本实用新型公开了一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳,包括有弧形边框,弧形边框外壁分布有若干散热鳍片,弧形边框内中部设有散热底板,散热底板上端设有导热油管,弧形边框下端安装有球形灯罩,上端安装有顶板,顶板上端设有一组加固鳍片,加固鳍片中部固定焊接有可调灯杆管夹,加固鳍片两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片,顶板下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽,挡水槽槽底设有一组与弧形边框相配合的安装螺栓。本实用新型安装使用方便,稳定性好,具有较大的散热面积,大功率LED发光组件产生的高热量能够导热油管均匀快速的传导至散热器,有效地提高了散热能力,且具有较好的防水效果,灯体不易进水,保证了LED路灯的照明效果和正常使用。

LED灯具不仅具有色度好、维护方便,寿命长的特点,更重要的是比传统灯具更节能。LED路灯不仅具有较好的照明效果,同时也要具有高效的散热结构,以保证LED灯具的正常使用。而现有的LED路灯用灯壳结构不够合理,防水效果较差,散热面积有限、效果不佳,安装不够方便, LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳,以解决现有技术中传统的LED路灯用灯壳结构不够合理,防水效果较差,散热面积有限、效果不佳,安装不够方便, LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:

如图1所示,一种LED路灯的散热防水灯壳,包括有弧形边框1,弧形边框1外壁分布有若干散热鳍片2,弧形边框1内中部设有散热底板3,散热底板3上端设有导热油管4,弧形边框1下端安装有球形灯罩5,上端安装有顶板6,顶板6上端设有一组加固鳍片7,加固鳍片7中部固定焊接有可调灯杆管夹8,加固鳍片7两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片9,顶板6下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽10,挡水槽10槽底设有一组与弧形边框1相配合的安装螺栓11。
散热底板3与导热油管4之间涂覆有散热硅脂。
