背景技术
LED灯具不仅具有色度好、维护方便,寿命长的特点,更重要的是比传统灯具更节能。LED灯具不仅具有较好的照明效果,同时也要具有高效的散热结构,以保证LED灯具的正常使用。而现有的LED灯具用灯壳散热面积小,热传导较慢,冷热空气不易对流交换,散热效果不佳,LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED发光组件的光衰速度,影响使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED灯具用灯壳,以解决现有技术中传统的LED灯具用灯壳散热面积小,热传导较慢,冷热空气不易对流交换,散热效果不佳,LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED发光组件的光衰速度,影响使用寿命的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种LED灯具用灯壳,其特征在于:包括有灯壳本体,所述灯壳内中部设有铝基板,上端安装有散热器,下端安装有灯罩,所述散热器中部向下凸出并贴靠在铝基板背面中部,并在铝基板与散热器之间形成有环形散热气道,所述灯壳上分布有多个与环形散热气道连通的导风口,所述铝基板背面沿环形散热气道布置有若干石墨导热片。

如图1所示,一种LED灯具用灯壳,包括有灯壳1本体,灯壳1内中部设有铝基板2,上端安装有散热器3,下端安装有灯罩4,散热器3中部向下凸出并贴靠在铝基板2背面中部,并在铝基板2与散热器3之间形成有环形散热气道5,灯壳1上分布有多个与环形散热气道5连通的导风口6,铝基板2背面沿环形散热气道5布置有若干石墨导热片7。
灯壳1与灯罩4之间设有环形密封垫圈8。
