[0005] 实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,一种立式垃圾焚烧锅炉,包括有钢 架、炉膛、锅筒、炉排和出渣和出灰设备,其中炉膛安装于钢架上,锅筒安装在炉膛的 上方,二段往复式炉排设置在炉膛的下部,出渣和出灰设备设置在二段往复式炉排的下 方,其特征在于:所述的炉排(1)为二段往复式炉排(1),所述炉膛下部且位于二段 往复式炉排上方的侧墙上安装辅助燃烧器,在炉膛下部的后墙上安装点火燃烧器,在炉 膛上部布置了水冷屏,水冷屏通过管路与锅筒相连通,所述的炉膛后依次设置有供烟气 依次通过的燃烬室、三烟道和尾部烟道,且炉膛、燃烬室、三烟道和尾部烟道四个烟气 通道成上下上下四回程流向设置。
[0006] 通过采用上述方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1、采用二段往复式炉排。此种炉排可使垃圾有效地翻转、搅拌,具有较理想的燃烧 条件,可实现垃圾完全燃烧。单纯的逆推或顺推炉排对垃圾的搅动和翻动较少,容易出现 局部垃圾烧透、局部垃圾又未燃烬的现象。而二段往复式炉排具有适应热值范围广、负 荷调节能力大、运行稳定可靠、燃烧充分、可操作性强等特点,特别适用于燃烧我国不 经分拣、低热值、高水份、高灰份的城市垃圾。
[0007] 2、炉膛上部布置水冷屏,从锅筒水空间引出的水冷屏下降管向水冷屏供水,吸 热后形成的汽水混合物自水冷屏上部出口集箱的汽水引出管进入锅筒。水冷屏的布置可 以增加炉膛的辐射受热面,在锅炉高度一定的情况下,可大大增加受热面从而提高锅炉容量。[0008] 3、锅炉采用四回程立式结构,即城市垃圾在二段往复式炉排上燃烧产生的烟气 依次流经炉膛、燃烬室、三烟道和尾部烟道,形成四回程流向。烟气四回程流向有利于 增加烟气流程,充分冷却烟气,防止因结焦影响锅炉吸热,烟气经过燃烬室后,进入三 烟道的温度已低于灰熔点,可以避免在对流受热面上结焦。
[0009] 本发明的进一步设置:所述的三烟道内安装蒸发受热面、高温过热器、中温过 热器和低温过热器,所述的尾部烟道内设置省煤器,并在尾部烟道处设置烟气旁路;所 述炉膛上位于二段往复式炉排上方布置前拱及后拱,并在前、后拱处分别布置二次风; 所述蒸发受热面、高温过热器、中温过热器、低温过热器、省煤器管排采用烟气流动的 方向顺列布置;所述高温过热器的管路沿烟气流动方向采用顺流布置;所述水冷屏的表 面上喷涂镍铬合金,所述的炉膛、燃烬室、三烟道和尾部烟道的受热面处均布置激波吹 灰器。
[0010] 通过采用上述方案,本发明具有以下优点:
1、设计绝热的前后拱结构,充分利用辐射热对垃圾进行预热干燥,同时,在前后拱 喷入二次风,加强烟气的扰动,延长烟气的燃烧行程,垃圾燃烧效果佳、燃烬率高。
[0011] 2、水冷屏喷涂镍铬合金,可有效延长使用寿命。
[0012] 3、三烟道内布置蒸发受热面,可以使烟气分布均勻,让过热器均勻受热,同时 可以降低过热器进口烟气温度,从而避免过热器结焦。
[0013] 4、蒸发受热面、过热器、省煤器管排均采用顺列布置,因此,管排间的空隙较 大,便于清灰。
[0014] 5、高温过热器采用顺流布置,单管圈结构,蒸汽流速较快,管壁温度较低,可 以有效地防止高温腐蚀。
[0015] 6、在各受热面处均布置激波吹灰器,可及时清除受热面上的结焦和积灰,不影 响各受热面的传热。
[0016] 7、在尾部烟道设置烟气旁路,可用来调节排烟温度,使之处于适合环保需要的 温度。

具体实施方式
[0019] 如图1和图2所示:1为二段往复式炉排,2为钢架和平台扶梯,3为炉膛,4为 辅助燃烧器,5为蒸发受热面,6为高温过热器,7为中温过热器,8为低温过热器,9为 省煤器,10为出渣和出灰设备,11为燃烬室,12为三烟道,13为尾部烟道,14为吹灰 器,15为前拱,16为后拱,17为二次风,18为锅筒,19为点火燃烧器,20为水冷屏, 21烟气旁路。
[0020] 一种立式垃圾焚烧锅炉,包括有钢架2、炉膛3、锅筒18、二段往复式炉排1和 出渣和出灰设备10,其中炉膛3安装于钢架2上,锅筒18安装在炉膛3的上方,二段往复式炉排1设置在炉膛3的下部,出渣和出灰设备10设置在二段往复式炉排1的下方, 本发明采用二段往复式炉排1。此种炉排可使垃圾有效地翻转、搅拌,具有较理想的燃 烧条件,可实现垃圾完全燃烧,二段往复式炉排1具有适应热值范围广、负荷调节能力 大、运行稳定可靠、燃烧充分、可操作性强等特点,特别适用于燃烧我国不经分拣、低 热值、高水份、高灰份的城市垃圾。在本发明实施例中,所述炉膛3下部且位于二段往 复式炉排1上方的侧墙上安装辅助燃烧器4,在炉膛3下部的后墙上安装点火燃烧器19, 在炉膛上部布置了水冷屏20,水冷屏20通过管路与锅筒18相连通,从锅筒18水空间引 出的水冷屏20下降管向水冷屏20供水,吸热后形成的汽水混合物自水冷屏20上部出口 集箱的汽水引出管进入锅筒18,水冷屏20的布置可以增加炉膛3的辐射受热面,在锅炉 高度一定的情况下,可大大增加受热面从而提高锅炉容量。所述的炉膛3后依次设置有 供烟气依次通过的燃烬室11、三烟道12和尾部烟道13,且炉膛3、燃烬室11、三烟道12 和尾部烟道13四个烟气通道成上下上下四回程流向设置。锅炉采用四回程流向结构, 即城市垃圾在二段往复式炉排1上燃烧产生的烟气依次流经炉膛3、燃烬室11、三烟道 12和尾部烟道13,形成四回程流向。烟气四回程流向有利于增加烟气流程,充分冷却烟 气,防止因结焦影响锅炉吸热,烟气经过燃烬室11后,进入三烟道12的温度已低于灰熔 点,可以避免在对流受热面上结焦。
[0021] 在本发明实施例中,所述的三烟道12内安装蒸发受热面5、高温过热器6、中温 过热器7和低温过热器8,其中三烟道12内布置蒸发受热面5,可以使烟气分布均勻,让 高温过热器6、中温过热器7和低温过热器8均勻受热,同时可以降低高温过热器6、中 温过热器7和低温过热器8进口烟气温度,从而避免高温过热器6、中温过热器7和低温 过热器8结焦。所述的尾部烟道13内设置省煤器9,并在尾部烟道13处设置烟气旁路 21,在尾部烟道13设置烟气旁路21的目的是调节排烟温度,使之处于适合环保需要的温 度。所述炉膛3上位于二段往复式炉排1上方布置前拱15及后拱16,并在前、后拱处分 别布置二次风17,本发明实施例设置前、后拱15、16结构,充分利用辐射热对垃圾进行 预热干燥,同时,在前、后拱15、16喷入二次风17,加强烟气的扰动,延长烟气的燃烧 行程,垃圾燃烧效果佳、燃烬率高;所述蒸发受热面5、高温过热器6、中温过热器7、 低温过热器8、省煤器9管排采用烟气流动的方向顺列布置,上述部件采用烟气流动的方 向顺列布置的目的是可以使管排间的空隙较大,便于清灰。所述高温过热器6的管路沿 烟气流动方向采用顺流布置,这样高温过热器的单管圈结构,蒸汽流速较快,管壁温度 较低,可以有效地防止高温腐蚀;所述水冷屏20的表面上喷涂镍铬合金,这样可有效延 长水冷屏20使用寿命。所述的炉膛3、燃烬室11、三烟道12和尾部烟道13的受热面处 均布置激波吹灰器14,可及时清除受热面上的结焦和积灰,不影响各受热面的传热。
