Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种对轴和轴孔进行密封的油封。
背景技术
目前,对于曲轴箱的内压较低的发动机,推荐使用通过降低摩擦使阻力降低的唇形密封。这里,油封的径向力足以保持唇形密封与轴的接触,并使摩擦充分低至最低限度。然而,在涡轮增压式和超级增压式等增压发动机的一部分中,由于曲轴箱内压成为负压,因此唇形密封有时不保持与轴接触。由此,引起空气从大气侧向曲轴箱内流动。因与密封唇、油和轴之间的相互作用,使得该空气流动产生对于需求者而言不适的杂音(音程高的杂音)。因此,期望低摩擦的油封即使在油侧产生负压也能够与轴保持接触。

发明内容
本发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的是提供一种密封于轴与轴孔之间,将大气侧和油侧隔开的油封,即使在油侧产生负压,该油封也能保持与轴的接触。
用于解决问题的手段
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下手段。
即,本发明的油封密封于轴和轴孔之间,将大气侧与油侧隔开,具有:固定部,其相对于所述轴孔的内周面固定;蛇形部,其从所述固定部朝轴方向且朝径向内侧延伸;圆筒部,其沿轴向从所述蛇形部的径向内侧端向所述大气侧延伸;倒向轴面的密封唇,其沿轴向从所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端朝径向内侧且所述油侧延伸,与所述轴的外周面滑动自由地贴紧,在所述密封唇的外周侧设置有向径向外侧突出的环形的膨大部。
在本发明的油封中,也可以在所述油侧产生负压时,所述圆筒部因所述负压向径向内侧弯曲,而紧贴所述膨大部。
由此,提供在油侧产生负压时保持使密封唇紧贴轴的状态的自主接触结构。因此,即使因负压产生使密封唇离开轴的力,也能保持密封唇与轴的接触。
另外,本发明的另一油封密封于轴和轴孔之间,将大气侧与油侧隔开,具有:固定部,其相对于所述轴孔的内周面固定;蛇形部,其从所述固定部朝轴方向且朝径向内侧延伸;圆筒部,其沿轴向从所述蛇形部的径向内侧端向所述大气侧延伸;倒向轴面的密封唇,其沿轴向从所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端朝径向内侧且所述油侧延伸,与所述轴的外周面滑动自由地贴紧,在所述圆筒部的内周侧设置有向径向内侧突出的环形的膨大部。
在本发明的油封中,也可以在所述油侧产生负压时,所述圆筒部因所述负压向径向内侧弯曲,而使所述膨大部紧贴所述密封唇。
由此,提供一种在油侧产生负压时保持使密封唇紧贴轴的状态的自主接触结构。因此,即使因负压产生使密封唇离开轴的力,也能保持密封唇与轴的接触。
此外,在本发明的油封中,也可以所述膨大部设置有轴向贯通的通气孔。
由此,能够使产生负压时圆筒部弯曲而形成的空洞内为真空,因此,能够适当地密封密封唇和轴之间。
另外,本发明的油封也可以还具有防尘唇,所述防尘唇沿轴向从所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端朝径向内侧且朝所述大气侧延伸。另外,本发明的油封也可以在所述油侧产生负压时,所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端发生弯曲,以使所述防尘唇紧贴所述轴。
由此,即使在油封中发生材料松弛后,也能通过使防尘唇与轴接触,不使通过油封的空气的流动增强。
另外,也可以所述密封唇在其内周侧具有泵槽。
由此,维持密封唇和轴之间的接触面的润滑。
发明效果
如以上说明,根据本发明,提供一种密封于轴与轴孔之间,将大气侧和油侧隔开的油封,即使在油侧产生负压,该油封也能保持与轴的接触。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图,基于实施例对用于实施本发明的实施方式例示进行详细说明。但是,除非有特定记载,否则本发明的范围不限于该实施例中所记载的构成部件的尺寸、材质、形状、及其相对配置等。本实施例的油封用于密封发动机的曲轴箱内的空间。
另外,在以下的说明中,某个要素或层表述为位于另一要素或层“之上”、与另一要素或层“紧贴”等的情况下,该要素或层可直接位于另一单元或层之上,或直接紧贴于另一单元或层,或者,也可在中间具有介入的要素或层。
(实施例1)
参照图1,对本发明实施例1的节能型的自主接触式油封10进行说明。油封10被设计成对轴16和壳体14的轴孔12之间进行密封,并将大气侧A和油侧O隔开。油封10具有相对于轴孔12的内周面固定的固定部20。在本实施例中,固定部20安装在固定于轴孔12的内周面的、由金属制成的环状部件22。此外,固定部20和环状部件22的形状也可以是图示形状以外的形状。此外,也可以不设置环状部件22,而使固定部20直接紧贴于轴孔12的内周面。
油封10具有从固定部20朝轴向且朝径向内侧延伸的蛇形部24。蛇形部24由于向轴向且向径向延伸,因此能够向径向内侧弯曲。另外,油封10具有沿轴向从蛇形部24的径向内侧的端部25向大气侧A延伸的圆筒部26。另外,油封10具有倒向轴面设置的密封唇30,密封唇30沿轴向从圆筒部26的大气侧A的端部28向径向内侧且油侧O延伸,并与轴16的外周面滑动自如地贴紧。而且,油封10具有沿轴向从圆筒部26的端部28向径向内侧且大气侧A延伸的防尘唇32。此外,防尘唇32也可省略。端部28被构成为壁厚比圆筒部26、密封唇30、防尘唇32中的任一个厚。由此,使端部28形成为不容易变形的形状,而相对于圆筒部26折回(弯曲)。
密封唇30在径向内侧具有多个泵槽34。另外,密封唇30在其外周侧具有朝向圆筒部26向径向外侧突出的环形的膨大部36。在油侧O没有产生负压,或者虽然产生负压但产生极少负压的使用条件下,如图1所示,密封唇30紧贴于轴16,另一方面,防尘唇32离开轴16。密封唇30以低摩擦与轴16紧贴。
在油侧O产生负压的使用状况下,油封10的圆筒部26通过负压朝向图2中箭头所示的方向,向径向内侧弯曲。此外,该负压具有将密封唇30向径向外侧抬起(离开轴16)的倾向。然而,圆筒部26与膨大部36自主接触,以保持密封唇30与轴16紧贴。该自主接触中,通过使膨大部36对圆筒部26向径向外侧进行支承,从而维持防尘唇32与轴16离开的状态。上述的自主接触为了使防尘唇32和轴16之间保持微小的间隙,以维持油封10与轴16以低摩擦接触的状态。
这里,轴16相对于轴孔12的定位的精度低时等,圆筒部26和膨大部36的自主接触在油封10的周向不连续。此时,在圆筒部26和膨大部36之间有可能产生使空洞38内为真空状态的间隙。由此,圆筒部26和密封唇30弯曲而使两者的整周的自主接触恢复,因此,密封唇30能够适当地密封其与轴16之间。因此,如图4所示,为了使真空向空洞38内扩展更坚固,可以设置沿轴向贯穿膨大部36的作为通气孔的轴向通气通路40,该通气通路40连接油侧O和空洞38,并使两区域间的压力平衡。
长时间使用后,油封10材料严重松弛,由此圆筒部26和膨大部36之间的自主接触在圆周方向上存在大的差异。在这种情况下,密封唇30和圆筒部26的弯曲存在不足以引发自主接触的情形。然而,通过在设计油封10时,使油封整体绕着端部28如图3的箭头所示摆动,当在油侧O形成真空时,使防尘唇32与轴16接触,从而能够不使通过油封10的空气的流动增强。由于圆筒部26能够朝径向内侧弯曲,因此通过在油侧O形成的真空能够使膨大部36再次紧贴圆筒部26。通过预先使防尘唇32维持与轴16接近,容易在发生材料松弛后,使防尘唇32与轴16接触。
虽然膨大部36如图所示设置在密封唇30的前端,但自主接触的膨大部36的位置能够变更为在密封唇30上。另外,在选择膨大部36的位置时,使密封唇30与轴16的密封接触压力最优,另外,还可根据密封唇30上与轴16的接触面上的泵槽34的泵特性,来调整膨大部36的位置。该泵特性包含:对泵槽34设置具有加压区域的固定的静的边槽,或位于中间带的特性,或其他泵特性。设计泵槽34,以维持密封唇30和轴16之间的接触面的润滑。
作为密封材料的构成,可以采用塑料、橡胶或PTFE、TPE(热塑性弹性体)、TPV(交联型热塑性弹性体)等广泛的弹性体。
(实施例2)
接下来,参照图5对本发明实施例2的节能型自主接触型的油封110进行说明。油封110也被设计成密封于轴16和壳体14的轴孔12之间,并将大气侧A和油侧O隔开。油封110具有相对于轴孔12的内周面固定的固定部120。在本实施例中,固定部120安装在固定于轴孔12的内周面的、由金属制成的环形部件122。此外,固定部120和环形部件122的形状也可以是图示形状以外的形状。另外,也可不设置环形部件122,而将固定部120直接紧贴轴孔12的内周面。
油封110具有从固定部120朝轴向且朝径向内侧延伸的蛇形部124。蛇形部124由于向轴向和径向双方延伸,因此能够向径向内侧弯曲。另外,油封110具有沿轴向从蛇形部124的径向内侧的端部125向大气侧A延伸的圆筒部126。另外,油封110具有靠向轴面设置的密封唇130,密封唇130沿轴向从圆筒部126的大气侧A的端部128向径向内侧且油侧O延伸,并与轴16的外周面滑动自如地贴紧。而且,油封110具有从圆筒部126的端部128向径向内侧且大气侧A沿轴向延伸的防尘唇132。此外,防尘唇132也可省略。端部128的壁厚比圆筒部126、密封唇130、防尘唇132中的任一个厚。由此,端部128形成为不容易变形的形状,并相对于圆筒部126折回(弯曲)。
密封唇130在径向内侧具有多个泵槽134。另外,圆筒部126在其内周侧具有朝向密封唇130向径向内侧突出的环形的膨大部136。在油侧O没有产生负压,或者虽然产生负压但产生极少负压的使用条件下,如图5所示,密封唇130紧贴于轴16,另一方面,防尘唇132离开轴16。密封唇130以低摩擦与轴16紧贴。
在油侧O产生负压的使用状况下,油封110的圆筒部126通过负压朝向与图2中箭头所示的方向相同的方向,向径向内侧弯曲。此外,该负压具有将密封唇130向径向外侧抬起(离开轴16)的倾向。然而,圆筒部126的膨大部136与密封唇130自主接触,以保持密封唇130与轴16紧贴。该自主接触中,通过膨大部136对圆筒部126向径向外侧进行支承,从而维持防尘唇132与轴16离开的状态。上述的自主接触是为了使防尘唇132和轴16之间保持微小的间隙,以维持油封110与轴16低摩擦接触的状态。此外,与图4所示的结构同样,膨大部136也可以具有轴向贯穿的作为通气孔的轴向通气通路。如上构成的油封110能够实现与上述的油封10同样的作用效果。

Claims (6)

1.一种油封,其密封于轴和轴孔之间,将大气侧与油侧隔开,其特征在于,具有:
固定部,其相对于所述轴孔的内周面固定;
蛇形部,其从所述固定部朝轴方向且朝径向内侧延伸,能够向径向内侧弯曲;
圆筒部,其沿轴向从所述蛇形部的径向内侧端向所述大气侧延伸;
倒向轴面的密封唇,其沿轴向从所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端朝径向内侧且所述油侧延伸,与所述轴的外周面滑动自由地贴紧,
在所述密封唇的外周侧设置有向径向外侧突出的环形的膨大部,
在所述油侧产生负压时,所述圆筒部因所述负压向径向内侧弯曲,而紧贴所述膨大部。
2.一种油封,其密封于轴和轴孔之间,将大气侧与油侧隔开,其特征在于,具有:
固定部,其相对于所述轴孔的内周面固定;
蛇形部,其从所述固定部朝轴方向且朝径向内侧延伸,能够向径向内侧弯曲;
圆筒部,其沿轴向从所述蛇形部的径向内侧端向所述大气侧延伸;
倒向轴面的密封唇,其沿轴向从所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端朝径向内侧且所述油侧延伸,与所述轴的外周面滑动自由地贴紧,
在所述圆筒部的内周侧设置有向径向内侧突出的环形的膨大部,
在所述油侧产生负压时,所述圆筒部因所述负压向径向内侧弯曲,而使所述膨大部紧贴所述密封唇。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油封,其特征在于,
所述膨大部设置有轴向贯通的通气孔。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的油封,其特征在于,
还具有防尘唇,所述防尘唇沿轴向从所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端朝径向内侧且朝所述大气侧延伸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的油封,其特征在于,
在所述油侧产生负压时,所述圆筒部的所述大气侧端发生弯曲,以使所述防尘唇紧贴所述轴。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的油封,其特征在于,
所述密封唇在其内周侧具有泵槽。
