背景技术
LED灯具不仅具有色度好、维护方便,寿命长的特点,更重要的是比传统灯具更节能。LED路灯不仅具有较好的照明效果,同时也要具有高效的散热结构,以保证LED路灯的正常使用。而现有的LED路灯的散热机构不够合理,散热效果不佳,空气在散热翅片间不易对流,导致LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED路灯光衰速度,影响使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效散热型LED路灯,以解决现有技术中传统的LED路灯的散热机构不够合理,散热效果不佳,空气在散热翅片间不易对流,导致LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED路灯光衰速度,影响使用寿命的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种高效散热型LED路灯,其特征在于:包括有灯壳,所述灯壳后端设有安装座,所述安装座上连接有灯杆,所述灯壳下端安装有灯罩,上端安装有散热器,所述灯壳内安装有铝基板,所述铝基板正面安装有LED发光组件和反光杯,背面设有驱动器安装盒,所述散热器包括有弧形底板,所述弧形底板上均匀布置有若干散热翅片,所述散热翅片上设有向一侧凸出的对流风口。

如图1所示,一种高效散热型LED路灯,包括有灯壳1,灯壳1后端设有安装座2,安装座2上连接有灯杆3,灯壳3下端安装有灯罩4,上端安装有散热器5,灯壳1内安装有铝基板6,铝基板6正面安装有LED发光组件7和反光杯8,背面设有驱动器安装盒9,散热器5包括有弧形底板,弧形底板上均匀布置有若干散热翅片10,散热翅片10上设有向一侧凸出的对流风口11。
灯壳1内壁与铝基板6边缘之间设有密封垫圈。
