背景技术
LED灯具不仅具有色度好、维护方便,寿命长的特点,更重要的是比传统灯具更节能。LED灯具不仅具有照明作用,还具有较好的装饰效果。现有的LED条灯的散热器结构不够合理,散热面积较小,散热效果不佳, LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED条灯用散热器,以解决现有技术中传统的LED条灯的散热器结构不够合理,散热面积较小,散热效果不佳, LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种LED条灯用散热器,其特征在于:包括有截面呈弓形的条形散热器本体,所述条形散热器上端两侧向外延展有带有卡槽的凸边,所述条形散热器下端的弧形边上均匀分布有若干呈半圆形排列的散热翅片,所述条形散热器内部轴向设有一组扁形导热油管,所述条形散热器上端安装有铝基板,所述铝基板上设有一组对应在导热油管正上方的用于容置LED发光组件的安装槽。

如图1所示,一种LED条灯用散热器,包括有截面呈弓形的条形散热器1本体,条形散热器1上端两侧向外延展有带有卡槽2的凸边3,条形散热器1下端的弧形边上均匀分布有若干呈半圆形排列的散热翅片4,条形散热器1内部轴向设有一组扁形导热油管5,条形散热器1上端安装有铝基板6,铝基板6上设有一组对应在导热油管5正上方的用于容置LED发光组件的安装槽7。
条形散热器1上端凸边3的卡槽2内设有密封条。

1.一种LED条灯用散热器,其特征在于:包括有截面呈弓形的条形散热器本体,所述条形散热器上端两侧向外延展有带有卡槽的凸边,所述条形散热器下端的弧形边上均匀分布有若干呈半圆形排列的散热翅片,所述条形散热器内部轴向设有一组扁形导热油管,所述条形散热器上端安装有铝基板,所述铝基板上设有一组对应在导热油管正上方的用于容置LED发光组件的安装槽。
