Abstract

Description

具有快速分配条的吸收用品
本发明涉及一种新的吸收用品，特别是涉及卫生用品例如卫生巾或吸收薄片。在此用品的术语“吸收用品”是指能吸收和容纳人体排泄物的用品，特别是为了吸收和容纳从人体排泄出来的各种流体排泄物，而贴在或靠近穿用者身体上的用品。
目前有各种各样形状的用于吸收人体排泄物(液体或流体)例如月经、尿和粪便等的吸收用品。吸收用品主要由一个透液体的上片、一个不透液体的下片和一个夹在上片和下片之间的吸收芯或衬垫组成。从穿用者体内排出的排泄物很容易透过上片而被容纳在吸收芯中。还可以把一个或几个附加层插在上述的上片、吸收芯和下片中的任意两个之间。这些附加层可以使排泄物迅速分散开。
这些分配层改进了排泄物在吸收芯上和内部的虹吸性能。对流体排出物虹吸的改进是重要的，其理由之一在于这种改进能使液体排出物在整个吸收芯中分配更加均匀而且可使吸收用品变得相当薄。在此所称的虹吸是指液体可以沿一个、两个或所有的方向(即沿XY平面和/或沿Z方向)传送。分配层可以由几种不同的材料构成，这些材料包括合成纤维的非织造物片或织造物片。在几篇参考文件中描述了具有用于这类目的层状物的吸收用品。例如授予Osborn的美国4950264号专利和由Cree等人于1991年12月17日申请的题目为“带有扩散层的吸收用品”的美国07/810774号申请中比较详细地号申请中比较详细地描述了具有一个收集层和一个上片的卫生巾。这两篇参考文件都是与本申请相关的参考文件。
虽然使一个经重大改进的液体收集层沿纵向具有高的液体扩散速率是必要的，即非织造物的扩散速率基本上是恒定值，它与方向无关，但是，通常用非织造材料作卫生巾的吸收芯和覆盖层或作为上片时，沿横向(宽度方向)可以虹吸大量液体。但当超过横向侧的液体吸收能力时，有时会发生侧边泄漏。
因此，本发明的目的是要提供一种改进了虹吸性能的液体分配条，并使液体在卫生巾的纵向端的分配达到最佳化。本发明的另一个目的是要提供一种带有能阻止液体分配到卫生巾侧边的分配条。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种带有经这样改进后的分配条的吸收用品。
根据本发明，提供一种吸收用品，其包括一个透液体的上片、一个不透液体的下片以及一个设置在上片和下片之间、用于吸收人体排泄液体的吸收衬垫，该吸收用品具有纵向边缘和横向边缘，其特征在于，一个设置在上片和吸收衬垫之间的液体分配条，所述液体分配条包括一片具有压花花纹的非织造材料片，所述压花花纹包含压花部分，被密实压缩成薄的薄膜段，以阻挡流体朝向所述的横向边缘散开。
本发明提供了一种吸收用品，例如具有为改进液体排泄物的分配或虹吸性能的液体快速分配条的卫生巾、一次性使用垫和失禁者用垫等。液体分配条由一个非织造物片组成，它具有一个由具有缩小纤维间隔的高密集度纤维部分所组成的席纹花纹或者具有一个带有高压缩部分的压花花纹，或者既具有席纹花纹，又具有压花花纹。
图1是本发明的一个卫生巾实施例的透视图，其中为了显示下面的结构而切去一部分。

如图1所示，尽管吸收用品1的端部可以分别呈弧形，但是从整体上看它大体上为长方形。尽管吸收垫4通常比下片小，它大体上亦呈长方形，尽管两个吸收垫端缘具有同下片3的弧形部分5相仿的弧形部分，但是基本上是长方形的，吸收垫4的两个比较长的侧边7是向内弯曲的，以便使中心部分稍稍变窄一些。
吸收用品1有两个中心线：一条纵向中心线和一条横向中心线，在此处术语“纵向”是在吸收用品1的平面内的一条直线、一根轴线或一个方向，也就是通常与把站立的穿用吸收用品的人平分为左右两个部分的垂直平面对中的方向(即近似平行该平面)。在这里所用的“横向”或“侧向”二者是可互换的，是指在吸收用品1平面上基本上垂直于纵向的直线，轴线或方向。
上片基本上同吸收垫对齐并完全覆盖到吸收垫的朝穿用者的平面上。最好是使上片伸出到吸收垫的周边之外，或沿吸收垫的侧缘包住，然后沿周边与下片固定，从而封闭住吸收衬垫。
图1示出了按照本发明的吸收用品1的一个实施例。该吸收用品1包括：一个透液体的上层2，一个不透液体的下层3，一个设置在上述两层之间用于吸收人体体液排泄物的吸收垫4和一个使液体排泄物基本上沿纵向分配的液体分配条10。“基本上沿纵向”一词在这里是指包括偏移纵向中心线一个角度的方向在内。“主要地”一词在这里的含意和“基本上”相似，但不限于特定的角度或方向。一个可取的吸收用品1可有选择地包括一个位于上层2和下层3之间的第二吸收层。
虽然可以把上片2、下片3和吸收垫4装配成各种公知的形状(包括所谓的“管”状产品、边翼产品)，但是在下列专利文件中全面地描述了可取的卫生巾的形状，这些专利文件是：1990年8月21日授予Osborn的题目为“薄而具有柔性的卫生巾”的美国4950264号专利；1984年1月10日授予DesMarais的题目为“复合卫生巾”的美国4425130号专利；1982年3月30日授予Ahr的题目为“加边的一次吸收用品”的美国4321924号专利；1987年8月18日授予Van Tilburg的题目为“带有边翼的异型卫生巾”的美国4589876号专利。这些专利文件为与本申请有关的参考文件。图1示出了本发明一个卫生巾的可取的实施例，该卫生巾的上片2和下片3的长度和宽度基本上比吸收垫4的尺寸大。上片2和下片3可以伸出吸收垫4边缘的外面而不仅形成周边部分，并且还构成了边翼。
在本发明的一个可取实施例中，分配条10设置在上片2和吸收芯4之间。在本发明的另一个实施例中，分配条10设置在上片2和一个气流成网织物8之间，这个气流成网织物作为固定在吸收垫4上的第二层。分配条10布置在两个纵向端部4b之间的中部4a、并基本在吸收垫两侧的中心部位。分配条10可以使流体穿透下去并沿吸收垫的纵向长度方向扩散开。
图1-3示出了本发明的分配条10。在这个可取的实施例中，分配条10的平面图是一个长方形窄条。不难理解，这个分配条不一定是窄条，术语“条”在这里指包括(但不限于)单独的非折叠层、折叠层、多个材料条，具有松散的或粘性的纤维层、材料的多种层或叠层、或者这些材料不同组合的产品。此外，分配条10不必是长方形，术语“条”在此是指(但不限于)长方形、八字形、沙漏形和三角形。
对于横向宽度约6mm的吸收垫4，分配条10的宽度可取的是约20mm-40mm，更可取的是30mm。分配条10的宽度同吸收垫的横向宽度之比可以根据分配条的液体虹吸速率和吸收垫4的吸收容量而改变。这个比值可取的是约1∶6-5∶6，更可取的是2∶5-7∶10。分配条10的长度最好是小于吸收垫4在纵向的长度，对于一个在纵向长度方向为约180mm的吸收垫4，分配条10的长度最好为约110mm。业已发现上述分配条的这些形状、尺寸对于产品的性能、工艺和美感都是适合的。
分配条10由一片表面上有主要地沿纵向取向的可见花纹11的非织造物片组成，该可见花纹11使由具有一般均匀密集度的纤维和结构的非织造材料组成的本发明的分配条10上的液体分配具方向性。非织造材料基本上能在各个方向(即在XY平面和Z方向上)以同一速率转送液体。
可见花纹11可以是席纹花纹13或者是压花花纹15，最好是席纹花纹13和压花花纹15的组合。如图3所示，席纹花纹13由主要地沿纵向取向并直达卫生巾端部的高密集度纤维部分17组成，这些高密集度纤维部分是在垂直方向即Z方向受到压缩的那些非织造织物。在一个可取的实施例中，席纹花纹13包括一个由具有长轴23和短轴的菱形21组成的格子花纹19，其中每个菱形的长轴沿纵向取向并直达卫生巾的纵向端部。术语“席纹”在此还包括(但不限于)很多平行线、由很多长线和短线的重复单元组成的很多直线、人字形花纹、或者这些直线和花纹的连续和/或不连续的花样，或者主要沿纵向取向的这些花样的组合。
席纹花纹可以采用把纤维粘接到熔喷的非织造材料上的工艺，在该工艺的粘接步骤中，熔融的热塑性树脂由高速气流从挤压机的模具喷口吹出沉积到一个运送带或一个收集网上，从而形成一片无定向的纤维。如图3所示，在传送带或收集网上凸起结构的表面在非织造物上形成凹下的席纹花纹，其中的纤维紧靠在一起，而使在席纹花纹13处的纤维密集度要比非织造物的其它部分高得多。凹下的席纹花纹13包括具有窄纤维间隙的高密集度纤维部分，这就提供了良好的毛细性能，因而在凹下部分的液体分散速率要比非压缩部分19高，因为在这个实施例中的分配条10有格子花纹19，而且每个菱形的长轴23沿纵向取向，所以沿纵轴的液体分散速率比沿横轴方向液体分散率高。
可见花纹11的压花花纹部分15包括将非织造织物紧密压缩入薄膜区段25上的那个部分，区段25阻止液体经过压花花纹15分散。在一个最佳实施例中，压花花纹15包括细长椭圆27，在该椭圆中非织造物被紧密压缩或被压花或被冲穿。这些椭圆27按照规定的间隔布置在整个分配条上，特别是布置在中心部分和横向边缘附近。最好使每个狭长椭圆27沿纵向取向，显然，压花花纹15不一定是沿纵向取向的狭长椭圆花纹27。在此“压花花纹”还包括(但不限于)基本上沿纵向取向的直线，曲线，或这些线的连续的和/或不连续的花纹，或其它主要沿纵向取向的花纹。可以采用一对压花辊筒对非织造织物的一部分的两个面进行加压或加热，最好是两者兼用来加工压花花纹。压花部分的薄膜段25可阻止液体通过压花部分散开，从而使几乎所有的液体只能在压花部分27周围分配。
将席纹花纹13同压花15组合起来可以使液体沿纵向分布得更好，因为这种组合会使液体沿席纹花纹纵向扩散的速率变高，同时还能阻止液体沿压花花纹15的横向方向散开。也可以使席纹花纹13同压花花纹15任意组合。在这个可取的实施例中，压花花纹15组合在席纹花纹13的凹下线段13a和压花花纹15之间，借助于每个席纹花纹13和压花花纹15的不同特性的组合可使液体分散性能大大改善。
分配条10最好是亲水的，以便使通过和进入到其内部的液体更合理的分配和虹吸。构成分配条的纤维或纱线可以具有固有的亲水性，但在上述情况下最好是对纤维和纱线进行进一步处理，使它们的表面成为亲水性的纤维。使纤维获得亲水性能的适合方法包括用表面活性剂处理这些纤维。可通过将表面活性剂喷涂形成分配条10的材料或将分配条10的材料浸渍到表面活性剂中的办法来处理纤维。在分别授予Reising等人和Reising的美国4988344号和4988345号专利中较详细地讨论了上述处理方法和亲水性能。
分配条10可以由纺织材料或非织造材料制成。这些材料可以是合成材料，也可以部分是合成材料，部分是天然材料。适合的合成纤维包括聚酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、尼龙、粘性人造纤维或醋酸纤维，其中以聚酯纤维最可取。适合的天然纤维包括棉纱、纤维素或其它天然纤维。分配条10还可以至少部分地包括交联纤维素纤维。适合的交联纤维素纤维在下列美国专利中已有描述，这些专利文件是：1989年12月19日授予Cook等人的美国4888093号专利；1989年4月18日授予Dean等人的美国4822543号专利；1989年12月26日授予Schoggen等人的美国4889595号专利；1989年2月6日授予Mooer等人的美国4898642号专利；以及1990年6月19日授予Lash等人的美国4935022号专利。但上述天然的或改性的纤维数量不能大到使上片不能充分熔融到其余部分合成纤维上的程度。分配条也可以由毛细管通道纤维(通道在纤维的上面，最好是在纤维的外表面)组成，在1990年10月10日公开的欧洲专利391814号申请和毛细管通道纤维的专利申请中详细地描述了这些纤维。分配条也可以由上述材料的组合物构成，例如由类似于下面将进行描述的用在吸收芯的纤维混合物或任意等同的材料或材料组合物构成。
对于非织造的分配条10，可以采用各种工艺来制作，这些工艺包括(但不限于)纺粘法和梳理法。在一个特别可取的实施例中，分配条是由熔喷非织造材料片构成的，可取的是分配条由基重约50-100g/m2的聚乙烯熔喷非织造材料片构成，最好是由基重90g/m2的聚乙烯熔喷非织造材料片构成。这种类型的熔喷材料片是由ScottNonwovens，Scott paaer Company of Philadelphia(Pennsy lvania，the U.S.A)制造的。熔喷非织造材料片是由优良的小直径纤维构成的，从而使纤维之间的间隔变得极小并提高了虹吸液体的能力。构成分配条的纤维或棉纱的长度可以是从切断的短纤维到连续的长丝之间的任何尺寸。这些纤维的登尼尔数可取的是1.0以下，更可取的是平均值在0.52左右。
特别推荐的分配条材料纤维是由聚乙烯树脂构成的，由聚乙烯树脂制成的可取的上片适合于熔融粘合到分配条上。在一个可取的实施例中，分配条可以采用任何将材料结合在一起的传统措施使分配条保持同上片接触，这些措施例如是机械联接和粘接固定的方法，最可取的是按照由Cree等人提交的美国07/810774号专利申请中所描述的熔融粘接法来使分配条保持同上片接触。熔融粘接包括热粘接、超声焊接等。
图4示出了本发明的另一实施例，其中的分配条30是经熔喷或纺粘非织造工艺制作的，这种分配条能够提高液体沿吸收用品的纵向散开的能力。一个具体的可取的分配条30是由一系列纵向取向的压花花纹或压陷花纹组成的。在这个具体的实施例中，一系列纵向取向的压花花纹或压陷花纹形成了具有若干菱形33的格子花纹31。分配条30的尺寸和形状可以根据产品的性能和美学观点的要求来确定。分配条30在Z方向的厚度最好是约0.55mm-0.58mm之间，其宽度约30mm，长度约110mm。
通常是采用把上片2和下片3以及任何附加的非织造织物层15连接到一起的方法并借助一个适合的密封8(最好是热密封)对吸收用品1的纵向端缘部分5进行加工。
下片3和上片2以及任何适用的附加的非织造物层15可以通过固定件(未示出)例如公知的固定件固定到吸收芯垫上。例如下片3和/或上片2可以借助于一层均匀连续的粘接剂层，形成花样的粘接层或一些粘接剂的分立的直线、螺旋线或点的排列相互粘接起来。业已发现由H.B.Fuller Company of St.Paul.Minnesota生产的牌号为HL-1258或H-2031的粘接剂是适合的。固定件最好是一粘接剂细长条的断续的花样网络。这样的固定件在1986年3月4日授予Minetol等人的题目为“一次性密封废物的衣服”的美国4573986号专利中已有描述，这份专利列为本申请的参考文件。作为一个例子，具有细长条断续花样网络的固定件是由若干条盘绕成螺旋状花纹的粘接剂条构成的，这种粘接剂花样图形的制作是借助于下列专利文件中所描述的装置和方法完成的，这些专利文件是：1975年10月7日授予Sprague.Jr的美国3911173号专利；1978年11月22日授予Zieker等人的美国4785996号专利；以及1989年6月27日授予Werenicz的美国4842666号专利。这些专利文件列为本申请的参考文件。另外，固定手段可以包括热粘接、压力粘接，超声波焊接、动力机械粘接或任何其他适合的固定措施或现有技术中的某些固定措施的组合。
上片2应柔顺，质感松软并对穿用者皮肤无刺激作用。此外，上片2还应能透过液体并能使液体(例如月经和/或尿)很容易穿透过其厚度。上片2可以用各种适合的材料制作，这些材料例如可以是纺织材料或非织造材料；聚合材料例如多孔成形热塑性薄膜，多孔塑性薄膜和液压成形热塑性薄膜，多孔泡沫材料、网状泡沫材料，网状热塑薄膜和热塑稀松无纺织物。适合的纺织和非织造材料可以包括：天然纤维(如木或棉纤维)；合成纤维(如聚合纤维，例如聚酯、聚丙烯和聚乙烯纤维)或天然纤维和合成纤维的组合物。可取的上片由一片多孔的成形薄膜构成，多孔成形薄膜之所以适合于作上片，是因为它能透过而不吸收人体排泄物，而且还能减少液体返回因而减小重新润湿穿用者皮肤的可能性，因此成形薄膜同人体接触的那个面是干的，从而减少了沾污并使穿用者感到舒适。适合的成形薄膜在下述专利文件中有描述，这些专利文件是：1975年12月30日授予Thompson的题目为“具有锥形毛细管的吸收结构”的美国3929135号专利；1982年4月13日授予Mullane等人的题目为“带有抗污染上片的一次性吸收用品”的美国4324246号专利；1982年8月3日授予Radel等人的题目为“外表类似织物的具有回弹能力的塑料片”的美国4342314号专利；1984年7月31日授予Ahr等人的题目为“显示出无光泽表面和触感类似织物的微观伸展的三维塑料片”的美国专利446304；以及1991年4月9日授予Baird的题目为“多层聚合薄膜”的美国专利5006394号专利，这些专利文件都被列为本申请的参考文件。用于本发明可取的上片是在上述的一篇或几篇专利中所述的并由Procter & Gamble Company ofCincinnati，Ohio在卫生巾上注册为“DRI-WEAVE”的成形薄膜。
在本发明的一个可取实施例中，成形薄膜的上片朝向人体的那面是亲水的，因而能使液体通过上片的速度比朝向人体的那面不是亲水的上片要快，在上片朝向人体那面不是亲水的情况下，月经流体流出顶片而不流入吸收芯而由吸收芯吸收的可能性不会减少。在一个可取的实施例中，是把表面活化剂掺入到例如下述的美国专利所描述的成形薄膜上片的聚合材料中，该专利是：1991年11月19日由Aziz提交的题目为“具有非织造的及多孔的薄膜覆盖层的吸收用品”的美国07/794745号专利申请，这篇专利申请列为本申请的参考文件。另外，上片朝向身体的那面经表面活性剂处理可以变为亲水的，所用的表面活性剂例如是前面参考文件引用的授予Osborn的美国4950254号专利中所述的表面活性剂。
下片3是不透液体(例如月经和/或尿)的，最好用薄塑料膜制作，当然也可以采用其它有柔性可透过液体的材料制作。术语“柔性材料”在此是指那些柔顺的而易于大体上适合于人体体形和轮廓的材料。下片3应能防止被吸收和包含在吸收芯垫中的排出物润湿同卫生巾接触的衣物例如短内裤、睡衣和内衣等。下片3可以由纺织的或非织造材料、聚合薄膜(例如聚丙烯或聚乙烯之类的热塑性薄膜)、或者复合材料(例如涂有薄膜的非织造材料)构成。下片最好是厚度为0.012mm(0.5密尔)至约0.051mm(2.0密尔)的聚乙烯薄膜。作为一个例子，可以采用由Clopay Corporation ofCincinnati，Ohio制造的牌号为P18-0401的聚乙烯薄膜以及由Ethyl Corporation，Visqueen Division、of Terre Haute，Indiana生产的牌号为XP-39385的聚乙烯薄膜。下片最好经压花和/或消光泽处理以便使其更类似织物的外观。此外，下片3应可以使来自吸收芯4的蒸汽排放出去(即是透气的)，同时又能防止排出液通过它。
吸收垫4是任何一种能吸收或保存液体(例如月经和/或尿)的吸收部件。如上所述，可以把吸收垫4制成各种尺寸和形状(例如长方形、卵形、沙漏形、八字形、非对称形等)；可以采用各种用在普通吸收巾和其它吸收用品中的吸收液体材料来制造吸收垫4，这些材料例如包括通常称为空气毡化材料的木浆，其它适合的吸收材料的例子包括起皱过的纤维素衬垫；熔喷的包括共聚形式的聚合物，经化学硬挺整理的改性的或交联的纤维素纤维；合成纤维(例如起皱的聚酯纤维)；泥炭苔绒；包括缠绕织物和叠层织物的织物，泡沫吸收材料、海绵状吸收物，优级吸收聚合物、吸收凝胶材料或者任何等同的材料或材料的组合物、或这些材料的混合物。吸收垫的形状和结构也可以改变，例如吸收垫可以有一个变化的毛细管区域(例如中心的纵断面比较厚)、亲水梯度区域、优级吸收梯度区域或较低密度和较低平均基重收集区域；吸收垫还可以由一层或多层或多种结构组成。吸收垫的总吸收容量应该同吸收用品设计的吸收量及其用途相适应。此外，为了适应不同的用途，例如供失禁者用的垫、内裤衬垫、平常使用的卫生巾或夜间用的卫生巾，可以改变吸收垫的尺寸和吸收容量。

在使用时，卫生巾1可以用任何公知的适合的固定器件或附着件(未示出)固定到合适的位置上，最好是把卫生巾放在使用者的内衣或短内裤上，然后用接合物例如粘接剂40固定到内衣或短内裤上。粘接剂40提供了一个使卫生巾固定到短内裤裆区的手段。可以在吸收用品1朝向内衣的表面的一部分或全部上涂敷粘接剂。此处任何适合于用在这种场合下的粘接剂或胶水都可以作为粘接剂，但最好是压合胶粘剂。适合的粘接剂是由Century Adhesives Corporation ofColumbus(Ohio)制造的Century A-305-IV粘接剂和由theNational Starch and Chemical Company of Bridgewater(NJ)制造的Instant Lock34-2823粘接剂。适合的粘接接合物在美国4917697号专利中还有描述。这种卫生巾在使用前，通常在压合胶粘剂上覆盖一层可以揭下去的防粘衬里41，以便防止在使用之前胶粘剂变干或防止粘到短内裤的非裆部分的表面上。在上述美国4917697号专利中也描述了适合的防粘衬里。任何市场上能买到的供这种场合使用的防粘衬里都可以采用。适合的防粘衬里的非限定例子是由Akrosil Corporation of Menasha(WI)制造的BL30 MG-A SiloxE I/O和BL30 MG-A Silox4 P/O防粘衬里。在使用本发明卫生巾1之前要先揭下防粘衬里，然后再把卫生巾定位在短内裤上，从而使粘接剂粘到短内裤上。粘接剂40有助于保持卫生巾在穿用着的内裤中的位置。
在本发明的另一个实施例中，卫生巾可以带有两个边翼(未示出)，每个边翼同位于沿吸收芯侧边缘的一条接缝线相邻并横向从该线伸出。这两个边翼的布置应能覆盖住穿用者内裤位于裆区的边缘，为此这两个边翼位于穿用者的短内裤的边缘和两腿之间的位置上。边翼至少有两个作用，首先借助于沿内裤边缘形成可取的双壁屏障，边翼可以防止月经流体污染穿用者的身体和短内裤。其次，最好使边翼上带有使它们附着在内衣表面上的部件，以便使边翼向内裤的下方折起而附着到短内裤朝向衣服的那一面上。用这种方式边翼有助于保持卫生巾定位在短内裤的正确位置上。可以用包括类似于上片2、下片3的材料或这些材料组合的各种材料制作边翼。此外边翼可以是一个连接到卫生巾主体上的分离部件，也可以是上片2和下片3的延伸部分(即是整体的)。在下述专利文件公开的具有边翼的卫生巾适合于或可以采用本发明卫生巾的方案。这些专利文件是：1987年8月18日授予Van Tilburg的题目为“带有边翼的异形卫生巾”的美国4687478号专利；1986年5月20日授予Van Tilburg的题目为“卫生巾”的美国4589876号专利；以及1986年8月26日授予Mattingly的题目为“卫生巾的固定部件”的美国4608047号专利，这些专利都列为本申请的参考文件。
从上述说明可以清楚地发现：按照本发明的液体分配条改进了液体排泄物在吸收垫上面和里面的虹吸能力。从而可以使吸收用品制作得相当薄。因此本发明提供了一种改进液体分配特性的液体分配条，同时也提供了一种采用了这种改进的分配条的吸收用品，这种卫生用品改进或防止了沿侧边缘的泄漏情况。
虽然本发明已经解释和描述了一些具体的实施例，但是应该提出的是，对于本专业的普通技术人员，在不违背本发明的发明点和范围的前提下可以做出各种不同的改型。所有这些改型应该包括在本发明的权利要求书所限定的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种吸收用品，其包括一个透液体的上片、一个不透液体的下片以及一个设置在上片和下片之间、用于吸收人体排泄液体的吸收衬垫，该吸收用品具有纵向边缘和横向边缘，其特征在于，一个设置在上片和吸收衬垫之间的液体分配条，所述液体分配条包括一片具有压花花纹的非织造材料片，所述压花花纹包含压花部分，被密实压缩成薄的薄膜段，以阻挡流体朝向所述的横向边缘散开。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收用品，其特征在于，所述压花部分包括多条主要地沿所述吸收衬垫纵向端部取向的不连续直线。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸收用品，其特征在于，所述非织造材料片还包含凹入的席纹花纹，其是由主要地沿吸收衬垫的纵向端部取向的高密集度纤维部分构成的。
4.如权利要求3所述的吸收用品，其特征在于所述席纹包含连续的花纹。
5.如权利要求4所述的吸收用品，其特征在于所述连续的花纹包含多条平行线。
6.如权利要求4所述的吸收用品，其特征在于所述连续的花纹包含具有若干菱形的格栅花纹，每个菱形有一个长轴和一个短轴，所述长轴沿所述吸收衬垫的纵向端取向。
7.如权利要求6所述的吸收用品，其特征在于所述压花花纹包含位于所述格栅花纹的菱形的内部的不连续的线。
