技术领域
本发明涉及含有来源于植物组份的保健品,特别涉及一种护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代都市上班族普遍使用电脑办公,烟酒无度,夜生活不节制,熬夜,这些都直接伤害了肝气。中医认为肝主目:“肝气通于目,肝和则目能辨五色矣”。肝的病变往往影响及目。如肝血不足,则两目干涩,视物不清或夜盲;肝经风热,可见目赤痒痛;肝火上炎,可见目赤生翳;肝阳上亢,则头目眩晕;肝风内动,可见目斜上视等。《黄帝内经》的“五劳所伤”中有一伤:“久视伤血“。这里的血,指的就是肝血。眼睛与肝脏联系紧密。肝藏血,即肝脏具有贮藏血液和调节血量的功能,而且肝开窍于目。双眼受到血的给养才能视物,而过度用眼,会使肝血亏虚,使双目得不到营养的供给,从而出现眼干涩、看东西模糊、夜盲等。另外,长期久坐用眼,除双目供血不足外,颈椎、腰椎也会产生劳损,总得不到缓解,也会对肝脏造成损害。这种情况下,出现双眼疲劳、视力下降,甚至面色萎黄,头晕眼花的症状,也就不奇怪了。久视以及辐射,为电脑一族的眼睛健康埋下了隐患。

肝主疏泄,泛指肝气具有疏通、条达、升发、畅泄等综合生理功能。古人以木气的冲和条达之象来类比肝的疏泄功能,故在五行中将其归属于木,故《素问·灵兰秘典论》说:“肝者,将军之官,谋虑出焉”,《素问·六节脏象论》说:“肝者,罢极之本,魂之居也”。肝主疏泄的功能主要表现在调节精神情志,促进消化吸收,以及维持气血、津液的运行三方面。
现代人工作压力大,环境污染严重,烟酒无度,夜生活不节制,造成急、慢性肝损伤、脂肪肝、酒精肝、肝细胞纤维化、肝硬化等肝部顽疾层出不穷。根据最新统计,全世界每年新发肝癌患者约六十万,居恶性肿瘤的第五位。原发性肝癌按细胞分型可分为肝细胞型肝癌、胆管细胞型肝癌及混合型肝癌。按肿瘤的形态可分为结节型、巨块型和弥漫型。原发性肝癌在我国属于高发病,一般男性多于女性。中国是乙肝大国,我国的肝癌多在乙肝肝硬化的基础上发展而来,丙肝病人也在逐渐增加,乙肝后也会发展为肝癌。目前我国发病人数约占全球的半数以上,占全球肝癌病人的55%,已经成为严重威胁我国人民健康和生命的一大杀手,其危险性不容小视。
丹参(SalviamiltiorrhizaBge.)为唇形科(Labiatae)鼠尾草属(Salvia)植物,以根入药。目前丹参地下部及其制剂广泛应用于临床,但大量的地上部分却弃之不用。有研究表明,丹参地上部含有与根相似的水溶性成分,且地上部分约为根重的两倍,因此,对丹参地上部的开发利用十分必要,丹参叶茶就是开发丹参叶的一种方式。本发明对丹参叶中的有效成分进行动态分析,以化学成分含量最高时期采收的丹参叶为原料,并对丹参叶茶加工过程的工艺参数进行控制,以开发含有较高有效成分的优质丹参叶茶。同时对丹参叶茶的饮用方法及其抗氧化性能进行初步分析,为丹参叶茶的推广提供技术支持和理论支撑。
研究结果如下:1、丹参叶在8月份后水分含量基本不变,而且叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖、总酚、类黄酮、维生素C、丹酚酸B和迷迭香酸在9月份至10月中旬基本处于含量高峰期。考虑到丹参在9月份已封垄,在此期间采叶不但不影响丹参根部生长,反而有利于通风透光;而10月中旬以后,丹参叶开始老化,各种化学成分含量下降。因此,丹参叶的适宜采收期为9月至10月中旬。2、萎凋增加了丹参叶的类黄酮、总酚和游离氨基酸含量,但同时降低了可溶性糖的含量,因此要注意萎凋时间的长短,从而达到既改进丹参叶茶的活性成分,又不会极大地影响丹参叶茶的感官品质。本研究发现丹参叶的最适合萎凋时间为6h左右。3、通过分析丹参叶茶杀青方法、鲜叶处理方法对丹参叶茶化学成分和感官品质的影响,得出丹参鲜叶不切进行蒸汽杀青效果最好。4、揉捻会增加丹参叶茶的细胞破损率,从而使其水浸出物含量增加,有利于提高丹参叶茶的可冲泡性。5、通过分析不同干燥方法对丹参叶茶化学成分和感官品质的影响,得出烘干的丹参叶茶品质较好。6、对丹参叶茶进行冲泡试验,得出较优的冲泡条件为:冲泡水温100℃、冲泡茶水比1g∶50mL,冲泡时间3-5min。其中冲泡水温对丹参叶茶的水浸出物和感官品质影响最大。7、丹参叶茶、丹参叶和丹参根茶的水提取物和乙醇提取物在羟基自由基清除率、清除DPPH自由基、还原力和抑制脂质过氧化能力等方面均有一定的作用,且丹参叶茶的抗氧化能力高于丹参叶和丹参根茶,表明经过加工有助于丹参叶茶抗氧化能力的提高。
现在市面上各种养肝护肝保健品、药品泛滥,但大多数徒有其表,大张旗鼓的虚假宣传,很可能没有任何保健功能,但造成人身体的巨大伤害,因此,寻找健康有效的保肝护肝的保健品具有很现实的重要意义。中药保肝护肝具有无毒、能被生物体完全吸收的优点,是我们研究的主要方向。现代都市上班族普遍使用电脑办公久视,烟酒无度,夜生活不节制、熬夜等伤害肝脏的行为,而过度用眼,会使肝血亏虚,使双目得不到营养的供给,从而出现眼干涩、看东西模糊、夜盲等。另外,长期久坐用眼,除双目供血不足外,颈椎、腰椎也会产生劳损,总得不到缓解,也会对肝脏造成损害。如果单纯靠药物治疗恐怕很难坚持,胡乱使用眼药水更会使眼睛受损伤,导致各种眼病或失明的危险,且服用中药比较麻烦,口感不佳,不宜长期服用,效果也不一定理想。本发明以“丹参叶”叶片为原料,其中芽叶功效最佳,纯手工采摘,经过古法制茶工艺与中药饮片工艺结合加工而成。汤色碧绿,清香四溢,微苦甘醇。经过药理,毒理及临床证明,丹参叶具有广泛的适应能力。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明还提供一种所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备步骤包括以下方面:
a.9-10月中旬采摘丹参叶,炒制;
b.炒好的丹参叶揉捻、提香;
c.将所述其他原料粉碎、浸泡乙醇加热萃取;
d.再将剩余原料提取的药液过滤、浓缩成颗粒剂、粉剂或膏剂;
e.将浓缩的颗粒剂、粉剂或膏剂与制备好的丹参叶混合,灭菌制备成保健茶剂。
所述步骤a中,9-10月中旬可以手工采摘鲜嫩的丹参叶,晾晒,干透;将晾晒好的丹参叶放入杀青锅中去青,在70-100℃下杀青20-30分钟,然后放入大铁锅内进行翻炒,先向下后向上,用力要均匀,当丹参叶颜色开始发黄,开始小火翻炒20-30分钟成型。
所述步骤b中,可以将炒好的丹参叶揉捻,然后放入提香机中提香20-30分钟,取出后自然晾干。
所述步骤c中,可以取其他原料洗净晾干,于70℃烘箱中,烘8-12h,取出置于干燥箱内冷却,用粉碎机粉碎过80-100目筛;将过筛的颗粒物浸泡水中12小时,然后放入提取罐加热煮沸1小时,过滤,滤液备用;滤渣加水,第二次加热,煮沸45分钟,过滤,滤液备用;滤渣再加水,第三次加热煮沸半小时,过滤,加热浓缩至膏状,静置备用。
所述步骤d中,可以将膏状提取物置于70-90%乙醇中浸泡1-2小时,在水浴锅内加热到60℃-70℃,浸提2h,每10min搅拌一次,用纱布过滤,残渣中加入50-60%乙醇,60℃-70℃继续浸提2h,每10min搅拌一次,纱布过滤,合并浸提液,浓缩成糊状滤液,再置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩后的膏剂加蜂蜜调和制成颗粒剂;或直接干燥制成粉剂。
所述步骤e中,可以将制好的丹参叶与提炼的其他原料混合,经紫外线消毒杀菌后装袋。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明再提供一种所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其余原料的制备步骤还可以为:取其他原料洗净去杂,泡入5-10倍量的乙醇中,将药粉置有盖不锈钢桶内,加70%乙醇液,质量为粗粉的0.8-1倍,搅拌均匀,湿润密闭放置1小时以上,使充分膨胀;将渗漉筒底部滤板用纱布袋包裹铺平后再将湿润膨胀后的药物样品拌松弄散,然后用不锈钢勺盛粉,均匀的装入渗漉筒,装10-12厘米厚,用T型棒压匀,再按上述操作,一层一层的装入,适当加压,药粉填装不得超过渗漉筒的2/3高处;药粉面上盖不锈钢孔板压牢,打开渗漉筒下面的放料阀,并放一容器,然后缓缓加入70%乙醇液;待排出药粉粉粒之间的空气,并有乙醇流出约20L左右,关闭放料阀,盖上漉筒、浸渍24小时,然后开放料阀进行渗漉,控制渗漉速度一般为1000g药材每分钟流出2~3ml,滤液放入贮液缸内,并将排空时的乙醇液倒入贮液缸;将渗滤液合并静置;将上述步骤得到的滤液置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩至90℃时相对密度为1.05的浓缩液,置0~5℃低温冷藏24小时;将冷藏液加0.3%的助滤剂硅藻土,过滤,滤液再置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩至每1ml含0.1g生药量;浓缩后的膏剂加蜂蜜调和制成颗粒剂;或直接干燥制成粉剂。
本发明有益的技术效果在于,本发明以丹参叶叶片为原料,其中芽叶功效最佳,纯手工采摘,经过古法制茶工艺与中药饮片工艺结合加工而成。本发明汤色碧绿,清香四溢,微苦甘醇。丹参叶有降血脂、降血压、降血糖、镇静、催眠、抗紧张、抗溃疡、抗疲劳、延长细胞寿命以及增进食欲,增强抵抗力,通畅大便,抗衰老等多种功效;研究表明:丹参叶除了含有丹参叶皂甙外,还含有黄酮类物质,多糖,磷脂,氨基酸,维生素,常量和微量无机元素等活性成份。再加上一些滋补肝肾,口感平和使人易于接受的中药,能较好的达到滋补肝肾、益阴养血、补虚益精气,祛风明目,滋补肝肾的功效,对慢性肝炎、早期肝硬化、脂肪肝、酒精肝和药物性肝损害等各种肝脏疾病的治疗有很高的保健作用,针对性更强。

肝开窍于目,目的视觉功能主要依赖肝之阴血的濡养;肝的经脉又上联目系。因此,肝的功能正常与否常常在目上反映出来。例如:肝血不足可出现视物模糊、夜盲;肝阴亏损,则两目干涩、视力减退;肝火上炎,则目赤肿痛。中医强调,人要经常疏肝气、清肝毒、降肝火、养肝血,疏肝气可使全身气机疏泄通畅,体内不堵则面上无痘;清肝毒可化解消除体内污染,体内无毒则脸无暗色;降肝火可使体内阴阳平衡,体内不焦则皮肤滋润不燥;养肝血可以滋养全身脏器,肝血充盈则体表光泽有弹性。修复受损肝脏,使全身气机疏泄条达,全身气血顺畅运行,以达到疏肝养颜目的。产生毒素的源头是肝。当肝不能很好地完成解毒工作时,毒素就在体内漫延。疏肝养颜首先从肝脏健康入手,让健康的肝脏完成各项解毒工作,彻底切断毒素来源,让容颜持久美丽。
祖国医学认为对于脂肪肝,以祛湿化痰、活血化瘀,舒肝利胆,调和脾胃为治则。本发明由丹参叶、茵陈、五味子、栀子等制成,方中茵陈入肝胆经,疏肝解郁,清热利湿;板蓝根,清热解毒;五味子收敛固涩,益气生津。诸药合用,具有疏肝理气、清热养肝、利湿解毒、健脾消食、降酶、祛脂的作用。对各种原因导致的脂肪肝均有明显疗效,对高脂血症也有一定效果。
本发明的保健作用在:1、保肝降酶:五味子、茵陈对CCl4、硫代乙酰胺、D-半乳糖胺、扑热息痛等化学毒物所致动物急慢性肝损伤引起的血清谷丙转氨酶活性升高具有明显的降低作用,同时对此引起的肝细胞损伤有减轻作用。2、增强肝脏解毒能力:①诱导肝药酶:五味子甲素、乙素、丙素、茵陈色原酮、茵陈黄酮等能明显诱导肝细胞微粒体细胞色素P450活性,使其含量显著增加,促进肝药酶的合成和增强肝药酶的活性。②抑制酶活性:茵陈色原酮、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素、茵陈黄酮等能抑制β-葡萄糖醛酸酶活性,减少葡萄糖醛酸的分解。本发明可加快化学药物毒物在肝脏的代谢速率,降低其的肝脏毒性。3、修复损伤的肝细胞:①促进肝糖原及肝内蛋白质合成:五味子乙素等能显著增加C-苯丙氨酸掺入肝脏蛋白质的速度,促进蛋白质合成。五味子醇乙、甲素、醇甲、乙素能明显直接促进肝糖原的生成。柴胡能促进肝脏蛋白同化,增加肝糖原。②促进肝细胞增殖:柴胡皂苷、茵陈能促进肝细胞DNA合成,抑制细胞外基质的合成。③抗细胞氧化及衰老:五味子乙素等可提高肝细胞浆内SOD和CAT活性,提高肝谷光甘肽抗氧化系统作用,减轻氧自由基对肝细胞的损害,抑制CCl4和SO4/半脘氨酸引起的肝微粒体脂质过氧化,减少肝内丙二醛(MDA)的生成,提高肝细胞存活率。④稳定细胞膜:五味子乙素、靛蓝能维持在氧化损伤状态下的肝细胞膜的稳定性,保护细胞膜结构完整和功能正常。茵陈可直接保护细胞膜的完整,并稳定细胞器膜。⑤抗炎作用:五味子能增强肾上腺皮质功能,促进ACTH分泌,提高机体对非特异性刺激的抵抗能力,使肝细胞炎症反应减轻。茵陈亦有一定的抗炎作用。4、阻断肝细胞纤维化:五味子乙素可降低肝脏中的羟氨酸含量,说明肝脏中胶原含量减少,纤维化减轻。柴胡具有抑制纤维增生和促进纤维吸收的作用,从而阻断肝细胞纤维化。
丹参(SalviamiltiorrhizaBge.)为唇形科(Labiatae)鼠尾草属(Salvia)植物,以根入药。目前丹参地下部及其制剂广泛应用于临床,但大量的地上部分却弃之不用。有研究表明,丹参地上部含有与根相似的水溶性成分,且地上部分约为根重的两倍,因此,对丹参地上部的开发利用十分必要,丹参叶茶就是开发丹参叶的一种方式。本发明对丹参叶中的有效成分进行动态分析,以化学成分含量最高时期采收的丹参叶为原料,并对丹参叶茶加工过程的工艺参数进行控制,以开发含有较高有效成分的优质丹参叶茶。同时对丹参叶茶的饮用方法及其抗氧化性能进行初步分析,为丹参叶茶的推广提供技术支持和理论支撑。研究结果如下:(1)丹参叶在8月份后水分含量基本不变,而且叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖、总酚、类黄酮、维生素C、丹酚酸B和迷迭香酸在9月份至10月中旬基本处于含量高峰期。考虑到丹参在9月份已封垄,在此期间采叶不但不影响丹参根部生长,反而有利于通风透光;而10月中旬以后,丹参叶开始老化,各种化学成分含量下降。因此,丹参叶的适宜采收期为9月至10月中旬。(2)萎凋增加了丹参叶的类黄酮、总酚和游离氨基酸含量,但同时降低了可溶性糖的含量,因此要注意萎凋时间的长短,从而达到既改进丹参叶茶的活性成分,又不会极大地影响丹参叶茶的感官品质。本研究发现丹参叶的最适合萎凋时间为6h左右。(3)通过分析丹参叶茶杀青方法、鲜叶处理方法对丹参叶茶化学成分和感官品质的影响,得出丹参鲜叶不切进行蒸汽杀青效果最好。(4)揉捻会增加丹参叶茶的细胞破损率,从而使其水浸出物含量增加,有利于提高丹参叶茶的可冲泡性。(5)通过分析不同干燥方法对丹参叶茶化学成分和感官品质的影响,得出烘干的丹参叶茶品质较好。(6)对丹参叶茶进行冲泡试验,得出较优的冲泡条件为:冲泡水温100℃、冲泡茶水比1g∶50mL,冲泡时间3-5min。其中冲泡水温对丹参叶茶的水浸出物和感官品质影响最大。(7)丹参叶茶、丹参叶和丹参根茶的水提取物和乙醇提取物在羟基自由基清除率、清除DPPH自由基、还原力和抑制脂质过氧化能力等方面均有一定的作用,且丹参叶茶的抗氧化能力高于丹参叶和丹参根茶,表明经过加工有助于丹参叶茶抗氧化能力的提高。
本发明以“丹参叶”叶片为原料,其中芽叶功效最佳,纯手工采摘,经过古法制茶工艺与中药饮片工艺结合加工而成。汤色碧绿,清香四溢,微苦甘醇。对慢性肝炎、早期肝硬化、脂肪肝、酒精肝和药物性肝损害等各种肝脏疾病的治疗有很高的保健作用,针对性更强。
茯苓味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用。茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。茯苓之利水,是通过健运脾肺功能而达到的,与其它直接利水的中药不同。用于脾虚泄泻,带下茯苓既能健脾,又能渗湿,对于脾虚运化失常所致泄泻、带下,应用茯苓有标本兼顾之效,常与党参、白芍、山药等配伍。有可用为补肺脾,治气虚之辅佐药。
天花粉为葫芦科植物栝蒌的根,是一种中药,为清热泻火类药物,其具体功效是清热泻火,生津止渴,排脓消肿。主治:治热病口渴、消渴、黄疸、肺燥咳血、痈肿、痔痿。对于治疗糖尿病,常用它与滋阴药配合使用,以达到标本兼治的作用。《本草汇言》:天花粉,退五脏郁热,如心火盛而舌干口燥,肺火盛而咽肿喉痹,脾火盛而口舌齿肿,痰火盛而咳嗽不宁。若肝火之胁胀走注,肾火之骨蒸烦热,或痈疽已溃未溃,而热毒不散,或五疸身目俱黄,而小水若淋若涩,是皆火热郁结所致,惟此剂能开郁结,降痰火,并能治之。又其性甘寒,善能治渴,从补药而治虚渴,从凉药而治火渴,从气药而治郁渴,从血药而治烦渴,乃治渴之要药也。
茵陈性微寒,味辛、苦功能主治清湿热,退黄疸。用于黄疸尿少、湿疮瘙痒、传染性黄疸型肝炎。茵陈的功效。清热利湿;退黄.主治:黄疸;小便不利;湿疮瘙痒等.药理学研究有利胆,保护肝功能,解热,抗炎,降血脂,降压,扩冠等作用,当然,这只是西医学提取茵陈成分做出来的研究,临床应用上效果如何不好判定。茵陈用量过大可引起头晕,恶心,腹泻,上腹部不适,急性肝胆损伤,亦有心律不齐的报导.但是治疗剂量的茵陈一般不会造成严重的损伤。茵陈有显著的保肝作用,对甲,乙型肝炎,黄疸型肝炎,有显著的疗效.有利胆,促进胆汁分泌,增加胆汁中胆酸和胆红素排出的作用.能增加心脏冠脉血流量,改善微循环,并有降血压,降血脂,抗凝血,利尿解热平喘,驱除蛔虫及抑制多种致病性皮肤真菌与细菌的作用。
郁金辛、苦,寒。归肝、心、肺经。功能主治行气化瘀,清心解郁,利胆退黄。用于经闭痛经,胸腹胀痛、刺痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,黄疸尿赤。行气解郁,凉血破瘀。治胸腹胁肋诸痛,失心癫狂,热病神昏,吐血,衄血,尿血,血淋,妇女倒经,黄疸。《药性论》载其:治女人宿血气心痛,冷气结聚,温醋摩服之。《唐本草》载其:主血积,下气,生肌,止血,破恶血,血淋,尿血,金疮。
白芍入肝、脾经,养血柔肝,缓中止痛,敛阴收汗。治胸腹胁肋疼痛,泻痢腹痛,自汗盗汗,阴虚发热,月经不调,崩漏,带下,妇人血闭不通,消瘀血,能蚀脓,益女子血。《日华子本草》:治风、补劳,主女人一切病,并产前后诸疾,通月水,退热,除烦,益气,天行热疾,瘟瘴,惊狂,妇人血运,及肠风,泻血,痔瘘。发背,疮疥,头痛,明目,目赤努肉。赤色者多补气,白者治血。
五味子温;酸、甘;归肺、心、肾经。收敛固涩,益气生津,补肾宁心。用于久嗽虚喘,梦遗滑精,遗尿尿频,久泻不止,自汗,盗汗,津伤口渴,短气脉虚,内热消渴,心悸失眠。果实作中药功能益气生津、敛肺滋肾、止泻、涩精、安神,可治久咳虚喘、津少口干、遗精久泻、健忘失眠等症。五味子果实作中药功能益气生津、敛肺滋肾、止泻、涩精、安神,可治久咳虚喘、津少口干、遗精久泻、健忘失眠等症。药理试验证明能调节中枢神经系统的兴奋和抑制过程,促进肌体代谢,调节胃液和胆液分泌,对肝炎恢复期转氨酶升高者有降低作用。《本草汇言》:五味子,敛气生津之药也。故《唐本草》主收敛肺虚久嗽耗散之气。凡气虚喘急,咳逆劳损,精神不足,脉势空虚,或劳伤阳气,肢体赢瘦,或虚气上乘,自汗频来,或精元耗竭,阴虚火炎,或亡阴亡阳,神散脉脱,以五味子治之,成用其酸敛生津,保固元气而无遗泄也。然在上入肺,在下入肾,入肺有生津济源之益,入肾有固精养髓之功。五味子主要成分五味子素、五味子酷和醇,其作用机理是抑制肝细胞微粒中转氨酶的活力,诱导微粒体产生细胞色素P-450,增强肝细胞的解毒能力,并能促进肝细胞的修复
谷精草,谷精草属(拉丁学名:EriocaulonLinn.)中药名。一年生草本,中国多数地区以该种植物全草作谷精草入药,秋季开花结珠时采收,晒干。具有疏散风热,明目退翳的功效。用于肝经风热、目赤肿痛、目生翳障、风热头痛、夜盲症等症。《本草纲目》:“谷精草体轻性浮,能上行阳明分野。凡治目中诸病,加而用之,甚良。明目退翳之功,似在菊花之上也。”《开宝本草》:“主疗喉痹,齿风痛及诸疮疥。”
垂盆草(拉丁学名:SedumsarmentosumBunge),别名:狗牙半支、狗牙瓣、鼠牙半支、石指甲、佛指甲、半支莲、垂盆草一般生长在山坡岩石石隙、山沟边、河边湿润处,极易栽培,对环境要求不严,家前屋后均可种植,也可盆栽,通常采用分株繁殖,垂盆草是一味民间流传极广的常用药草,全草入药,有清热解毒、消肿利尿、排脓生肌等的功效。清热利湿;解毒消肿。主湿热黄疸;淋病;泻痢;肺痈;肠痈;疮疖肿毒;蛇虫咬伤;水火烫伤;咽喉肿痛;口腔溃疡及湿疹;带状疱疹。
白术,拉丁学名Atractylodesmacrocephala。别名桴蓟,于术,冬白术,淅术,杨桴,吴术,片术、苍术等,属于菊科、苍术属多年生草本植物。喜凉爽气候,以根茎入药,具有多项药用功能。主要分布于四川、云南、贵州等山区湿地。白术具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎的功效,用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。《医学启源》记载:“除湿益燥,和中益气,温中,去脾胃中湿,除胃热,强脾胃,进饮食,安胎。”
三七,中药名。为五加科植物三七Panaxnotoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen的干燥根和根茎。秋季花开前采挖,洗净,分开主根、支根及根茎,干燥。支根习称“筋条”,根茎习称“剪口”。《本草纲目》:止血散血定痛,金刃箭伤、跌扑杖疮、血出不止者,嚼烂涂,或为末掺之,其血即止。亦主吐血衄血,下血血痢,崩中经水不止,产后恶血不下,血运血痛,赤目痈肿,虎咬蛇伤诸病。《本草求真》:专入肝胃。兼入心大肠。又名山漆。时珍曰。或云能合金疮。如漆粘物也。
鸡骨草,中药名。为豆科植物广州相思子的干燥全株。甘、微苦,凉。有利湿退黄,清热解毒,疏肝止痛之功效。常用于湿热黄疽,胁肋不舒,胃脘胀痛,乳痈肿痛。鸡骨草还可在春夏潮湿季节用来煲汤作食疗。《中国药植图鉴》:“治风湿骨痛,跌打瘀血内伤;并作清凉解热药。”
虎杖,中药名。为蓼科植物虎杖PolygonumcuspidatumSieb.etZucc.的干燥根茎和根。春、秋二季采挖,除去须根,洗净,趁鲜切短段或厚片,晒干。分布于西北、华东、华中、华南及西南等地。具有利湿退黄,清热解毒,散瘀止痛,止咳化痰的功效。用于湿热黄疸,淋浊,带下,风湿痹痛,痈肿疮毒,水火烫伤,经闭,症瘕,趺打损伤,肺热咳嗽。
黄芪性甘温,归肺经,有补气升阳、益卫固表之功能。经常用黄芪配伍琼珍灵芝煎汤或泡水代茶饮,具有良好的防病保健作用。现代医学研究表明,黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。黄芪食用方便,可煎汤,煎膏,浸酒,入菜肴等。
党参(学名;Codonopsispilosula)呈椭圆形或类圆形的厚片,表面黄棕色或灰黄色,切面黄白色或黄棕色,有裂隙或菊花纹,中央有淡黄色圆心。周边淡黄白色置黄棕色,有纵皱纹。有特殊香气,味微甜。生党参片益气生津力胜。常用于气津两伤或气血两亏。党参味甘,性平。有补中益气、止渴、健脾益肺,养血生津。用于脾肺气虚,食少倦怠,咳嗽虚喘,气血不足,面色萎黄,心悸气短,津伤口渴,内热消渴。懒言短气、四肢无力、食欲不佳、气虚、气津两虚、气血双亏以及血虚萎黄等症。但表证未解而中满邪实的不能用。该品功效与人参相似,惟药力薄弱。治一般虚证,可代替人参使用;虚脱重证,则仍用人参为宜。秋季采挖,洗净,晒干。
旱莲草滋补肝肾、凉血止血,可治各种吐血,肠出血等症。捣汁涂眉发,能促进毛发生长,内服有乌发、黑发功效。《唐本草》说,墨旱莲“主血痢,针灸疮发,洪血不可止者敬之”《日华子本草》中也说,墨旱莲可以“排脓,止血,通小肠,敷一切疮并蚕瘑”。《本草纲目》指出,墨旱莲“乌须发,益肾阴”。《本草述》认为,墨旱莲“疗溺血及肾虚变为劳淋”。在临床上,墨旱莲常与女贞子同用,旱莲草和女贞子都有保肝、解毒、降低转氨酶的作用,可以治疗肝肾阴虚,失眠心烦,耳鸣头晕,腰膝酸软等病证。
栀子是传统中药,属卫生部颁布的第1批药食两用资源,具有护肝、利胆、降压、镇静、止血、消肿等作用,在中医临床常用于治疗黄疸型肝炎、扭挫伤、高血压、糖尿病等症。主治热病心烦;肝火目赤;头痛;湿热黄疸;淋证;血痢尿血;口舌生疮;疮疡肿毒;扭伤肿痛。本品对目赤肿痛有很大疗效。该品清泻三焦热邪,可治肝胆火热上攻之目赤肿痛,常配大黄用,如栀子汤《圣济总录》。
桑寄生苦;甘;性平。补肝肾;强筋骨;祛风湿;安胎。主腰膝酸痛;筋骨痿弱;肢体偏枯;风湿痹痛;头错目眩;胎动不安,崩漏下血。用于风湿痹痛,腰膝酸软,筋骨无力,崩漏经多,妊娠漏血,胎动不安;高血压。《本经逢原》:寄生得桑之余气而生,性专祛风逐湿,通调血脉,故《本经》取治妇人腰痛,小儿背强等病,血脉通调而肌肤眉须皆受其荫,即有痈肿,亦得消散矣。《本草求真》:桑寄生,号为补肾补血要剂。缘肾主骨,发主血,苦人肾,肾得补则筋骨有力,不致屡痔而酸感矣。甘补血,血得补则发受其灌荫而不桔脱落矣。故凡内而腰痛、筋骨笃疾、胎堕,外而金疮、肌肤风湿,何一不借此以为主治乎。
具体实施例1:
9-10月中旬采摘,先将丹参叶炒制,揉捻、提香。
再将其余原料谷精草,盆垂草,郁金,三七,白术,虎杖,茵陈,天花粉,黄芪,白芍,栀子,桑寄生,五味子,鸡骨草,党参,旱莲草,粉碎,提取制成膏剂、颗粒剂或粉剂。
两种提取物混合,紫外线杀菌消毒装袋。
具体实施例2:
9-10月中旬采摘,手工采摘鲜嫩的丹参叶5000g,晾晒,干透;将晾晒好的丹参叶放入杀青锅中去青,在70-100℃下杀青30-45分钟,然后放入大铁锅内进行翻炒,先向下后向上,用力要均匀,当丹参叶颜色开始发黄,开始小火翻炒20-30分钟成型。将炒好的丹参叶揉捻后放入提香机中提香30-45分钟,取出后自然晾干。
再取其他原料谷精草1500g,盆垂草1500g,郁金1500g,三七1500g,白术1500g,虎杖1500g,茵陈1500g,天花粉1500g,黄芪1500g,白芍1500g,栀子1500g,桑寄生1500g,五味子1500g,鸡骨草1500g,党参1500g,旱莲草1500g,洗净晾干,于70℃烘箱中,烘8-12h,取出置于干燥箱内冷却,用粉碎机粉碎过80-100目筛;将过筛的颗粒物浸泡水中12小时,然后放入提取罐加热煮沸1小时,过滤,滤液备用;滤渣加水,第二次加热,煮沸45分钟,过滤,滤液备用;滤渣再加水,第三次加热煮沸半小时,过滤,加热浓缩至膏状,静置备用。将膏状提取物置于70-90%乙醇中浸泡1-2小时,在水浴锅内加热到60℃-70℃,浸提2h,每10min搅拌一次,用纱布过滤,残渣中加入50-60%乙醇,60℃-70℃继续浸提2h,每10min搅拌一次,纱布过滤,合并浸提液,浓缩成糊状滤液,再置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩后的膏剂加蜂蜜调和制成颗粒剂;或直接干燥制成粉剂。然后加蜂蜜调和,制成颗粒剂,混合提香的丹参叶,紫外线灭菌,包装即得。
具体实施例3:
9-10月中旬采摘,手工采摘鲜嫩的丹参叶3000g,晾晒,干透;将晾晒好的丹参叶放入杀青锅中去青,在70-100℃下杀青30-45分钟,然后放入大铁锅内进行翻炒,先向下后向上,用力要均匀,当丹参叶颜色开始发黄,开始小火翻炒20-30分钟成型。将炒好的丹参叶揉捻、放入提香机中提香30-45分钟,取出后自然晾干。
再取其他原料谷精草1100g,盆垂草1100g,郁金1200g,三七1100g,白术1100g,虎杖1200g,茵陈1100g,天花粉1200g,黄芪1100g,白芍1200g,栀子1100g,桑寄生1100g,五味子1100g,鸡骨草1200g,党参1200g,旱莲草1200g,取其他原料洗净去杂,泡入5-10倍量的乙醇中,将药粉置有盖不锈钢桶内,加70%乙醇液,质量为粗粉的0.8-1倍,搅拌均匀,湿润密闭放置1小时以上,使充分膨胀;将渗漉筒底部滤板用纱布袋包裹铺平后再将湿润膨胀后的药物样品拌松弄散,然后用不锈钢勺盛粉,均匀的装入渗漉筒,装10-12厘米厚,用T型棒压匀,再按上述操作,一层一层的装入,适当加压,药粉填装不得超过渗漉筒的2/3高处;药粉面上盖不锈钢孔板压牢,打开渗漉筒下面的放料阀,并放一容器,然后缓缓加入70%乙醇液;待排出药粉粉粒之间的空气,并有乙醇流出约20L左右,关闭放料阀,盖上漉筒、浸渍24小时,然后开放料阀进行渗漉,控制渗漉速度一般为1000g药材每分钟流出2~3ml,滤液放入贮液缸内,并将排空时的乙醇液倒入贮液缸;将渗滤液合并静置;将上述步骤得到的滤液置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩至90℃时相对密度为1.05的浓缩液,置0~5℃低温冷藏24小时;将冷藏液加0.3%的助滤剂硅藻土,过滤,滤液再置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩至每1ml含0.1g生药量;浓缩后的膏剂加蜂蜜调和制成颗粒剂;或直接干燥制成粉剂。混合提香的丹参叶,紫外线灭菌,包装即得。
毒理学实验
一、皮肤刺激实验
1、实验方法
将豚鼠背部脊柱两侧将脱毛剂均匀涂上,使去毛范围约20平方厘米。洗净脱毛剂归笼观察24小时,每组豚鼠分别涂本发明4、8和12g,分别含生药92mg、184mg和368mg,另一组涂溶媒0.8ml每日二次,连续一周,实验结束后,将豚鼠处死,心,肝,肾及脱毛皮肤做病理检验。
2、结果
上述三组用药豚鼠躯干脱毛区,未见局部皮肤有水肿、充血、红斑、出血点及溃疡。用药组豚鼠毛发色泽、摄食、四肢活动等对照组无明显差异,病理组织学检查,给药组心、肝、肾及脱毛皮与对照字比较也无明显差异。
结果提示,本发明无局部刺激作用,也未见全身毒性表现。表明本发明制剂使用安全。
二、动物急性毒性试验研究:
本发明经预试验,不能测出LD50,故测定最大给药量。采用直肠给药途径,测得小鼠的一日最大给药量为62.7g/kg(以药粉计),约为拟临床人用量的1567.5倍(人以60kg计),大鼠的一日最大给药量62.7g/kg(以药粉计),约为拟临床人用量的1567.5倍。实验动物均连续观察一周,其外观体征、精神状态、饮食、饮水、粪便等均未见明显异常。实验结束时,动物均健康存活,体重增加。
三、动物长期毒性试验研究:
本试验设本发明药物高、中、低剂量组和基质对照组、空白对照组,采用直肠给药途径给予大鼠,给药剂量分别为3.2、2.4和1.6g/kg(以药粉计),相当于拟临床病人用量[0.04g(药粉)/kg]的80、60和40倍,连续给药2个月,在给药过程中,各给药组及基质组大鼠的体重、饮食量、外观体征、行为活动、精神状态、毛色、粪便性状与空白对照组比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),动物体重增长值和主要脏器系数与空白对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),血液学和血液生化指标检查结果给药组个别指标与空白对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),但恢复期结束后有差异的血液学和血液生化指标均已恢复正常,其他指标与空白对照比较差异不显著(P>0.05),给药期和恢复期组织学检查高剂量组动物主要脏器与空白对照组比较未见明显差异,未见迟缓性毒性出现。
药理学试验
对肝损伤的药理实验:1、对小鼠CCl4急性肝损伤的保护作用:结果证明,能明显降低血清谷丙转氨酶的含量,且与西药降低谷丙转氨酶强度基本相同。经镜下观察,护肝片组肝细胞坏死程度有所减轻,线粒体肿胀程度及基质疏松程度亦有所减轻。上述实验结果说明,本发明对四氯化碳引起的小鼠急肝损伤有明显的保护作用。2、对小鼠D-半乳糖胺盐酸盐急性肝损伤的保护作用:结果表明,本发明可使血清谷丙转氨酶明显降低,并呈一定的量效关系,表明与西药降低血清谷丙转氨酶作用基本相同。上述实验结果证明,本发明经口服,对四氯化碳、D-半乳糖胺所致小鼠肝损伤而引起的血清谷丙转氨酶升高具有明显的降低作用,并呈一定的量效关系。经镜下观察,对四氯化碳所致的肝损伤程度有减轻作用,对氢化可的松所致的小鼠免疫功能低下有明显的对抗作用,可使单核吞噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬活性明显增强,提示护肝片还具有一定增强免疫功能的作用。综上所述,本发明具有明显的保肝降酶、增强免疫功能的作用。
对酒精肝的影响:按0.8、0.4、0.2g/kg三个剂量大鼠灌胃给药45天,中(相当成人临床用量)、高剂量组对长期饮酒引起的大鼠体重、血清SOD、ALB的降低有对抗作用;对血清ALT、AST、MDA及肝组织中的MDA升高具有明显的抑制作用;对肝脏病理组织学检查证明,护肝片高、中、低三个剂量组损伤程度均明显轻于模型对照组。故认为护肝片具有一定保护酒精引起的肝损伤作用,其机制可能是本发明有不同程度降低血清及肝组织中的MDA含量,增加其SOD和GST活力,清除自由基及脂质过氧化物,从而起到保护肝细胞及机体内组织器官的作用。表明本发明在0.4-0.8g/kg之间服用有一定的治疗酒精性肝病的作用。
对药物性肝损伤影响:对118例肝损伤患者,随机分成观察组68例,除常规基础治疗外,予本发明,每日3次;对照组60例给于常规基础治疗。观察症状、体征、肝功生化、部分病例肝病理检测。结果表明,两组在症状(乏力、纳差、胁痛、腹胀)、体征(肝肿大、黄疸)改善方面均有显著疗效,组间对比无明显差异(P>0.05);两组肝功(ALT、AST、T-BiL、GGT)改善方面均有显著疗效,组间对比(ALT、AST、T-BiL)有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组病理学诊断配对标本2例,显示炎症活动度等改善明显;观察组总有效率63/68(92.6%),对照组总有效率45/60(75.0%);预后与年龄、黄疸指数有关。结论:常规基础治疗加用本发明运用于DILD患者的疗效优于常规基础治疗。葵花牌护肝片能显著改善DILD患者的临床症状,有较强的修复损伤肝细胞,降低血清转氨酶;诱导肝药酶活性,降低药物对肝细胞损害。
对于肝脏损伤,主要通过AST、ALT、GGT三个指标来评定。其中AST(血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶)和ALT(血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶)存在于多个脏器和组织中,这2种酶明显升高代表肝细胞遭到破坏,是肝脏受损的标志。酒精性脂肪肝可有AST和ALT轻度升高。谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)是诊断胆道系统疾病时常用的指标。试验结果显示,对于酒精性肝炎,本发明可使受试者的相关指标在治疗后出现显著下降,ALT、AST、GGT分别下降61.38%、21.43%、23.48%。治疗的有效率、显效率和总有效率分别达到11.11%、72.20%和83.31%。本发明用于酒精性脂肪肝中医疗效评价的治疗的显效率、有效率和总有效率分别达到22.22%、51.39%和73.61%。综上研究显示,本发明对酒精性脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎和药物性肝炎作用明确,效果显著,可广泛用于上述疾病的保健及辅助治疗。
丹参(SalviamiltiorrhizaBge.)为唇形科(Labiatae)鼠尾草属(Salvia)植物,以根入药。目前丹参地下部及其制剂广泛应用于临床,但大量的地上部分却弃之不用。有研究表明,丹参地上部含有与根相似的水溶性成分,且地上部分约为根重的两倍,因此,对丹参地上部的开发利用十分必要,丹参叶茶就是开发丹参叶的一种方式。本发明对丹参叶中的有效成分进行动态分析,以化学成分含量最高时期采收的丹参叶为原料,并对丹参叶茶加工过程的工艺参数进行控制,以开发含有较高有效成分的优质丹参叶茶。同时对丹参叶茶的饮用方法及其抗氧化性能进行初步分析,为丹参叶茶的推广提供技术支持和理论支撑。研究结果如下:(1)丹参叶在8月份后水分含量基本不变,而且叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖、总酚、类黄酮、维生素C、丹酚酸B和迷迭香酸在9月份至10月中旬基本处于含量高峰期。考虑到丹参在9月份已封垄,在此期间采叶不但不影响丹参根部生长,反而有利于通风透光;而10月中旬以后,丹参叶开始老化,各种化学成分含量下降。因此,丹参叶的适宜采收期为9月至10月中旬。(2)萎凋增加了丹参叶的类黄酮、总酚和游离氨基酸含量,但同时降低了可溶性糖的含量,因此要注意萎凋时间的长短,从而达到既改进丹参叶茶的活性成分,又不会极大地影响丹参叶茶的感官品质。本研究发现丹参叶的最适合萎凋时间为6h左右。(3)通过分析丹参叶茶杀青方法、鲜叶处理方法对丹参叶茶化学成分和感官品质的影响,得出丹参鲜叶不切进行蒸汽杀青效果最好。(4)揉捻会增加丹参叶茶的细胞破损率,从而使其水浸出物含量增加,有利于提高丹参叶茶的可冲泡性。(5)通过分析不同干燥方法对丹参叶茶化学成分和感官品质的影响,得出烘干的丹参叶茶品质较好。(6)对丹参叶茶进行冲泡试验,得出较优的冲泡条件为:冲泡水温100℃、冲泡茶水比1g∶50mL,冲泡时间3-5min。其中冲泡水温对丹参叶茶的水浸出物和感官品质影响最大。(7)丹参叶茶、丹参叶和丹参根茶的水提取物和乙醇提取物在羟基自由基清除率、清除DPPH自由基、还原力和抑制脂质过氧化能力等方面均有一定的作用,且丹参叶茶的抗氧化能力高于丹参叶和丹参根茶,表明经过加工有助于丹参叶茶抗氧化能力的提高。
Claims (10)
1.一种护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶,其特征在于,所述养肝护肝丹参叶保健茶中各种原料的重量份数为:丹参叶10~50份,谷精草10~20份,盆垂草10~20份,郁金10~20份,三七10~20份,白术10~20份,虎杖10~20份,茵陈10~20份,天花粉10~20份,黄芪10~20份,白芍10~20份,栀子10~20份,桑寄生10~20份,五味子10~20份,鸡骨草10~20份,党参10~20份,旱莲草10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶,其特征在于,所述养肝护肝丹参叶保健茶中各种原料的重量份数为:丹参叶10~40份,谷精草10~15份,盆垂草10~15份,郁金10~15份,三七10~15份,白术10~15份,虎杖10~15份,茵陈10~15份,天花粉10~15份,黄芪10~20份,白芍10~20份,栀子10~20份,桑寄生10~20份,五味子10~20份,鸡骨草10~20份,党参10~20份,旱莲草10~20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶,其特征在于,所述养肝护肝丹参叶保健茶中各种原料的重量份数为:丹参叶10~30份,谷精草10~20份,盆垂草10~20份,郁金10~20份,三七10~20份,白术10~20份,虎杖10~20份,茵陈10~20份,天花粉10~20份,黄芪10~15份,白芍10~15份,栀子10~15份,桑寄生10~15份,五味子10~15份,鸡骨草10~15份,党参10~15份,旱莲草10~15份。
4.一种如权利要求1~3项任一项所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备步骤包括以下方面:
a.9-10月中旬采摘丹参叶,然后炒制;
b.炒好的丹参叶揉捻、提香;
c.将所述其他原料粉碎、浸泡乙醇加热萃取;
d.再将剩余原料提取的药液过滤、浓缩成颗粒剂、粉剂或膏剂;
e.将浓缩的颗粒剂、粉剂或膏剂与制备好的丹参叶混合,灭菌制备成保健茶剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中,9-10月中旬手工采摘鲜嫩的丹参叶,晾晒,干透;将晾晒好的丹参叶放入杀青锅中去青,在70-100℃下杀青20-30分钟,然后放入大铁锅内进行翻炒,先向下后向上,用力要均匀,当丹参叶颜色开始发黄,开始小火翻炒20-30分钟成型。
6.根据权利要求4所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中,将炒好的丹参叶进行揉捻,然后放入提香机中提香20-30分钟,取出后自然晾干。
7.根据权利要求4所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中,取其他原料洗净晾干,于70℃烘箱中,烘8-12h,取出置于干燥箱内冷却,用粉碎机粉碎过80-100目筛;将过筛的颗粒物浸泡水中12小时,然后放入提取罐加热煮沸1小时,过滤,滤液备用;滤渣加水,第二次加热,煮沸45分钟,过滤,滤液备用;滤渣再加水,第三次加热煮沸半小时,过滤,加热浓缩至膏状,静置备用。
8.根据权利要求4所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d中,将膏状提取物置于70-90%乙醇中浸泡1-2小时,在水浴锅内加热到60℃-70℃,浸提2h,每10min搅拌一次,用纱布过滤,残渣中加入50-60%乙醇,60℃-70℃继续浸提2h,每10min搅拌一次,纱布过滤,合并浸提液,浓缩成糊状滤液,再置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩后的膏剂加蜂蜜调和制成颗粒剂;或直接干燥制成粉剂。
9.根据权利要求4所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤e中,将制好的丹参叶与提炼的其他原料混合,经紫外线消毒杀菌后装袋。
10.一种如权利要求1~3中任一项所述护肝养肝丹参叶保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,其余原料的制备步骤还可以为:取其他原料洗净去杂,泡入5-10倍量的乙醇中,将药粉置有盖不锈钢桶内,加70%乙醇液,质量为粗粉的0.8-1倍,搅拌均匀,湿润密闭放置1小时以上,使充分膨胀;将渗漉筒底部滤板用纱布袋包裹铺平后再将湿润膨胀后的药物样品拌松弄散,然后用不锈钢勺盛粉,均匀的装入渗漉筒,装10-12厘米厚,用T型棒压匀,再按上述操作,一层一层的装入,适当加压,药粉填装不得超过渗漉筒的2/3高处;药粉面上盖不锈钢孔板压牢,打开渗漉筒下面的放料阀,并放一容器,然后缓缓加入70%乙醇液;待排出药粉粉粒之间的空气,并有乙醇流出约20L左右,关闭放料阀,盖上漉筒、浸渍24小时,然后开放料阀进行渗漉,控制渗漉速度一般为1000g药材每分钟流出2~3ml,滤液放入贮液缸内,并将排空时的乙醇液倒入贮液缸;将渗滤液合并静置;将上述步骤得到的滤液置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩至90℃时相对密度为1.05的浓缩液,置0~5℃低温冷藏24小时;将冷藏液加0.3%的助滤剂硅藻土,过滤,滤液再置入双效真空浓缩器中,浓缩至每1ml含0.1g生药量;浓缩后的膏剂加蜂蜜调和制成颗粒剂;或直接干燥制成粉剂。
