本实用新型公开了一种散热防水型LED路灯,包括有顶板,顶板上端设有一组加固鳍片,加固鳍片中部固定焊接有灯杆管套,加固鳍片两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片,顶板下端沿边缘设有挡水槽,并在挡水槽内侧安装有散热边框,散热边框内中部固定连接有散热板,散热板背面安装有导热油管,散热板正面安装有铝基板,铝基板上安装有多个LED发光组件和反光杯,散热边框下端安装有弧形灯罩。本实用新型结构简单合理,大功率LED发光组件产生的高热量能够导热油管均匀快速的传导至散热器,有效地提高了散热能力,有效地延长了LED发光组件的使用寿命,且具有较好的防水效果,灯体不易进水,保证了LED路灯的照明效果和正常使用。

背景技术
LED灯具不仅具有色度好、维护方便,寿命长的特点,更重要的是比传统灯具更节能。LED路灯不仅具有较好的照明效果,同时也要具有高效的散热结构,以保证LED灯具的正常使用。而现有的LED路灯的散热机构不够合理,防水效果较差,散热面积有限、效果不佳, LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热防水型LED路灯,以解决现有技术中传统的LED路灯的散热机构不够合理,防水效果较差,散热面积有限、效果不佳, LED发光组件工作时产生的高热量不能及时高效的由散热机构吸收,容易加快LED灯具光衰速度,影响使用寿命的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种散热防水型LED路灯,其特征在于:包括有顶板,所述顶板上端设有一组加固鳍片,所述加固鳍片中部固定焊接有灯杆管套,所述加固鳍片两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片,所述顶板下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽,并在挡水槽内侧安装有向下延伸的散热边框,所述散热边框外侧设有一组散热鳍片,所述散热边框内中部固定连接有散热板,所述散热板背面安装有导热油管,所述散热板正面安装有铝基板,所述铝基板上安装有多个LED发光组件和反光杯,所述散热边框下端安装有罩在多个LED发光组件前方的弧形灯罩。

如图1所示,一种散热防水型LED路灯,包括有顶板1,顶板1上端设有一组加固鳍片2,加固鳍片2中部固定焊接有灯杆管套3,加固鳍片2两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片4,顶板1下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽5,并在挡水槽5内侧安装有向下延伸的散热边框6,散热边框6外侧设有一组散热鳍片7,散热边框6内中部固定连接有散热板8,散热板8背面安装有导热油管9,散热板8正面安装有铝基板10,铝基板10上安装有多个LED发光组件11和反光杯12,散热边框6下端安装有罩在多个LED发光组件11前方的弧形灯罩12。
散热边框6内侧与弧形灯罩12之间设有密封垫圈13。

1.一种散热防水型LED路灯,其特征在于:包括有顶板,所述顶板上端设有一组加固鳍片,所述加固鳍片中部固定焊接有灯杆管套,所述加固鳍片两侧均匀分布有若干散热翅片,所述顶板下端沿边缘设有向下翻折的挡水槽,并在挡水槽内侧安装有向下延伸的散热边框,所述散热边框外侧设有一组散热鳍片,所述散热边框内中部固定连接有散热板,所述散热板背面安装有导热油管,所述散热板正面安装有铝基板,所述铝基板上安装有多个LED发光组件和反光杯,所述散热边框下端安装有罩在多个LED发光组件前方的弧形灯罩。
