Abstract

本实用新型提供一种热气流烟囱散热的LED路灯,在灯头外壳内设置有一个金属管散热器,在金属管散热器上安装多个LED灯芯,金属管散热器安装时与下端带有进气孔洞的灯杆连通。通过上述设置,金属管散热器与下端带有进气孔洞的灯杆构成一个热气流烟囱散热通道,可将LED灯芯产生的热量抽出排放,由此构成灯头内冷热空气的循环交换,使LED路灯在使用过程中,不会产生过热现象。由于LED灯芯置于热气流散热通道外部,因而不会聚灰尘而影响照明效果。解决了LED路灯现在的铝散热器体积大,重量大,成本高和散热效果差的问题,具有体积小,重量轻,成本低和散热效果好等优点,有着极好的市场开发前景。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种路灯,具体的说是一种热气流烟囱散热的LED路灯。
背景技术
目前,市面上的LED路灯散热器主要是采用较大的铝散热器,整个路灯灯头的大部分是由铝散热器组成,它的主要缺点是重量较大,成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热气流烟囱散热的LED路灯,具有散热器体积小,重量轻,成本低,散热效果好等特点。
本实用新型包括灯头外壳,金属管散热器,LED灯芯和灯杆。所采用的技术方案是:在灯头外壳内设置有一个金属管散热器,在金属管散热器上安装多个LED灯芯,金属管散热器安装时与下端带有进气孔洞的灯杆连通。金属管散热器与下端带有进气孔洞的灯杆构成一个高效的热气流烟囱散热通道,可将LED灯芯产生的热量抽出排放,由此构成灯头内冷热空气的循环交换,使LED路灯在长期使用过程中,不会产生过热现象,能够安全正常使用。由于LED灯芯置于热气流散热通道外部,因而不会聚灰尘而影响照明效果。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过上述技术方案的设置,使LED路灯使用时由灯头的金属管散热器和灯杆一起构成了一个高效的热气流烟囱散热通道,解决了LED路灯现在采用较大的铝散热器散热,体积大,重量大,成本高和散热效果差的问题,具有体积小,重量轻,成本低和散热效果好等优点,有着极好的市场开发前景。

具体实施方式
    图1所示:灯头外壳1内置一个金属管散热器2,金属管散热器2上安装多个LED灯芯3,金属管散热器2连接安装在下端带有进气孔洞5的灯杆4上,并与之连通。
具体实施时,金属管散热器2可选用圆形或矩形的铝管或铜管构成。

1.一种热气流烟囱散热的LED路灯,包括灯头外壳(1),金属管散热器(2),LED灯芯(3)和灯杆(4),其特征在于:灯头外壳(1)内置一个金属管散热器(2),金属管散热器(2)上安装多个LED灯芯(3),金属管散热器(2)连接安装在灯杆(4)上,灯杆(4)的下端带有进气孔洞(5),使灯头的金属管散热器(2)和灯杆(4)一起构成了一个高效的热气流烟囱散热通道。
