本发明公开了一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，包括锅体和吸灰泵，所述锅体内部顶部设置有烟道口，所述锅体内部上到下依次连通有烟道口、燃尽室、燃烧室和封渣池；所述燃尽室内设置有水冷炉排，所述燃烧室内设置有机械炉排，所述封渣池与燃烧室之间设置有固定炉排，所述封渣池与所述锅体底部的出灰口相连，所述出灰口上安装有吸灰泵；所述锅体的壁为双层结构，壁夹层中间设置有进火管，所述进火管的入口位于所述燃烧室的底部，出口位于所述燃尽室的底部。本发明所提供的一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，结构简单，烟气通过锅炉的本身结构达到除尘效果，燃烧效果好，热效率高，排放烟气污染物浓度低，是一种节能环保的燃煤锅炉。

Description

一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，属于环保锅炉领域。
背景技术
目前，在我国，燃煤电厂通过燃烧煤碳来发电是一种主要的发电方式，其中90%以煤碳为燃料，年耗燃料约数以亿计吨标准煤，能耗占全国能源总量的27.8%。此外每年还要排放大约几百万吨二氧化硫和粉尘。而且，随着煤碳开采得越来越多，标准煤的数量也在减少；此时，非标准煤也进入到了发电站的锅炉里，这些煤产生大量的灰尘污染物。因此，煤炭燃烧已成为我国环境污染物排放的主要来源，因此，研究开发一种将原煤燃烧后能将未完全燃烧的物质进行再燃烧且将产生的灰尘进行有效清除的节能环保锅炉十分必要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种排放污染物较少、燃烧率较高的节能除尘的燃煤锅炉。
为解决以上技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，包括锅体和吸灰泵，所述锅体内部由上到下依次连通有烟道口、燃尽室、燃烧室和封渣池；所述燃尽室内设置有水冷炉排，所述燃烧室内设置有机械炉排，所述封渣池位于所述锅体的底部，所述封渣池与燃烧室之间设置有固定炉排，所述封渣池与所述锅体底部的出灰口相连，所述出灰口上安装有吸灰泵；所述锅体的壁为双层结构，分为内壁和外壁，所述内壁和外壁的夹层中间设置有进火管，所述进火管的入口位于所述燃烧室的底部，出口位于所述燃尽室的底部。
所述机械炉排下设置有横水管。
所述锅体中部设置有清渣门。
所述锅体顶部设置有全启式安全阀，便于更换锅炉夹层中的介质水，并提高使用安全性。
所述烟道口与设置于所述锅体外部的后烟道相连，所述后烟道内设置有引风机，所述引风机上安装有烟囱。
所述吸灰泵底部设置有水槽。
本发明的工作流程为：煤粉在水冷炉排上燃烧后，加热水冷炉排内的介质水的同时，火焰向下冲刷辐射至燃烧室，随后未燃烧完全的煤粉吹落至机械炉排上继续燃烧，机械炉排带动燃烧的煤粉向下移动，火焰及烟气与燃烧室内的横水管发生热交换，同时火焰及烟气进入进火管，在进火管内将大量热能传递给锅体夹层内的介质水，然后进火管中的火焰及烟气进入燃尽室，经水冷炉排阻挡后烟气经烟道口进入后烟道，最后烟气经引风机、烟囱排入大气。
锅体内的煤粉在水冷炉排上基本燃尽，在经清渣门清渣时，剩余的少量未燃尽的炉渣落到锅体下部的机械炉排和固定炉排上，经过再次燃烧后落入封渣池内，再经吸灰泵吸出至水槽中。
因此，本发明的有益效果在于：
1. 水冷炉排、机械炉排和固定炉排的设置，使可燃物能够充分燃烧；采用水火管混用，让火在水中行，燃烧后的高温烟气经水冷炉排、横水管、进火管多次换热，换热流程长，热量大部分被吸收，极大的提高锅炉的热效率和降低锅炉的排烟温度；由于锅炉的燃烧效果好，热效率高，故锅炉的耗煤量比普通锅炉的耗煤量低三分之一；
2. 本锅炉的燃烧为火焰向下燃烧，煤层通过干馏燃烧，煤粉通过炽热层，过滤燃烧，使烟气中的可燃成分最大限度的燃烧完。烟气经过炽热煤层的过滤和多次的烟气碰撞分离，使排入大气的烟气黑度达到林格曼黑度1级；
综上，本发明所提供的一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，结构简单，烟气通过锅炉的本身结构达到除尘效果，燃烧效果好，热效率高，排放烟气污染物浓度低，是一种节能环保的燃煤锅炉。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示的一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，包括锅体1和吸灰泵2，所述锅体1内部由上到下依次连通有烟道口3、燃尽室4、燃烧室5和封渣池6；所述燃尽室4内设置有水冷炉排7，所述燃烧室5内设置有机械炉排8，所述封渣池6位于所述锅体1的底部，所述封渣池6与燃烧室5之间设置有固定炉排9，所述封渣池6与所述锅体1底部的出灰口相连，所述出灰口上安装有吸灰泵2；所述锅体1的壁为双层结构，分为内壁和外壁，所述内壁和外壁的夹层中间设置有进火管10，所述进火管10的入口位于所述燃烧室5的底部，出口位于所述燃尽室4的底部。
所述机械炉排8下设置有横水管11。
所述锅体1中部设置有清渣门12。
所述锅体1顶部设置有全启式安全阀13。
所述烟道口3与设置于所述锅体1外部的后烟道14相连，所述后烟道14内设置有引风机，所述引风机上安装有烟囱。
所述吸灰泵2底部设置有水槽15。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和变形，这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，其特征在于：包括锅体和吸灰泵，所述锅体内部由上到下依次连通有烟道口、燃尽室、燃烧室和封渣池；所述燃尽室内设置有水冷炉排，所述燃烧室内设置有机械炉排，所述封渣池位于所述锅体的底部，所述封渣池与燃烧室之间设置有固定炉排，所述封渣池与所述锅体底部的出灰口相连，所述出灰口上安装有吸灰泵；所述锅体的壁为双层结构，分为内壁和外壁，所述内壁和外壁之间的夹层内中间设置有进火管，所述进火管的入口位于所述燃烧室的底部，出口位于所述燃尽室的底部，所述机械炉排下设置有横水管，所述锅体中部设置有清渣门。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，其特征在于：所述锅体顶部设置有全启式安全阀。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种节能除尘的燃煤锅炉，其特征在于：所述烟道口与设置于所述锅体外部的后烟道相连，所述后烟道内设置有引风机，所述引风机上安装有烟囱。
