与图2的情况不同,为不同方向非啮合状态的结构,对与图2相同的部分标注相同的附图标记,并省略其说明。
图4的分隔阀24并非为图2、图3那样的单体,而是由第一、第二分隔阀24A、24B构成,仅对与图2、图3不同的部分进行说明,对相同的部分标注相同的附图标记,为避免重复,省略其说明。
所述各分隔阀24A、24B的阀34的结构与图2及图3的结构不同,不具有上述的开口34a,其截面为完整的圆柱状,若各阀34、34同时向上方移动,则第一、第二过滤室25、25a的连通部37与连通部39与挤出机的螺杆孔16即缸体内孔连通,而通过同时或各次单方向下方移动,则使各连通部37、39的一方与另一方伴随时间差呈非连通状态。
图4的排气装置5与上述的图2、图3的结构有相同的作用,但在从第一排气装置22切换至第二排气装置23,或从第二排气装置23切换至第一排气装置22时,使两个分隔阀24A、24B移动,打开一次与第一排气装置22的第一过滤室25相通的双螺杆挤出机内的固体塑料流路的连通部37,以及第二排气装置23的双螺杆挤出机内与第二过滤室25a相通的固体塑料流路的连通部39,之后,关闭第一排气装置22的双螺杆挤出机内与第一过滤室25相通的固体塑料流路的连通部37,打开第二排气装置23的双螺杆挤出机内与第二过滤室25a相通的固体塑料流路连通部39。另外,在从第二排气装置23切换至第一排气装置22时,也同样地,使两个分隔阀24A、24B移动,进行与上述相反的动作。
另外,运转中的分隔阀可以通过在上下、左右方向移动实现功能,也可以为以一次旋转以下进行旋转来实现功能的类型,也可以通过旋转而在上下、左右方向移动实现功能的类型。
另外,作为使分隔阀运转的驱动装置,记载有油压、气压,但也可以用马达或手动的方式使其运转。
过滤器可以为平面型,也可以为圆筒状的滤芯式,也可以为叶盘式。在第一、第二过滤室25、25a的壁上配备护套或通道等结构,以免过滤室的塑料原料熔化,流入水等的冷却媒体,做成保持冷却功能的室的方式较好。
另外,本说明书记载的排气装置5组合两个第一、第二排气装置22、23来发挥功能,但也可以为组合两个以上排气装置来发挥功能的装置。
进一步地,附图中,在第一、第二排气装置22、23的下流侧设置的抽吸泵使用两台抽吸泵31、31a,但若将第一、第二开闭阀30、30a后的配管连接使其一体化,则也能够做成使用一台抽吸泵31去除气体的系统。在该情况下,也可以通过使用抽吸泵31内的一个压力计进行的压力管理,检测过滤器的更换时期。
另外,也可以使用两台以上抽吸泵31、31a。
接着,从使用上述本发明的排气装置5的情况下的双轴挤出机中的塑料原料的处理的观点出发进行说明。
从料斗3供给塑料原料,并通过插入到挤出机内的螺杆2、2a的旋转经由缸体1,输送到混炼部螺杆,通过混炼螺杆进行可塑化混炼,并从挤出机前端吐出。
在挤出机中,为防止原料的氧化劣化,向机内供给惰性气体。通常该惰性气体多使用氮气。使用排气装置5,通过来自外部的抽气源去除与塑料原料一同混入的惰性气体成分或卷入的空气、残留在塑料中的挥发成分等,从而压缩从料斗3到混炼部螺杆为止的缸体内塑料原料,使容积密度增加。由此,螺杆2、2a每旋转一次的输送原料的重量会增加,能够使处理能力急剧增加。
在所述排气装置5中具有过滤器6、6a,分别与用于去除与塑料原料一同混入的惰性气体成分或卷入的空气、残留在塑料中的挥发成分等的管线连接的第一、第二排气室27、27a为两个以上,对塑料原料和与塑料原料一同混入的惰性气体成分或卷入的空气、残留在塑料中的挥发成分等进行分离并去除,压缩从料斗3到混炼部螺杆为止的缸体内固体塑料原料,如上所述,使容积密度增加,螺杆2、2a每旋转一次的输送原料的重量会增加,能够使其处理能力急剧增加,但由于过滤器6、6a前后的压力差,推压至过滤器6、6a前而被压缩的固体塑料原料会逐渐堵塞过滤器6、6a,使其排气(过滤)效果下降。在该情况下,通过一边运行,一边切换至配备新过滤器的另一室,能够使其功能恢复,维持效果。
另外,在运转期间通过分隔阀24切换室27、27a时,若两个室27、27a全部处于状态,则变得无法获得排气室效果。因此,在切换时,需要打开一下两个过滤室25、25a,替换到其他的新过滤室25、25a的动作。
具有能够密封所述室27、27a的开闭盖29、29a的排气室27、27a,由于来自外部的进气源即抽吸泵31、31a导致成为负压。在该状态下,若通过运转的分隔阀24关闭室27、27a,向外部去除与塑料原料一同混入的惰性气体成分或卷入的空气、残留在塑料中的挥发成分等的管线的开闭阀30、30a关闭,则负压不变,很难打开排气室27、27a的开闭盖30、30a。因此,通过供给惰性气体(氮气等),使排气室27、27a的压力成为大气压程度,能够打开排气室27、27a的开闭盖30、30a,并不停止双螺杆挤出机,一边进行连续运转,一边能够更换内置的过滤器6、6a。
在该情况下,对过滤器更换进行通知的系统如图所示,为检测从塑料原料供给口料斗的开口部的上流侧配置的缸体内的压力,通过设置在缸体1上的压力检测器20,作为第一压力觉察塑料原料逐渐堵塞过滤器6、6a而使排气室功能下降的状态时的内压力与从进行正常的排气功能时的内压力相比上升,或者通过压力计28A、28B或抽吸泵31、31a中所具备的压力计,检测比各过滤器6、6a更下游的压力,警报通知过滤器6、6a的更换时期。
工业实用性
本发明的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置通过交替使用排气装置中设置的一对过滤器,不停止双螺杆挤出机的运转就能够对过滤器进行更换,能够大幅提高塑料原料的处理能力。

Claims (8)

1.一种基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,内设一对螺杆(2、2a),在具有包括料斗(3)的运输部(1A)的缸体(1)上设置第一、第二排气装置(22、23),通过所述排气装置(22、23)向外部抽出所述缸体(1)内输送的塑料原料中所含的至少惰性气体成分、被卷入的空气及挥发成分的同时,将所述塑料原料从所述缸体(1)的下游挤出而运转,在使用上述的双螺杆挤出机进行的连续挤出方法中,
在所述排气装置(5)上设置有第一、第二过滤器(6、6a)及分隔阀(24),所述第一、第二过滤器(6、6a)与所述缸体(1)的螺杆孔(16)连通设置,所述分隔阀(24)设置在所述各过滤器(6、,6a)之间,具有用于开闭所述各个过滤器(6、6a)与所述螺杆孔(16)之间的阀(34);
在所述运转中更换第一或第二过滤器(6、6a)时,移动所述分隔阀(24)的所述阀(34),将待更换侧的第一或第二过滤器(6、6a)与所述螺杆孔(16)之间设为非连通状态进行所述更换,同时利用非更换侧的第一或第二过滤器(6、6a)进行排气,由此在所述更换期间,不停止所述运转就能够连续地进行所述挤出动作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,用于更换所述第一或第二过滤器(6、6a)的更换时期根据检测所述缸体(1)内压力的第一压力或者检测比所述各排气装置(5)中所述各过滤器(6、6a)更下游侧压力的第二压力来确定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,所述第二压力由设置在所述排气装置(5)、第一、第二排气装置(22、23)下游侧的一个至多个抽吸泵(31或31、31a)内的压力计来检测。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器(6、6a)由圆筒状滤芯式或叶盘式构成。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,所述分隔阀(24)仅由一个构成,所述阀(34)截面呈杯状且具有一个开口(34a)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,所述分隔阀(24)由一对构成,所述阀(34)呈柱状或截面呈杯状。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,内设有所述各过滤器(6、6a)的第一、第二过滤室(25、25a)通过冷却机构进行冷却。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的基于双螺杆挤出机的连续挤出装置,其特征在于,在所述排气装置(5)中设置有更换所述过滤器(6、6a)时所使用的开闭盖(29、29a)。
