技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域,特别涉及一种检验科用杀菌药物及制备方法。
背景技术
检验科是临床医学和基础医学之间的桥梁,包括临床化学、临床微生物学、临床免疫学、血液学、体液学以及输血学等分支学科。检验科作为医院进行医学检验的科室,检验工作需要在无菌条件下进行,以防止细菌、真菌以及病毒等混入检验标本,影响检验效果,使检验结果不精确,为此,检验科的杀菌消毒工作十分重要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种检验科用杀菌药物及制备方法,本发明药物为纯中药制剂,所选药材配伍相宜,并采用现代先进的医药制药技术制成,具有杀菌能力强,作用速度快,稳定性好的显著优点,适应于检验科以及医院其他科室的杀菌消毒,不污染环境,对人和动物无刺激,无毒副作用,是一种值得推广的理想杀菌药物。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案的实施如下:

蛇床子60-90份 使君子60-80份 熟地55-85份 五倍子55-85份
乌梅50-80份 仙鹤草20-60份 苋菜15-45份 樟脑10-35份
没药35-65份 白芷20-55份 对叶豆15-45份 藜实35-55份
牛西西20-55份 皂角刺15-45份 白头翁25-50份 蚺蛇胆5-25份。
制成所述药物有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
蛇床子83份 使君子75份 熟地78份 五倍子78份
乌梅72份 仙鹤草50份 苋菜38份 樟脑25份
没药58份 白芷44份 对叶豆39份 藜实50份

一种检验科用杀菌药物的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)取蛇床子、熟地和五倍子洗净,放入加热器皿内,加入4倍量的85%的酒精溶液,加热回流提取3-4小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(2)取白芷、没药和蚺蛇胆洗净,晒干,切碎,研末,过200目细粉,备用;
(3)取使君子、藜实、牛西西和白头翁洗净,放入容器中,加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-5小时,加热煮沸3-4小时,提取;再次加入6-8倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸2-3小时,提取;最后再加入4-6倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸1-2小时,提取;合并三次提取液,过滤,得滤液备用;
(4)取乌梅洗净,置于容器内用醋拌匀,文火加热至醋被吸尽,取出并置于密闭容器内,用蒸气加热2-3小时,取出干燥,研末,过160目细粉,备用;
(5)取仙鹤草、苋菜和对叶豆洗净,绞汁,过滤,得汁液备用;
(6)取樟脑置于容器内,加入4倍量95%的酒精溶液,搅拌,待完全溶解后,静置2小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(7)取皂角刺,除去杂质放入3倍量的米醋内浸泡1.2小时,取出,干燥,切片,置于研钵内,研末,过120目细粉,备用;
(8)将上述步骤(1)-(7)所制的滤液、细粉以及汁液混合,加入辅助药物,利用现代先进的制药科技,制成杀菌洗液,即为所述的检验科用杀菌药物。
本发明所用中药的药性如下:
蛇床子:性温,味辛、苦;具有温肾壮阳,燥湿,祛风,杀虫的功效;用于阳痿、宫冷、寒湿带下、湿痹腰痛;外治外阴湿疹、妇人阴痒、滴虫性阴道炎。现代药理研究证实,乙醇提取物具有抗真菌作用。
使君子:味甘,性温,有小毒。归脾、胃经。杀虫,消积,健脾。主治蛔虫腹痛,小儿疳积,乳食停滞,腹胀,泻痢。《本草纲目》载:“健脾胃,除虚热。”现代医学研究证实,使君子所含酸钾有明显的杀虫作用,对蛔虫、蛲虫和各类真菌均有明显的抑制作用。
熟地:滋阴补血,益精填髓。常用于调理肝肾阴虚(亏),腰膝酸软,盗汗遗精,不育不孕,月经不调,心悸怔忡,耳聋耳鸣,须发早白,内热消渴、便秘等。熟地黄所含的地黄多糖具有明显的免疫瘤活性,还具有强心、利尿、保肝、降血糖、抗增生、抗渗出、抗炎、抗真菌、抗放射等作用。
五倍子:味酸、涩,性寒。入肺、胃、大肠、肝、肾经。敛肺,止汗,涩肠,固精,止血,解毒。主治肺虚久咳,久痢久泻,脱肛,遗精,白浊,各种出血,痈肿疮疖。《纲目》载:“敛肺降火,化痰饮,止咳嗽,消渴,盗汗,呕吐,失血,久痢,黄病,心腹痛,小儿夜啼,治眼赤湿烂,消肿毒、喉痹,敛溃疮、金疮,收脱肛、子肠坠下。”现代医学研究证实,五倍子所含的鞣酸对蛋白质有沉淀作用,能够收缩小血管,对多种致病菌有明显的抑菌或杀菌作用。
乌梅:味酸,性平,入肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、大肠经。敛肺止咳,涩肠止泻,止血,生津,安蛔。主治久咳,虚热烦渴,久泻,痢疾,便血,尿血,血崩,蛔厥腹痛,呕吐,钩虫病。《纲目》载:“敛肺涩肠,治久嗽,泻痢,反胃噎膈,蛔厥吐利,消肿,涌痰,杀虫,解鱼毒、马汗毒、硫黄毒。”现代医学研究证实,乌梅有明显的抗菌作用,对痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌、伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、结核杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、零乱弧菌和各种真菌均有抑制作用。
仙鹤草:味苦、涩,性平;入肺、肝、脾经。收敛止血、止痢、杀虫。主治咯血,吐血,尿血,便血,赤白痢疾,崩漏带下,劳伤脱力,痈肿,跌打,创伤出血。《百草镜》载:“下气活血,理百病,散痞满;跌扑吐血,血崩,痢,肠风下血。”现代医学研究证实,仙鹤草为强壮性收敛止血药,抑制纤维蛋白溶酶的活性,有强心、升血压、凝血、止血、凉血、抗菌等作用。
苋菜:味甘;性微寒。入大肠、小肠经。清热解毒,通利二便。主治痢疾,二便不通,蛇虫螫伤,疮毒。《滇南本草》载:“治大小便不通,化虫去寒热,能通血脉,逐瘀血。”现代医学研究证实,苋菜提取物中的正烷烃类、正烷醇类、甾醇类对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、草绿色链球菌、大肠肝菌、绿脓假单胞菌和克雷白杆菌有较强的抗菌作用。
樟脑:味辛,性热,归心、脾经。通关窍、利滞气、辟秽浊、杀虫止痒、消肿止痛。《纲目》载:“通关窍,利滞气,治邪气,霍乱,心腹痛,寒湿脚气,疥癣,风瘙,龋齿,杀虫,着鞋中去脚气。”
没药:味苦、辛,性平;入肝、脾、心、肾经。散血去瘀,消肿止痛。主治跌打损伤、金疮、筋骨、心腹诸痛、症瘕、痈疽肿痛。《本草经疏》载:“凡骨节痛与夫胸腹胁肋痛。”现代医学研究证实,没药似荷尔蒙、可调节甲状腺,具有强力消炎、杀菌、止痛以及对抗病毒的效果。
白芷:辛,温,归肺、胃经。祛风散寒,通窍止痛,消肿排脓,燥湿止带,利血脉,祛风散寒,除湿通络,广泛用于软组织挫伤、骨质增生、肌肉劳损、风湿性肌炎、骨折、肋软骨炎、肩周炎、肋间神经痛等疾病的治疗。现代医学研究证实,白芷对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌、人型结核杆菌等均有抑制作用。
对叶豆:味辛,性温。杀虫,止痒。主治神经性皮炎,牛皮癣,湿疹,皮肤瘙痒,疮疖脓疡。《云南思茅中草药选》载:“杀虫,止痒。治神经性皮炎,牛皮癣,湿疹,皮肤瘙痒,疮疖肿疹。”
藜实:味苦、微甘,性寒,小毒;清热祛湿,杀虫止痒。主治小便不利,水肿,皮肤湿疮,头疮,耳聋。
牛西西:味苦、酸,性寒。凉血止血,清热解毒,杀虫。用于功能性子宫出血,吐血,咯血,鼻衄,牙龈出血,尾、十二指肠出血,便血,紫癜,便秘,水肿;外用治疥癣,疮疖,脂溢性皮炎。《陕西中草药》载:“活血散瘀,止血,清热解毒,润肠通便。治跌打损伤;内出血,紫癜症,汤火伤,腋庖疮,癣,阑尾炎,慢性肠炎,大便秘结。”
皂角刺:味辛,性温。归肝、胃经。消肿托毒,排脓,杀虫。用于痈疽初起或脓成不溃,外治疥癣麻风。
白头翁:味苦,性寒;入胃、大肠经。凉血、清热、解毒。主治热毒血痢,温疟,血衄,痔疮出血等症。现代医学研究证实,白头翁煎剂能抑制阿米巴原虫草生长,对阿米巴滋养体有杀灭作用,此外,还有抗真菌和抗细菌(绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等)的作用。
蚺蛇胆:味甘、苦,性寒,有毒。入肝、脾二经。燥湿,杀虫,明目。治脘腹虫痛,疳痢,痫疾,痔疮,目翳肿痛。《本草经疏》载:“蚺蛇胆,苦中有甘,气寒,有小毒。心腹匿痛者,虫在内攻啮也。下部匿疮者,虫在外侵蚀也。湿热则生虫,苦寒能燥湿杀虫,故内外施之皆得也。肝开窍于目,肝热则目肿痛,入肝泄热,则肿痛除矣。”

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例1
本发明杀菌药物有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
蛇床子88g 使君子78g 熟地83g 五倍子83g
乌梅78g 仙鹤草55g 苋菜43g 樟脑30g
没药63g 白芷50g 对叶豆44g 藜实53g
牛西西52g 皂角刺40g 白头翁45g 蚺蛇胆23g。
本发明杀菌药物的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)取蛇床子、熟地和五倍子洗净,放入加热器皿内,加入4倍量的85%的酒精溶液,加热回流提取3-4小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(2)取白芷、没药和蚺蛇胆洗净,晒干,切碎,研末,过200目细粉,备用;
(3)取使君子、藜实、牛西西和白头翁洗净,放入容器中,加入8-10倍量的蒸馏水浸泡4-5小时,加热煮沸3-4小时,提取;再次加入6-8倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸2-3小时,提取;最后再加入4-6倍量的蒸馏水,加热煮沸1-2小时,提取;合并三次提取液,过滤,得滤液备用;
(4)取乌梅洗净,置于容器内用醋拌匀,文火加热至醋被吸尽,取出并置于密闭容器内,用蒸气加热2-3小时,取出干燥,研末,过160目细粉,备用;
(5)取仙鹤草、苋菜和对叶豆洗净,绞汁,过滤,得汁液备用;
(6)取樟脑置于容器内,加入4倍量95%的酒精溶液,搅拌,待完全溶解后,静置2小时,过滤,得滤液备用;
(7)取皂角刺,除去杂质放入3倍量的米醋内浸泡1.2小时,取出,干燥,切片,置于研钵内,研末,过120目细粉,备用;
(8)将上述步骤(1)-(7)所制的滤液、细粉以及汁液混合,加入辅助药物,利用现代先进的制药科技,制成杀菌洗液,即为所述的检验科用杀菌药物。
实施例2

本实施例的药物制备方法工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本发明杀菌药物有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
蛇床子65g 使君子65g 熟地60g 五倍子60g
乌梅55g 仙鹤草30g 苋菜22g 樟脑15g
没药40g 白芷28g 对叶豆25g 藜实40g
牛西西26g 皂角刺20g 白头翁30g 蚺蛇胆10g。
本实施例的药物制备方法工艺步骤与实施例1相同。
临床实验:
1、实验菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌。
2、菌种培养基:营养琼脂培养基和营养肉汤培养基。
3、抑菌实验分实验组和对照组,实验组为本发明杀菌药物,对照组选用氯酸钠消毒液。
4、具体实验步骤:
(1)制备菌液:将上述两组菌种分别接种于两个琼脂培养基上,在37℃下培养24小时,分别从中挑取典型菌落分别接种于两个新鲜的营养肉汤培养基中,同温度下,培养18小时,备用;
(2)分别取本发明杀菌药物和氯酸钠消毒液各100ml,分别置于稀释容器中,对其分别稀释20倍,将上两种稀释液溶液分别分置两个容器内,置于无菌条件下,备用;
(3)将上述步骤(1)经营养肉汤培养18小时的实验菌种用无菌的营养肉汤分别稀释100倍,每种菌种分装于两个培养皿中,分别标记对照组和实验组;
(4)将上述步骤(2)所得的本发明消毒液的稀释溶液滴入实验组培养皿,氯酸钠消毒液稀释溶液滴入对照组培养皿。
5、实验观察测量:
对上述实验进行观察并测量菌种残留面积,具体结果如上表。
6、观测测量完毕后,将上述培养皿均置于无菌条件下静置三天,跟踪观察发现,对照组菌落继续繁殖,而实验组菌落无变化。
7、实验结果:
实验组的杀菌能力远大于对照组的杀菌能力,且能够抑制菌种继续繁殖。
Claims (4)
1.一种检验科用杀菌药物的制备方法,其特征在于:制成所述药物有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
蛇床子60-90份 使君子60-80份 熟地55-85份 五倍子55-85份
乌梅50-80份 仙鹤草20-60份 苋菜15-45份 樟脑10-35份
没药35-65份 白芷20-55份 对叶豆15-45份 藜实35-55份
牛西西20-55份 皂角刺15-45份 白头翁25-50份 蚺蛇胆5-25份;
制成所述药物的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
