技术领域
本发明属于热传导领域,具体涉及一种换热装置。
背景技术
所谓散热,最终通常总是要把热散到空气中去。而无论是对流,还是热辐射,都与物体散热表面面积相关。随着发热器件的功率的增大,为了增加散热器的散热表面面积,如今的散热器是做得越来越庞大,越来越笨重,而收效却相对甚微。特别是,在散热表面有所增加的同时,由发热元件到散热表面的距离也大大增加,使得热量在这段距离上传送所需要的温差也大大增加。这使得有些像大功率LED芯片这样的器件的散热,走进了死胡同,成了当前阻碍LED照明迅速发展的关键结点。
换热的另一个方面,吸热的情况也完全一样。
发明内容
为了有效解决上述问题,本发明提供一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,具体技术方案如下:
一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,所述装置包含一个由导热材料线编织而成的导热编织物,所述导热材料线的直径d为:0.01mm≤d≤2mm;所述导热编织物上有通过焊接、导热胶粘、浇铸连接的发热物体或吸热物体。
进一步地,所述编织物整体包含一个通过压铸或焊接形成的金属框架。
进一步地,所述导热编织物整体为具有一开口的袋状结构,所述开口处设有一风机。
进一步地,所述口袋状结构的导热编织物为单层或多层。
进一步地,所述导热编织物固定在需要换热的管道的管道内壁上,管道壁由导热材料构成。
进一步地,所述导热编织物固定在能流通空气或其它流体的管道的管道外壁上,管道壁由导热材料构成。
进一步地,所述导热编织物被分别固定在能流通空气或其它流体的管道内壁和管道外壁上,管道壁由导热材料构成。
进一步地,所述导热编织物通过焊接、导热胶粘、浇铸方法固定在需要换热的第一管道上,所述导热编织物同时处在第二管道的包围之中;两个管道之间存在高度差。

所谓散热,最终通常总是要把热散到空气中去。而无论是对流,还是热辐射,都与物体散热表面面积相关。一根铜柱和一束相同体积的铜丝,其表面积可以相差几十倍甚至几百倍。因此,这使得发热器件产生的热量,能以最短的距离迅速传送到一个最大的散热表面,有效地实现散热。考虑到使用和加工一堆杂乱的导热材料线材比较困难,将导热材料线材按需要编织成编织物,特别是当它具有一个金属框架时,它的进一步加工和使用将变得方便,成为可能。
换热的另一个方面,吸热的情况也完全一样。
本发明将换热装置由通常的庞大笨重的铝型材变成为少量金属线材的编织物,这使得可以大幅度地减少换热装置的重量和体积。这对于换热装置来说,应该是一个根本的变革。比如用于LED散热时,散热器的重量和体积,至少可以压缩十倍以上,从而从根本上解决了一直制约LED迅速发展的散热问题。
本发明所述的换热装置可用于LED芯片的散热,也可用于各种电子器件的散热,还可以用于暖气、空调、冰箱、热水器等设备的散热和换热。

本发明的目的是提供一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:该装置包含一个由导热材料线材编织而成的导热编织物1,所述导热材料线的直径大于0.01毫米,小于2毫米。所述导热编织物1用焊接、导热胶粘、浇铸等方法与发热或吸热物体固定在一起,并保证所述发热或吸热物体能有效地与导热编织物1的导热材料线间传导热量,热量在导热编织物1的导热材料线上传导,靠导热材料线的表面加热或冷却空气或其它流体,通过对流实现散热或吸热。
本发明所述的所述导热编织物1上可以用铸造或焊接等方法,形成一个金属框架4,以使其保持一定的形状结构,便于其他加工。
本发明所述的换热装置,其特征在于:需要散热或吸热的器件用焊接、导热胶粘等方法固定在编织物或其金属框架上,并保证所述需要散热或吸热的器件能有效地与编织物的导热材料线材间传导热量;热量在编织物的导热材料线材上传导,靠导热材料线材的表面加热或冷却空气或其它流体,通过对流换热,并最终实现对所述需要散热或吸热的器件的散热或吸热。
本发明所述的换热装置,其特征在于:所述导热材料线编织物单独或者与其他材料一起构成一个口袋型的结构,风机安装在口袋的开口处,风机把空气送进口袋,从编织物的缝隙中吹出,使得编织物的导热材料线材的散热表面能大量地加热或冷却空气,实现有效的散热或吸热。
本发明所述的换热装置,其特征在于:所述导热材料线材编织物可以多层,可以有各种结构,空气从编织物导热材料线材之间的缝隙中穿进穿出,实现换热;构成口袋的其他材料也可以有适当的结构,以保证空气能均匀地从编织物中吹出。

本发明所述的换热装置,其特征在于:所述编织物用焊接、导热胶粘、浇铸等方法固定在需要换热的管道1上,整个编织物又处在另一个管道2的包围之中;管道2的出入口之间存在一个高度差,利用空气受热膨胀,受冷收缩,产生压差,推动空气流通,实现对流换热;管道2也可以安装风机,以加强换热效果。
本发明所述的换热装置,其特征在于:所述导热材料线材编织物被分别固定两个管道的管道内壁上;两个管道壁由导热材料构成,且连成一体或紧密接触;两边的编织物的金属框架都和管道壁的导热材料紧密接触,或者就是管道壁的一部分,以此来保证管道能有效地与编织物的导热材料线材间传导热量;热量在管道壁和两边编织物的导热材料线材上传导,两个管道壁内,各自的编织物靠导热材料线材的表面加热或冷却与其接触的空气或其它流体,通过对流实现与其接触的空气或其它流体换热,并最终通过管道壁传导,实现两个管道内的空气或其它流体之间的热交换。
本发明所述的换热装置,其特征在于:所述LED芯片和所述导热编织物都封闭在一个包含有导热材料管壁的通风通道里,风机使气流从导热编织物的缝隙中流过,带走热量,然后在通风通道里被导热材料管壁冷却,并重新循环回来,冷却导热编织物和固定在上面的LED芯片;这样,用于冷却的空气气流封闭在通风通道里,与外界隔绝,避免了污染或其它影响。

【实施例1】一个功率80瓦的LED灯
在一段铜编织的导热编织物1上,用压铸的办法形成金属框架4,得到一个圆筒。圆筒的一端用编织带或其他材料封死,另一端接风机3。LED芯片2用导热胶粘在金属框架4上。给风机3和LED芯片2连线,得到一个功率80瓦的LED灯。
此LED灯的长宽高最大尺寸为:100(毫米)X40(毫米)X40(毫米)。(见附图2)
稳定工作时LED芯片的散热表面(背面)的温升为25~28℃。
【实施例2】一个功率40瓦的LED灯
在一段铜编织的导热编织物1上,用压铸的办法形成金属框架4,得到一个截头圆锥筒。圆锥筒的一端用编织带封死,另一端接风机3。LED芯片2用导热胶粘在金属框架上。给风机3和LED芯片2连线,得到一个功率40瓦的LED灯。
此LED灯的结构如附图3所示。
稳定工作时LED芯片的散热表面(背面)的温升小于25℃。
【实施例3】一个第一管体5及第二管体6之间设有铜编织的导热编织物1,风通过第一管体5及第二管体6之间缝隙,将导热编织物1的热量带走。实现稳定散热。
【实施例4】一个100W的LED路灯。由灯罩、中空的灯杆和一根塑料管组成一个封闭的通风通道,主要利用灯杆来散热。风机把空气从导热编织物的缝隙中吹出,通过灯罩进入灯杆,冷却后由塑料管循环回到风机处,形成一个循环冷却的气流。这样,用于冷却的空气气流封闭在灯罩、中空的灯杆里,与外界隔绝,避免了室外环境的污染和其它影响。

Claims (12)

1.一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述装置包含一个由导热材料线编织而成的导热编织物,所述导热材料线的线径d为:0.01mm≤d≤2mm;需要散热或吸热的器件通过焊接、导热胶粘、浇铸连接在所述导热编织物上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,所述导热编织物包含一个金属框架,所述导热编织物上的金属框架通过铸造或焊接形成,需要散热或吸热的器件通过焊接、导热胶粘或浇铸连接在所述导热编织物的金属框架上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述导热编织物整体为具有一开口的袋状结构,所述开口处设有一风机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述导热编织物固定在能流通空气或其它流体的管道的管道内壁上,管道壁由导热材料构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述导热编织物固定在能流通空气或其它流体的管道的管道外壁上,管道壁由导热材料构成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述导热编织物被分别固定在能流通空气或其它流体的管道内壁和管道外壁上,管道壁由导热材料构成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述导热编织物通过焊接、导热胶粘、浇铸方法固定在需要换热的第一管道上,所述导热编织物同时处在第二管道的包围之中。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述导热编织物被分别固定两个管道的管道内壁上;两个管道壁由导热材料构成,且连成一体或紧密接触。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述口袋状结构的导热编织物为单层或多层。
10.一种LED照明设备,包含根据权利要求1~4之一所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述需要散热或吸热的器件的器件为LED芯片,所述LED芯片固定在所述导热编织物上。
11.一种LED照明设备,包含根据权利要求1-4之一所述的一种利用导热材料线材编织物换热的装置,其特征在于:所述LED芯片、风机和所述导热编织物都封闭在一个包含有导热材料管壁的通风通道里,风机使气流从导热编织物的缝隙中流过,带走热量,然后在通风通道里被导热材料管壁冷却,并重新循环回来,冷却导热编织物和固定在上面的LED芯片。
12.根据权利要求11所述的一种LED照明设备,其特征在于:其封闭的通风通道包括灯罩、中空的灯杆或支撑杆,主要利用灯杆或支撑杆散热。
