Abstract

本发明总的涉及一种用于衣服的腰带或皮带、包袋、防护帽及运动用品等的搭扣。
附图6示出了一种典型的传统搭扣,它包括阴件和阳件,即一平管状的插座B和一可脱扣地嵌入插座B中的板状插件A。阳件或插件A有一对可弹性变形的插脚C,各个插脚C的外表面上有一台阶部D。另一方面,阴件或插座B有一用来容纳该插脚C的座孔E,一对与插件A的各个台阶部D啮合的锁扣部F,以及一对弹性推杆G,各个推杆G具有一位于各个插脚C外侧的推压部H用来推压插脚C以使台阶部D脱离相配合的锁扣部F。在日本实用新型公开号Hei 1-30090和公开号Hei 2-145109的专利中都提出了这种传统的搭扣。
这种传统形式的搭扣,部分地由于板状插件A有一对插脚C,各个插脚C的外表面上有一台阶部D,部分地由于平管状插座B有一对可脱扣地和各个台阶部D啮合的锁扣部F,以及一对位于锁扣部F外侧的弹性推杆G用来推压各个插脚C的自由端以使台阶部D脱离相应的锁扣部F,所以当一向外的拉力作用在插件A和插座B上时,如果插件A的一个台阶部D意外地脱离了相配合的锁扣部F,那么插件A和插座B将绕着另一个台阶部D运动,这样就使搭扣松脱。
另外,如果由于失误,在将插件A的插脚C嵌到插座B的座孔E中时偏离了预定的锁扣位置,它就有可能损坏搭扣。
本发明的一个目的在于提供除了正常的脱扣动作以外能防止插件从插座中脱离的措施。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种搭扣,它能防止插件插到插座中时偏离预定的锁扣位置,这样就能确保正常的锁扣操作而不会损坏插件和插座。
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供一种搭扣,它由一平管状插座和一可脱扣地插入到插座中的板状插件组成,其中,插件有一基体、一对从基体上沿相同方向伸出的弹性锁扣片,各个锁扣片在其外表面上有一啮合部,还有一对从所述基体上沿上述相同方向伸出的导片,这种导片位于锁扣片的外侧并且其长度小于锁扣片,各个导片有一和各个啮合部基本上位于同一直线上(对齐)的内边缘,并且其中插座件有一对锁扣壁,当插件插到插座件中时能和锁扣片的相应啮合部啮合,还有一对从一插座口边的相对最外表面延伸出的向内弯的弹性推杆,推杆的端部是一对推压部,当插件插到插座中时,该推压部可弹性地和锁扣片接触。
本发明的另一特点是,插件有一从基体延伸出的并有一中心深槽的接合突出部,并且插座有一中央隔板,当所述插件插到插座中时,它可插在接合突出部的中心深槽中。本发明的再一个特点是,插座还有一对在离插座口边较远的一侧的辅助板,各个辅助板位于中央隔板和各个锁扣壁之间并且比中央隔板短。
使用时,并置在板状插件的基体上的锁扣片被从插座口边插到平管状插座内锁扣壁之间,同时锁扣片被弹性变形,直至锁扣片的啮合部与插座件的各个锁扣壁相啮合。至此,就完成了插件和插座的相互啮合。
为了将插件从插座上松开,可以用手指向内推压在插座件管子的相对最外表面上的推杆的推压部,以使和推压部弹性接触的锁扣片弹性变形。结果,插座的锁扣壁将和各个啮合部脱离啮合,与此同时,在插件的锁扣片的弹性作用下,插件将从插座中脱出。于是,插件和插座就相互脱开。

以下将结合附图详细描述体现本发明的一个具体的搭扣。
如图1至5所示,该搭扣总的包括一板状插件1和一平管状插座2。插件和插座1,2都是用合成树脂,例如,聚酰胺(尼龙)聚醛树脂或聚丙烯整体地模压成形的。
插件1为平板状,包括一基体4,在其一端有穿带的孔3以及一对从基体4沿同一方向伸出的锁扣片5。各个锁扣片5都有一从其自由端向外突出的一啮合部6,并且其根部的厚度减小从确保有足够的弹性。或者,可通过在锁扣片5中心区域穿孔来获得这种弹性。
该插件1有一对平头的导片7,它从基体4上伸出并位于锁扣片5的外侧且有一对略微向内的勾状端部。各个导片7有一内边缘部分8,它基本上和各个锁扣片5的啮合部6处于一直线上(对齐)。该插件1还有一从基体4的中心延伸出的接合突出部9,并且该突出部中有一深的中心槽10。
另一方面,该插座2的一端有一穿带的孔11,并包括一平管12,在其相对侧有一对可和各个锁扣片5的啮合部6相啮合的锁扣壁13。该平管12还有一对朝向穿带孔11的开口14以及一对位于管12的后壁上对应于各个开口14的角孔15。
其基部和插座口边16相连接的向内弯的推杆17弹性地和管12的最外侧表面相接触,且形成在各个推杆17端部的推压部18伸入到开口14中,以当插件1插入插座2时,和锁扣片5的头部弹性地接触。各个推压部18的一侧有一松驰地容纳在管12的后壁上的各个角孔15中的挡块19,用来约束推杆17的转动。各个推杆17还有一位于其外表面上的较宽的挤压凸缘20以便于进行推压操作。
另外,管12有一基本上沿其整个长度延伸的、并用来插入插件1的接合突出部9的中心槽10中的中央隔板21。管12还有一对位于中央隔板21和各个锁扣壁13间的辅助板22,各个辅助板22都比中央隔板21短并位于朝着穿带孔11的一边。
然而,插件1的各个导片7的内边缘8不一定要设置成和各个锁扣片5的啮合部6成一直线。例如,锁扣壁13的厚度如果比啮合部6的厚度大而且大于所需要的厚度,该导片7就必须向后移动一相应于这一厚度的量,以使内边缘8能够和锁扣壁13的侧表面适度地接触。
如前所述,在使用中,当所有从插件1的基体4延伸出的锁扣片5、导片7和接合突出部9都插入插座2的管12中时,锁扣片5的啮合部6将与插座2的锁扣壁13啮合,与此同时,导片7的内边缘8将与锁扣壁13的侧表面适度地接触,并且推杆17的推压部18将与各个锁扣片5的头部弹性地接触。另外,隔板21将插入接合突出部9的中心槽10中。
本发明的搭扣有以下的结果:
插件1在基体4上有一对弹性锁扣片5和一对位于锁扣片5外侧的导片7。各个锁扣片5的外表面上有一啮合部6。各个导片7比各个锁扣片5短并有一基本上和各个啮合部6成一直线的内边缘8。另一方面,插座2有一对锁扣壁13和一对从插座口边16相对的最外表面延伸的具有弹性且向内弯曲的推压杆17,该推压杆17的端部是可与各个锁扣片5弹性接触的推压部18。假设锁扣片5的啮合部6和锁扣壁13啮合,由于锁扣片5外侧的导片7的内边缘8基本上和啮合部6位于同一直线上并和锁扣壁13的侧表面适度地接触,所以导片7的内边缘8将碰到锁扣壁13,甚当一意外的外力施加在搭扣上时也能防止锁扣壁13从锁扣片5上脱开,从而除了正常地解扣操作外不允许任何意外脱扣的发生。另外如果啮合部6中的一个从相配合的锁扣壁13上松开,一个内边缘8将推压该相配合的锁扣壁13以防止插件1的任何的角位移发生,从而防止另一内边缘8从相配合的锁扣壁13上松开。
由于导片7的作用,当插件1被插到插座2中偏离预定的位置处时,导片7将与插座2的口边16接触以将插件1引导到插座2中一适当的位置处。
由于中央隔板21插在接合突出部9的中心槽10中,在接合之后,插件和插座1,2不会产生横向的相对位移,因此确保了稳定的扣合。另外,由于插座2有一对分别比中央隔板21短的辅助板22,该辅助板22位于中央隔板21和各个锁扣壁13之间,所以锁扣片5的自由端将与辅助板22接触以防止在插入过程中插件1倾斜,由此阻止了倾斜插入的发生。

Claims (4)

1.一种搭扣,包括一平管状插座以及一可脱扣地插入到所述插座内的板状插件,其中,所述插件有一基体,一对从所述基体上沿相同方向伸出的弹性锁扣片,其特征在于,各个锁扣片在其外表面上有一啮合部,以及从所述基体上沿所述相同方向伸出的一对导片,所述导片位于所述锁扣片的外侧且其长度小于所述锁扣片,各个导片有一和各个啮合部基本上成一直线的内边缘,并且其中所述插件有一对锁扣壁,当所述插件被插入所述插座时,能和所述锁扣片的各个啮合部啮合,还有一对从一插座口边的相对最外表面延伸的向内弯曲的弹性推杆,该弹性推杆的端部是一对推压部,当所述插件被插到所述插座中时,该推压部可弹性地和所述锁扣片接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的搭扣,其特征在于,所述插件有一从所述基体延伸出、并有一中心深槽的接合突出部,并且所述插座有一中央隔板,当所述插件被插入所述插座时,它可插入所述接合突出部的所述中心深槽中。
3.如权利要求1所述的搭扣,其特征在于,所述插座还有一对在离所述插座口边较远的一侧的辅助板,各个辅助板位于所述中央隔板和各个锁扣板之间并且比所述中央隔板短。
