本实用新型公开了一种LED天花灯的散热机构,包括有铝基板,铝基板下端安装有反光罩,上端设有LED驱动盒,铝基板上端沿外壁套有导热筒,导热筒上端呈辐射状设有若干条形凹槽,条形凹槽内安装有石墨导热板,导热筒上方安装有散热底板,散热底板上端均匀分布以偶若干散热翅片,散热翅片上向一侧开有凸出的导风口。本实用新型结构简单合理,安装使用方便,采用在铝基板上设置具有石墨导热板的导热筒设计,有效地提高了热传导速度,使得LED发光组件发出的热量能够快速的传导至散热器,且冷热空气容易形成对流,有效地提高了散热速度和效率,保证了LED天花灯的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及LED灯具领域,具体为一种LED天花灯的散热机构。
背景技术
LED灯具不仅具有色度好、维护方便,寿命长的特点,更重要的是比传统灯具更节能。LED天花灯是一种嵌入到天花板内光线下射式的照明灯具,不会因为灯具的设置而破坏吊顶艺术的完美统一。在保证LED天花灯照明效果的前提下,LED灯具还要具有较好的散热能力。而现有的LED天花灯的散热机构不够合理,散热器的散热面积较小,冷热空气不易形成对流,热传导较慢,散热效果不佳,LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED天花灯的散热机构,以解决现有技术中传统的LED天花灯的散热机构不够合理,散热器的散热面积较小,冷热空气不易形成对流,热传导较慢,散热效果不佳,LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种LED天花灯的散热机构,其特征在于:包括有铝基板,所述铝基板下端安装有反光罩,上端设有LED驱动盒,所述铝基板上端沿外壁套有导热筒,所述导热筒上端呈辐射状设有若干条形凹槽,所述条形凹槽内安装有石墨导热板,所述导热筒上方安装有散热底板,所述散热底板上端均匀分布以偶若干散热翅片,所述散热翅片上向一侧开有凸出的导风口。

如图1所示,一种LED天花灯的散热机构,包括有铝基板1,铝基板1下端安装有反光罩2,上端设有LED驱动盒3,铝基板1上端沿外壁套有导热筒4,导热筒4上端呈辐射状设有若干条形凹槽,条形凹槽内安装有石墨导热板5,导热筒4上方安装有散热底板6,散热底板6上端均匀分布以偶若干散热翅片7,散热翅片7上向一侧开有凸出的导风口8。
铝基板1下端端面上设有一组用于安装LED发光组件的安装槽9。
