Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于燃烧设备技术领域,具体涉及一种垃圾渗滤液的沼气和垃圾混合燃烧的锅炉。
背景技术
[0002] 垃圾渗滤液是生活垃圾在堆放过程中由于微生物的分解作用和受雨水的淋洗以及地表水和地下水的长期浸泡而产生的高浓度有机废水。垃圾渗滤液中含有大量的有害物质,如任意排放将对环境造成严重的污染,故需要收集后经过一系列的处理使其达到排放标准后方可排放。在垃圾渗滤液的收集和处理过程中,会产生大量的沼气。垃圾渗滤液的沼气是一种可利用能源,收集后通过特定的燃烧器进入锅炉炉膛内与生活垃圾混合燃烧,利用焚烧的热量产生蒸汽用于供汽和发电,这样不但可以变废为宝,节约能源,保护环境;又可以有良好的社会效益和可观的经济效益。中国发明专利申请《一种垃圾焚烧锅炉》,申请号为201010210189.9,公开了一种垃圾焚烧锅炉的技术方案,技术方案中虽然设计了辅助燃烧器,但是没有针对该辅助燃烧器的具体配合结构,且垃圾渗滤液的沼气是一种较特殊的沼气,需要特殊结构的设置,因此目前市场上尚无针对垃圾渗滤液的沼气与生活垃圾混合燃烧的综合性锅炉。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种针对不同燃料特点,能混合燃烧垃圾渗滤液的沼气和垃圾的综合性锅炉。
[0004] 本发明的垃圾渗滤液的沼气与垃圾混合燃烧的锅炉,包括钢架、炉排、炉室和尾部烟道,所述的炉室连接尾部烟道,炉室由炉膛、燃烬室和三烟道组成,所述的炉排设置在炉室的下部,炉排下方设置有出渣和出灰设备,其特征在于所述炉膛下部且位于炉排上方的侧墙上安装垃圾渗滤液的沼气燃烧器,所述的三烟道和尾部烟道内都设置有过热器。
[0005] 所述的沼气燃烧器为设置有内圈和外圈的蜗壳式旋流燃烧器,内圈通所述垃圾渗滤液的沼气,外圈配风,所述的内圈和外圈之间设置有小孔,旋流燃烧器的中间设置有观火孔。
[0006] 所述的三烟道内从下往上依次设置有蒸发受热面、高温过热器、中温过热器和二级低温过热器;所述的尾部烟道内从下往上设置有省煤器和一级低温过热器。
[0007] 所述的省煤器分两列布置,一列省煤器的下部斜向安装槽型分离器。
[0008] 所述尾部烟道由护板框架组成;所述一级低温过热器处护板框架采用合金钢材料。
[0009] 进一步的,所述的蒸发受热面具有独立的循环回路。
[0010] 所述的炉排为二段往复式炉排。
[0011] 所述的沼气燃烧器下部的后墙设置有点火燃烧器。
[0012] 所述的出渣和出灰设备的上方设置有落灰装置,落灰装置的落灰管直接连接到出渣和出灰设备。
[0013] 本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:
[0014] 1.本发明根据垃圾渗滤液的沼气和垃圾这两种燃料的各自的特点,采用层燃与室燃相结合的燃烧方式,从而提高锅炉的燃烧效率。垃圾采用二段往复式炉排的燃烧设备,而垃圾渗滤液的沼气则通过安装在炉排上方的侧墙上的沼气燃烧器进入炉膛燃烧。其中沼气燃烧器为蜗壳式旋流燃烧器,沼气燃烧器的内圈为垃圾渗滤液的沼气,外圈为配风,中间布置观火孔,用于观察沼气的燃烧情况。空气经蜗壳形成旋流,沼气从中心燃气管上的许多小孔垂直喷入空气旋流中,从而增大两种气流的接触面,使混合强化。
[0015] 2.混合燃料燃烧后产生的烟气依次流经炉膛、燃烬室、三烟道和尾部烟道。烟气流程长,可充分冷却烟气,防止因结焦影响锅炉吸热。烟气经过三烟道的蒸发受热面后,进入过热器的温度已低于灰熔点,可以避免在过热器受热面上结焦,且蒸发受热面采用独立的循环回路,安全性高。
[0016] 3.将一级低温过热器布置在尾部烟道内,既可以保证三烟道内留有较大的空间,又可以进一步降低排烟损失。当燃烧的垃圾热值升高时可在此空间内增加受热面,以防在过热器受热面上结焦,影响锅炉吸热。
[0017] 4.尾部烟道为护板框架结构组成,结构简单,安装方便。一级过热器处温度较高,护板框架采用合金钢材料,安全可靠。
[0018] 5.尾部烟道内的省煤器分两列布置,既可以降低锅炉高度,降低安装难度,又方便一列省煤器的下部斜向安装槽型分离器。且槽型分离器的阻力小,安装制造方便、易布置,占用空间小,风压损伤小,并能有效分离大颗粒的飞灰,降低烟气中的飞灰量。
[0019] 6.落灰装置的落灰管直接连接到出渣和出灰设备,减少了尾部的飞灰逸出量,减轻了烟气处理设备的负荷。

[0024] 如图1-2所示,本发明的一种垃圾渗滤液的沼气与垃圾混合燃烧的锅炉,包括钢架、炉排1、炉室和尾部烟道5,所述的炉室连接尾部烟道5,炉室由炉膛2、燃烬室3和三烟道4组成,所述的炉排I设置在炉室的下部,炉排I下方设置有出渣和出灰设备12,其特征在于所述的炉排I为二段往复式炉排,炉膛2下部且位于炉排I上方的侧墙上安装垃圾渗滤液的沼气燃烧器14,沼气燃烧器14下部的后墙还设置有点火燃烧器13,所述的沼气燃烧器14为设置有内圈20和外圈19的蜗壳式旋流燃烧器,内圈20通所述垃圾渗滤液的沼气,外圈19配风,所述的内圈20和外圈19之间设置有小孔,旋流燃烧器的中间设置有观火孔。所述的三烟道4和尾部烟道5内都设置有过热器,三烟道4内从下往上依次设置有蒸发受热面6、高温过热器7、中温过热器8和二级低温过热器9 ;尾部烟道5内从下往上设置有省煤器11和一级低温过热器10。所述的蒸发受热面6具有独立的循环回路,所述的省煤器11分两列布置,一列省煤器11的下部斜向安装槽型分离器17。所述的尾部烟道5为护板框架18结构组成,所述的一级低温过热器10处护板框架18采用合金钢材料。此外所述的落灰装置16的落灰管15直接连接到出渣和出灰设备12,减少了尾部的飞灰逸出量,减轻了烟气处理设备的负荷。

1.一种垃圾渗滤液的沼气与垃圾混合燃烧的锅炉,包括钢架、炉排、炉室和尾部烟道,所述的炉室连接尾部烟道,炉室由炉膛、燃烬室和三烟道组成,所述的炉排设置在炉室的下部,炉排下方设置有出渣和出灰设备,其特征在于所述炉膛下部且位于炉排上方的侧墙上安装垃圾渗滤液的沼气燃烧器,所述的三烟道和尾部烟道内都设置有过热器;所述的沼气燃烧器为设置有内圈和外圈的蜗壳式旋流燃烧器,内圈通所述垃圾渗滤液的沼气,外圈配风,所述的内圈和外圈之间设置有小孔,旋流燃烧器的中间设置有观火孔;所述的三烟道内从下往上依次设置有蒸发受热面、高温过热器、中温过热器和二级低温过热器;所述的尾部烟道内从下往上设置有省煤器和一级低温过热器。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾渗滤液的沼气与垃圾混合燃烧的锅炉,其特征在于所述的省煤器分两列布置,一列省煤器的下部斜向安装槽型分离器。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种垃圾渗滤液的沼气与垃圾混合燃烧的锅炉,其特征在于所述尾部烟道由护板框架组成;所述一级低温过热器处护板框架采用合金钢材料。
