例如,电梯控制202向电梯驱动和门控制单元212提供指令以驱动电梯轿厢到某一楼层,并且指示使用特定的速度曲线等。类似地,电梯控制202可以向电梯驱动和门控制单元212提供指令以打开或关闭电梯门。
楼宇自动化系统控制设备200可以包括电梯组控制和电梯控制功能。电梯系统214可以包括被布置在一个或多个电梯组中的若干电梯,并且必要时楼宇自动化系统控制设备200可以基于包含在楼宇自动化系统控制设备200中的信息来改变电梯组的大小。
使用楼宇自动化系统来提供电梯控制的益处是可以在控制电梯和/或电梯组时使用由楼宇自动化系统所拥有的任何数据,而不要求电梯系统自身理解正在发生什么。类似地,可以在控制楼宇自动化系统的其它功能或被连接到楼宇自动化系统的实体时使用来自电梯系统或电梯控制的任何信号。
在一个实施例中,楼宇自动化系统的控制功能还可以被分布到若干控制设备而不仅仅是一个控制设备。
图2的楼宇自动化系统设备可以基于与一个或多个电梯相关的信息来控制楼宇自动化系统的各种单元或设备,例如以下的至少一个:
●灯
-当某一楼层的最后一个人已经离开时,可以关闭灯。
-当电梯正要到达一空楼层时,可以打开灯。
-当电梯到达时照亮电梯大堂,在适用时可以由运动检测器等来控制其它的灯。
●HVAC(暖气、通风和空调)
-当一个楼层中的人数正在减少时,可以将HVAC单元调到较低功率。
-当一个楼层中的人数正在增加时,可以将HVAC单元调到较高功率。
-当楼宇自动化系统知道存在正要去一空楼层的第一个人时,可以打开HVAC。
-当某一楼层的最后一个人已经离开时,可以将HVAC切换到“低模式”。
●门、锁、防盗报警器
-当某一楼层的最后一个人已经离开时,可以关闭和锁住所有自动和防火门,可以开启防盗报警器。
-当电梯正要到达一空楼层时,并且到达的人是已知的,则可以关闭防盗报警器,可以打开选择的锁和选择的门。
●可以基于电梯信息来控制自动窗或遮阳板的控制
在图2的一个实施例中,楼宇自动化系统控制设备200被配置为控制被连接到楼宇自动化系统的一个或多个显示设备以提供关于电梯的信息。下面列出一些可能的例子:
●原则上,直接或者间接地连接到楼宇自动化系统的任何显示器:
-楼宇中的任何个人计算机,如果通过楼宇自动化系统连接了计算机网络的话。
-楼宇中的任何电视,如果通过楼宇自动化系统连接了天线网络的话。
-物理地或者通过诸如蓝牙或WLAN(无线局域网)之类的无线系统连接到楼宇自动化系统的任何显示器、移动电话、监控器(包括CCTV系统屏幕)。
-无论其物理上位于何处的所有传统的电梯信令设备。
在图2的一个实施例中,楼宇自动化系统控制设备200被配置为从被连接到楼宇自动化系统的各个单元处接收输入信令,并且楼宇自动化系统控制设备200可以在控制电梯时使用此信令。可以从例如以下来源的任一来源处接收信令:
●可以检测例如人类存在的所有检测器:
-kinect摄像头
-热探测器
-普通摄像头
-运动检测器
-任何模拟或数字I/O单元
-无论其物理上位于何处的所有传统的电梯信令设备
-按键开关
-灯开/关的开关
-任何门/锁的打开
-任何触摸屏或任何遥控器
-被连接到楼宇自动化系统的任何移动电话
-当向/从楼宇电源连接/断开时的充电器
-通过智能楼宇电源或通过楼宇数字网络的任何电器
●外部交通数据
-地铁到达和离开
-公共汽车到达和离开
-火车到达和离开
-来自到达的出租车和轿车的数据
-电网数据
●天气预报
图3公开了示出将电梯控制集成到楼宇自动化系统控制逻辑中的例子。
在图3的例子中,汽车到达办公楼的停车楼层的入口。司机向楼宇访问系统示出他的通行卡,并且停车楼层门打开。将关于到达的司机的信息传送到楼宇自动化系统。楼宇自动化系统做出在司机在停车楼层中需要电梯之前需要花费两分钟的初始估计。
在图3的例子中,司机选择如参考编号300所指示的停车点。在停车楼层支撑结构302(例如,混凝土桩)上,已经安装了与被连接到楼宇自动化系统的安全系统相关的检测器。当司机经过检测器时,楼宇自动化系统从安全系统检测器接收信息,并且楼宇自动化系统可以更新司机到达电梯304、306的时间估计。然后在为司机分配电梯304或306时使用更新的时间估计。
如果未将停车点进行编号,则最有可能的是首先到达的司机驱车到最靠近电梯304、306的点。因此,当停车点渐渐变满并且人们具有较长的距离要从他们的汽车步行到电梯304、306时,所估计的时间在白天可能会增加。
在图3的另一个实施例中,每一个停车点具有向楼宇自动化系统指示需要电梯的司机的准确停车点位置的未用/占用检测器。然后楼宇自动化系统能够估计要步行到达电梯的时间。如果司机决定采用替代的路线,则楼宇自动化系统可以从各种门和探测器得到附加信息并且然后可以停止更新时间估计。
如果司机驾驶电动汽车,则甚至将电动汽车插到输电网都可以导致对到达电梯的时间估计的更新,这是因为楼宇自动化系统意识到将汽车插到输电网。
图4公开了示出根据本发明的一个实施例的装置400的框图。装置包括被连接到存储器404和通信接口406的处理器402。装置还可以包括多个处理器或存储器。存储器404或多个存储器包括在由处理器402或多个处理器运行时执行上面已经更详细公开的各种步骤的计算机程序。通信接口406被配置为从/向外部实体(例如,被连接到楼宇自动化系统的设备和/或系统)接收/发送信息。装置例如是服务器计算机。存储器404可以包括在由处理器402运行时使得该装置执行编程的功能的计算机程序或程序。

应当理解的是,正如硬件领域的技术人员将理解的,由于用来实现示例性实施例的特定硬件的许多变型是可能的,因此示例性实施例是为了示例性的目的。例如,可以通过一个或多个硬件设备或诸如模块之类的一个或多个软件实体来实现示例性实施例的一个或多个组件的功能。
示例性实施例可以存储与在此描述的各种过程有关的信息。可以在诸如硬盘、光盘、磁光盘、RAM等的一个或多个存储器中存储此信息。

Claims (9)

1.一种楼宇自动化系统控制装置,包括:
楼宇自动化系统控制逻辑,其被配置为从被连接到楼宇自动化系统的实体处接收信令并且使得向被连接到楼宇自动化系统的所述实体传输控制信令,其中所述楼宇自动化系统控制逻辑包括电梯控制逻辑作为组成部分以便直接控制包括一个或多个电梯的电梯系统;
所述楼宇自动化系统控制逻辑被配置为在确定用于所述电梯系统的控制信令时考虑从被连接到楼宇自动化系统的所述实体处接收的信令;以及
所述楼宇自动化系统控制逻辑被配置为在确定用于被连接到楼宇自动化系统的所述实体的控制信令时考虑从所述电梯系统处接收的信令。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述电梯控制逻辑包括电梯控制和电梯组控制。
3.如权利要求1至2的任一项所述的方法,其中楼宇自动化系统控制设备被配置为控制被连接到楼宇自动化系统的显示设备以提供关于电梯的信息。
4.一种楼宇自动化系统,包括如权利要求1至3的任一项所述的楼宇自动化系统控制装置。
5.一种方法,包括:
由装置从被连接到楼宇自动化系统的实体处接收信令;
使得所述装置向被连接到楼宇自动化系统的所述实体传输控制信令;
由所述装置控制包括一个或多个电梯的电梯系统;
由所述装置在确定用于所述电梯系统的控制信令时考虑从被连接到楼宇自动化系统的所述实体处接收的信令;以及
由所述装置在确定用于被连接到楼宇自动化系统的所述实体的控制信令时考虑从所述电梯系统处接收的信令。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述电梯控制逻辑包括电梯控制和电梯组控制。
7.如权利要求5至6的任一项所述的方法,还包括:
控制被连接到楼宇自动化系统的显示设备以便给出关于电梯的信息。
8.一种计算机程序,包括在由处理器运行时执行如权利要求5至7的任一项所述的方法的程序代码。
9.如权利要求8所述的计算机程序,其中所述计算机程序被体现在计算机可读介质中。
