本实用新型公开了一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳，包括有弧形边框，弧形边框外壁分布有若干散热鳍片，弧形边框内中部设有散热底板，散热底板上端设有导热油管，弧形边框下端安装有球形灯罩，上端安装有顶板，顶板上端设有一组加固鳍片，加固鳍片中部固定焊接有可调灯杆管夹，加固鳍片两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片，顶板下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽，挡水槽槽底设有一组与弧形边框相配合的安装螺栓。本实用新型安装使用方便，稳定性好，具有较大的散热面积，大功率LED发光组件产生的高热量能够导热油管均匀快速的传导至散热器，有效地提高了散热能力，且具有较好的防水效果，灯体不易进水，保证了LED路灯的照明效果和正常使用。

背景技术
LED灯具不仅具有色度好、维护方便，寿命长的特点，更重要的是比传统灯具更节能。LED路灯不仅具有较好的照明效果，同时也要具有高效的散热结构，以保证LED灯具的正常使用。而现有的LED路灯用灯壳结构不够合理，防水效果较差，散热面积有限、效果不佳，安装不够方便， LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收，容易加快LED灯具光衰速度，影响使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳，以解决现有技术中传统的LED路灯用灯壳结构不够合理，防水效果较差，散热面积有限、效果不佳，安装不够方便， LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收，容易加快LED灯具光衰速度，影响使用寿命的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳，其特征在于：包括有弧形边框，所述弧形边框外壁分布有若干散热鳍片，所述弧形边框内中部设有散热底板，所述散热底板上端设有导热油管，所述弧形边框下端安装有球形灯罩，上端安装有顶板，所述顶板上端设有一组加固鳍片，所述加固鳍片中部固定焊接有可调灯杆管夹，所述加固鳍片两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片，所述顶板下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽，所述挡水槽槽底设有一组与弧形边框相配合的安装螺栓。

如图1所示，一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳，包括有弧形边框1，弧形边框1外壁分布有若干散热鳍片2，弧形边框1内中部设有散热底板3，散热底板3上端设有导热油管4，弧形边框1下端安装有球形灯罩5，上端安装有顶板6，顶板6上端设有一组加固鳍片7，加固鳍片7中部固定焊接有可调灯杆管夹8，加固鳍片7两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片9，顶板6下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽10，挡水槽10槽底设有一组与弧形边框1相配合的安装螺栓11。
散热底板3与导热油管4之间涂覆有散热硅脂。

1.一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳，其特征在于：包括有弧形边框，所述弧形边框外壁分布有若干散热鳍片，所述弧形边框内中部设有散热底板，所述散热底板上端设有导热油管，所述弧形边框下端安装有球形灯罩，上端安装有顶板，所述顶板上端设有一组加固鳍片，所述加固鳍片中部固定焊接有可调灯杆管夹，所述加固鳍片两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片，所述顶板下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽，所述挡水槽槽底设有一组与弧形边框相配合的安装螺栓。
