本发明涉及一种包装材料,具体涉及一种可食用型包装薄膜。
背景技术
食品的保存依赖于食品的包装及其对外界的阻隔。塑料包装膜应用较普遍,但是容易产生有害气体和异味;并且塑料包装膜不易分解,造成“白色污染”,引起环境污染。
目前,市场上常见的可食性糯米纸包装薄膜,由于其抗拉伸性能差,它的用途局限性比较大,仅用在糖果包装领域,而且原料相对单一,很难带来大的社会效益,现市场上也已研制或开发相关可食性包装,可是其中含有一定的化学成分,如食用胶、色素等,因此急需发明一种符合低碳理念,用途更广,与被包装食品原料一样的有效保护人类生存环境的可食性包装薄膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种可食用、机械性能好、且具有抗菌作用的可食用型包装薄膜。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可食用型包装薄膜,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦面粉60-90份,甘露糖醇2-10份,西红柿汁1-3份,鸡蛋10-20份,水2-8份,乳酸1-3份,柠檬酸1-3份,葡甘聚糖1-3份,卵磷脂1-3份,所述的鸡蛋按蛋清与蛋黄2.5:1的比例选取。
优选地,所述的可食用型包装薄膜,包括以下重量份的原料:小麦面粉70份,甘露糖醇5份,西红柿汁2份,鸡蛋15份,水5份,乳酸2份,柠檬酸2份,葡甘聚糖2份,卵磷脂2份,所述的鸡蛋按蛋清与蛋黄2.5:1的比例选取。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的可食用型包装薄膜采用纯天然食材,无任何化学添加剂,符合绿色环保的概念,通过添加乳酸,柠檬酸,提高了抗菌性能;同时,本发明的包装薄膜的机械性能好。
