检验科是全院各种病人标本集中处理的重要科室,检验科工作人员因其职业的特殊性,每天不得不暴露于各种各样的危险因素之中,如各类传染性疾病、各种消毒剂、各种细菌等,因此,很容易受到伤害。而检验所使用的杀菌消炎药物如碘酒、酒精、碘伏等大多对人体伤口以及皮肤有刺激性,有的甚至会引起过敏反应,甚至会引发皮炎和湿疹等皮肤疾病。
医疗机构进行医学检验时,检验系统的细菌群系应减少到最低限度,这便对医护人员的皮肤以及检验所需的检验用具进行全方位的彻底的消毒,消除一系列的细菌以及病原菌等,例如金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,伤寒沙门菌,绿脓假单胞菌,普通变形杆菌等。
因此,寻找一种安全、有效且无毒副作用的消毒液对于检验科各项检验工作将具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种检验科用杀菌消毒液及制备方法;本发明消毒液所选药材配伍相宜,诸药相和具有杀菌能力强、作用速度快、稳定性强、无毒性、无腐蚀性、刺激性小、易溶于水、价格低廉等优点,且对人体皮肤无刺激,可广泛应用于检验科人员皮肤以及器械等的消毒,可提高了检验科人员的工作效率,保证了检验结果的准确率,是一种值得推广的理想消毒液。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案实施如下:
一种检验科用杀菌消毒液,制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
莴苣58-88份羊蹄草56-86份米碎花54-84份云实53-81份
仙人掌51-79份酸浆51-79份叶上珠48-76份鹿耳翎46-76份
厚朴41-69份小马齿苋41-69份木通39-67份小蜡树36-63份
姜黄36-63份皂角刺34-61份辣椒31-56份雾水葛21-41份。
制成所述消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
莴苣79份羊蹄草77份米碎花75份云实73份
仙人掌71份酸浆71份叶上珠66份鹿耳翎66份

仙人掌57份酸浆57份叶上珠54份鹿耳翎54份
厚朴47份小马齿苋47份木通45份小蜡树42份
姜黄42份皂角刺40份辣椒36份雾水葛25份。
一种检验科用杀菌消毒液的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)取莴苣、仙人掌、叶上珠和小马齿苋绞汁,滤杂质,留汁液,备用;
(2)取羊蹄草、云实、鹿耳翎、厚朴、木通、姜黄和辣椒放入容器中,加
入10倍量蒸馏水浸泡4小时后,加热煮沸4小时,提取;第二次加入8倍量蒸馏水加热煮沸3小时,提取;第三次加入6倍量蒸馏水加热煮沸2小时,提取;合并三次所得提取液,滤过,得滤液备用;
(3)取米碎花和酸浆微波烘干,研末,得到过100目的细粉,备用;
(4)取小蜡树、皂角刺和雾水葛研末后,浸入体积浓度为90%酒精溶液,静置4小时,取出上层清液,沉淀下来的浸膏备用;
(5)将上述步骤(1)-(4)所制的汁液、滤液、细粉以及浸膏混合,并加入10-12倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌溶解均匀后,加热煮沸1小时,至60℃下,静置1小时,过滤,得滤液,将滤液灌装封存,121℃热压灭菌20分钟,包装,即为所述的检验科用杀菌消毒液。
本发明所用中药的药性如下:
莴苣:味苦、甘,性凉;归胃、小肠经。利尿,通乳,清热解毒。主小便不利,尿血,乳汁不通,虫蛇咬伤,肿毒。现代医学研究证实,莴苣汁对白色念珠菌生长具抑制作用。
羊蹄草:味苦,性凉。清热解毒,散瘀消肿。主上呼吸道感染,口腔溃疡,肺炎,乳腺炎,肠炎,菌痢,尿路感染,疮疖痈肿,湿疹,跌打损伤。《广西实用中草药新选》载:“抗菌消炎。治急性上呼吸道炎,肺炎,扁桃体炎,口腔溃疡,乳腺炎,慢性盆腔炎,痢疾,腹泻,毒蛇咬伤。”
米碎花:味甘、淡、微涩,性凉;归肺经。清热除湿,解毒剑疮。主感冒发热,湿热黄疸,疮疡肿毒,水火烫伤,蛇虫咬伤,外伤出血。
云实:味辛、苦,性温;归肺、大肠经。解毒除湿,止咳化痰,杀虫。主痢疾,疟疾慢性气管炎,小儿疳积,虫积。现代医学研究证实,云实水煎液(台州产)1:256浓度时,对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用。
仙人掌:味苦,性寒;归心、肺、胃经。行气活血,清热解毒,凉血止血,清肺止咳。主胃痛,痞块,痢疾,喉痛,肺热咳嗽,肺痨咯血,吐血,痔血,疮疡疔疖,乳痈,痒腮,癣疾,蛇虫咬伤,烫伤,冻伤。《陆川本草》载:“消炎解毒,排脓生肌。主治疮痈疖肿,咳嗽。”现代医学研究证实,仙人掌对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最显着,而且对此菌的18个抗青霉素系也有高度的抑制作用。另外对枯草杆菌也有高度抑制作用。
酸浆:味酸、苦,性寒;归肺、脾经。清热毒,利咽喉,利二便。主咽喉肿痛,肺热咳嗽,黄疸,痢疾,水肿,小便淋涩,大便不通,黄水疮,湿疹,丹毒。《汪连仕采药书》载:“清火,消郁结,治疝。敷一切疮肿,专治锁缠喉风。治金疮肿毒,止血崩,煎酒服。”现代医学研究证实,酸浆煎剂对宋内氏杆菌有抑制作用,酸浆抗菌有效成分初步认为在油状液,此部分在试管内对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,从酸浆中提出之针状晶母液对金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用。
叶上珠:味苦、辛,性平。祛风除湿,活血解毒。主感冒咳嗽,风湿痹痛,胃痛,简疾,便血,月经汪调,跌打瘀肿,骨折,痈疖疮毒,毒蛇咬伤。《陕西中草药》载:“清热解毒,消肿止痛。治汤火伤,疮疖痈肿,无名肿毒,刀伤,蛇咬伤,胃痛。”
鹿耳翎:味辛、苦,性微温。祛风除湿,散瘀,解毒。主感冒发热,肺热咳嗽,风湿关节炎,腹泻,肾炎水肿,经闭,跌打损伤,疔疮痈肿,瘰疬,毒蛇咬伤,湿疹瘙痒。《岭南采药录》载:“散瘀血,去毒。治蛇伤,消恶疮,治跌打伤。”现代医学研究证实,鹿耳翎有杀虫、抑菌和防腐的作用。
厚朴:味苦、辛,性温;归脾、胃、大肠经。行气消积,燥湿除满,降逆平喘。主食积气滞,腹胀便秘,湿阻中焦,脘痞吐泻,痰壅气逆,胸满喘咳。现代医学研究证实,厚朴煎剂在试管中,对肺炎球菌、白喉杆菌、溶血性链球菌、枯草杆菌、志贺氏及施氏痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等有抑菌作用。
小马齿苋:味微酸、微苦,性平。止痢杀菌。主治痢疾,肠炎,腹泻,湿热性黄疸,内痔出血,乳汁不足,小儿疳积,黄水疮,下肢慢性溃疡。
木通:味苦,性寒;归心、脾、肾、小肠、膀胱经。清热利尿,活血通脉。主小便赤赤,淋浊,水肿,胸中烦热,喉喉疼痛,口舌生疮,风湿痹痛,乳汁不
通,经闭,痛经。《本经》载:“主去恶虫,除脾胃寒热,通利九窍血脉关节,令人不忘。”据初步体外试验结果,木通水浸剂或煎剂对多种致病真菌有不同程度的抑制作用。
小蜡树:味苦,性凉。清热利湿,解毒消肿。主感冒发热,肺热咳嗽,咽喉肿痛,口舌生疮,湿热黄疸,痢疾,痈肿疮毒,湿疹,皮炎,跌打损伤,烫伤。抑菌试验证明,小蜡树叶对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、甲型副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、弗氏痢疾杆菌、肺炎杆菌有极强的抗菌作用。
姜黄:味辛、苦,性温;归脾、肝经。破血行气,通经止痛。用于胸胁剌痛,闭经,癓瘕,风湿肩臂疼痛,跌扑肿痛。《现代实用中药》载:“为芳香健胃药,有利胆道及肝脏之消毒作用。用于黄疸,胸满痞闷疼痛。又为止血剂,治吐血、衄血、尿血,并治痔疾。外用于脓肿创伤。”现代医学研究证实,姜黄素及挥发油部分对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抗菌作用。姜黄水浸剂在试管内对多种皮肤真菌有不同程度的抑制作用。
皂角刺:味辛,性温;归肝、肺经。消毒透脓,搜风,杀虫。主痈疽肿毒,瘰疬,疮疹顽癣,产后缺乳,胎衣不下,疠风。《本草纲目》载:“皂荚刺治风杀虫,功与荚同,但其锐利直达病所为异耳。”现代医学研究证实,煎剂用平板打洞法,对金黄色葡萄球菌和卡他球菌有抑制作用。
辣椒:味辛,性热;归脾、胃经。温中散寒,下气消食。主胃寒气滞,脘腹胀痛,呕吐,泻痢,风湿痛,冻疮。《食物宜忌》载:“温中下气,散寒除湿,开郁去痰,消食,杀虫解毒。治呕逆,疗噎膈,止泻痢,祛脚气。”现代医学研究证实,辣椒碱对蜡样芽脑杆菌及枯草杆菌有显着抑制作用。
雾水葛:味甘、淡,性寒。清热解毒,清肿排脓,利水通淋。主疮疡痈疽,乳痈,风火牙痛,痢疾,腹泻,小便淋痛,白浊。《生草药性备要》载:“散痈疳(疽)大毒疮,消毒,治乳痈乳岩,用根捶片糖敷之,又能凉血。止牙痛,捶汁和水含之。”
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
本发明消毒液所选药材配伍相宜,诸药相和具有杀菌能力强、作用速度快、稳定性强、无毒性、无腐蚀性、刺激性小、易溶于水、价格低廉等优点,且对人体皮肤无刺激,可广泛应用于检验科人员皮肤以及器械等的消毒,可提高了检验科人员的工作效率,保证了检验结果的准确率,是一种值得推广的理想消毒液。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例1
本发明消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
莴苣86g羊蹄草84g米碎花82g云实79g
仙人掌77g酸浆77g叶上珠74g鹿耳翎74g
厚朴67g小马齿苋67g木通65g小蜡树61g
姜黄61g皂角刺59g辣椒54g雾水葛39g。
本发明的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)取莴苣、仙人掌、叶上珠和小马齿苋绞汁,滤杂质,留汁液,备用;
(2)取羊蹄草、云实、鹿耳翎、厚朴、木通、姜黄和辣椒放入容器中,加入10倍量蒸馏水浸泡4小时后,加热煮沸4小时,提取;第二次加入8倍量蒸馏水加热煮沸3小时,提取;第三次加入6倍量蒸馏水加热煮沸2小时,提取;合并三次所得提取液,滤过,得滤液备用;
(3)取米碎花和酸浆微波烘干,研末,得到过100目的细粉,备用;
(4)取小蜡树、皂角刺和雾水葛研末后,浸入体积浓度为90%酒精溶液,静置4小时,取出上层清液,沉淀下来的浸膏备用;
(5)将上述步骤(1)-(4)所制的汁液、滤液、细粉以及浸膏混合,并加入10-12倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌溶解均匀后,加热煮沸1小时,至60℃下,静置1小时,过滤,得滤液,将滤液灌装封存,121℃热压灭菌20分钟,包装,即为所述的检验科用杀菌消毒液。
实施例2
本发明消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
莴苣79g羊蹄草77g米碎花75g云实73g
仙人掌71g酸浆71g叶上珠66g鹿耳翎66g
厚朴59g小马齿苋59g木通57g小蜡树54g
姜黄54g皂角刺52g辣椒46g雾水葛34g。
本实施例消毒液制备方法工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本发明消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量为:

本实施例消毒液制备方法工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本发明消毒液有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
莴苣65g羊蹄草63g米碎花61g云实59g
仙人掌57g酸浆57g叶上珠54g鹿耳翎54g
厚朴47g小马齿苋47g木通45g小蜡树42g
姜黄42g皂角刺40g辣椒36g雾水葛25g。
本实施例消毒液制备方法工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
下面对本发明消毒液进行抑菌实验:
1、实验菌种:
挑选实验室具有代表性的菌种,金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌。
2、菌种培养基:
营养琼脂培养基和营养肉汤培养基。
3、实验分类:
抑菌实验分实验组和对照组,实验组选用本发明消毒液,对照组选用来苏水。
4、具体实验步骤:
(1)菌液的制备:将上述两种菌种分别接种于两个琼脂培养基上,在37℃下培养24小时,分别从上述琼脂培养基中挑取典型菌落分别接种于两个新鲜的营养肉汤培养基中,同温度下,培养20小时,备用;
(2)取本发明消毒液和来苏水各55ml,分别置于稀释容器中,对其分别稀释25倍,将上述两种稀释液溶液分别分置两个容器内,置于无菌条件下,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)经营养肉汤培养24小时的实验菌种用无菌的营养肉汤分别稀释50倍,每种菌种分装于两个培养皿中,分别标记对照组和实验组;
(4)将上述步骤(2)所得的两份本发明消毒液的稀释溶液分别滴入实验组培养皿,两份来苏水稀释溶液分别滴入对照组培养皿。
5、试验观察测量:
对上述实验进行观察,观察两组菌种并测量菌种残留面积具体结果。
6、观测测量完毕后,将上述培养皿均置于无菌条件下静置两天,待消毒液完全挥发后,跟踪观察发现,对照组菌落继续繁殖,而实验组菌落无变化。
7、实验结果:
实验组本发明消毒液的杀菌能力远大于对照组消毒液的杀菌能力,并且能够抑制各类菌种继续繁殖。

莴苣58-88份羊蹄草56-86份米碎花54-84份云实53-81份
仙人掌51-79份酸浆51-79份叶上珠48-76份鹿耳翎46-76份
厚朴41-69份小马齿苋41-69份木通39-67份小蜡树36-63份
姜黄36-63份皂角刺34-61份辣椒31-56份雾水葛21-41份。

5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的检验科用杀菌消毒液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)取莴苣、仙人掌、叶上珠和小马齿苋绞汁,滤杂质,留汁液,备用;
(2)取羊蹄草、云实、鹿耳翎、厚朴、木通、姜黄和辣椒放入容器中,加入10倍量蒸馏水浸泡4小时后,加热煮沸4小时,提取;第二次加入8倍量蒸馏水加热煮沸3小时,提取;第三次加入6倍量蒸馏水加热煮沸2小时,提取;合并三次所得提取液,滤过,得滤液备用;
(3)取米碎花和酸浆微波烘干,研末,得到过100目的细粉,备用;
(4)取小蜡树、皂角刺和雾水葛研末后,浸入体积浓度为90%酒精溶液,静置4小时,取出上层清液,沉淀下来的浸膏备用;
(5)将上述步骤(1)-(4)所制的汁液、滤液、细粉以及浸膏混合,并加入10-12倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌溶解均匀后,加热煮沸1小时,至60℃下,静置1小时,过滤,得滤液,将滤液灌装封存,121℃热压灭菌20分钟,包装,即为所述的检验科用杀菌消毒液。
