本发明公开了一种多工位钻孔机总成,包括变速箱总成、连接底板、拖板总成、夹紧机构总成、到位检测总成、联轴器总装、床身总成、主轴箱总成,所述主轴总成、变速箱总成、连接底板均安装于床身总成上部,所述床身上部最左端连接机构为主轴箱总成,所述主轴箱总成右端安装有联轴器总装,所述联轴器总装右部安装有变速箱总成,所述变速箱总成右侧安装有连接底板,所述连接底板上部安装有拖板总成,所述拖板总成上部装置有夹紧机构总成,所述拖板总成上、夹紧机构总成右侧安装有到位检测总成。本发明可多工位加工,效率高;拖板进给采用伺服控制,加工精度好;装夹采用自动夹紧,可以减少工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及机械加工的技术领域,特别是一种多工位钻孔机总成的技术领域。
【背景技术】
现在的钻机机床上一般只能安装一个钻孔装置。用这种钻机加工工件时,一次只能加工一个工件,有时在批量加工零件是此种加工方式显得效率颇低。如果能够对多孔工件的每个孔同时加工,则可以大大提高工作效率。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种多工位钻孔机总成,多工位加工,效率高;拖板进给采用伺服控制,加工精度好;装夹采用自动夹紧,可以减少工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种多工位钻孔机总成,包括变速箱总成、连接底板、拖板总成、夹紧机构总成、到位检测总成、联轴器总装、床身总成、主轴箱总成,所述主轴总成、变速箱总成、连接底板均安装于床身总成上部,所述床身上部最左端连接机构为主轴箱总成,所述主轴箱总成右端安装有联轴器总装,所述联轴器总装右部安装有变速箱总成,所述变速箱总成右侧安装有连接底板,所述连接底板上部安装有拖板总成,所述拖板总成上部装置有夹紧机构总成,所述拖板总成上、夹紧机构总成右侧安装有到位检测总成。
作为优选,所述床身总成上安装设有主轴电机,安装设有电气箱和操作台。
作为优选,所述主轴箱总成上装设有变速换挡装置。
作为优选,所述变速箱总成设有一个输入轴总成、六个输出轴总成。

本发明工作过程:
本发明一种多工位钻孔机总成在工作过程中,将六个工件夹紧于夹紧机构总成4,启动电机,主轴箱8内主轴转动通过联轴器6传动至变速箱1,再由变速箱1六个输出轴带动工件旋转,通过控制拖板3将夹于夹紧机构4上的钻头推向工件,钻头吃进设定量退出,取下工件,钻孔过程完毕。
本发明一种多工位钻孔机总成,通过将变速箱总成设有一个输入轴总成、六个输出轴总成,夹紧机构总成设有六个直线分布连接的夹紧机构使机床可同时加工六个工件提高工作效率;床身总成装设到位检测总成使加工精度更高;电气箱和操作台实现装夹自动化,可以减少工人劳动强度,提高生产效率。
